Abstract

the pot-shaped bracket comprises a radial strip distribution plate 1, an annular support 2 and 12 arc radial strips 3, wherein the 12 arc radial strips 3 are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the annular support 2 in a circumferential manner, arc openings of the arc radial strips 3 are far away from the annular support 2, the outer side of the top end of each arc radial strip 3 is connected with the annular support 2, and the bottom end of each arc radial strip is connected with the radial strip distribution plate 1.
The first induction wire body is spirally wound on the lower parts of the arc radial strips 3 to form a first spiral coil 4, the outer diameter of the first spiral coil 4 is 280mm, and the inductance is 75 microhenries. The second induction line body is spirally wound on the upper parts of the arc radial strips 3 to form a second spiral coil 5, the inner diameter of the second spiral coil 5 is 380mm, the outer diameter of the second spiral coil is 600mm, and the inductance is 150 microhenries.
According to the invention, the first induction wire body and the second induction wire body are respectively wound into the first spiral coil 4 and the second spiral coil 5 on the upper part and the lower part of the pot-shaped bracket, so that an upper heating area and a lower heating area are formed in the pot-shaped bracket, the heating area is large, the heating uniformity is good, and the working efficiency is high.
