Referring to fig. 1-3, the heating apparatus comprises a pot body 1 and a side heating structure 2 positioned at the side of the pot body 1, the pot body 1 comprises an inner pot 11, the side heating structure 2 is used for heating the side of the pot body 1, the side heating structure 2 comprises a side winding 21 wound around the side of the pot body 1 and a side winding bracket 22 used for fixing the side winding 21, the side winding 21 can generate a high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field after being electrified, the inner pot 11 (such as a metal pot) in the high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field cuts magnetic lines to generate vortex current in the inner pot 11, the joule heating effect of the vortex current heats the inner pot 11, so that electric energy is converted into heat energy of the inner pot 11 to cook food, the side heating of the inner pot 11 is realized by arranging the side heating structure 2, the heating position is accurate, and the heating efficiency is increased.
The heating device further comprises a bottom heating structure 4, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, for heating at least the bottom of the pot body 1, where the bottom heating structure 4 includes a disk-shaped bottom winding support 41, a first winding (not shown in the drawing) wound around the bottom of the bottom winding support 41, and a second winding (not shown in the drawing) wound around the side of the bottom winding support 41, and winding ribs 42 are provided on the bottom winding support 41, the winding ribs 42 are used for fixing the first winding and the second winding, the winding ribs 42 are disposed along the circumferential direction of the bottom winding support 41, and the plane where the winding ribs 42 are located is substantially parallel to the axis of the bottom winding support 41.
The heating appliance further includes a controller (not shown in the drawings) including an IGBT controlling the side winding 21, the first winding, and the second winding, and thus, control of the side winding 21, the first winding, and the second winding is achieved.
In a specific embodiment, the second winding wire and the side winding wire 21 can be connected in series and then connected with the controller, so that the side part of the pot body 1 and the position close to the bottom of the pot body 1 are heated simultaneously, the heating is more uniform, the heating efficiency is faster, the second winding wire and the side winding wire 21 can be controlled simultaneously by adopting one IGBT in series, the structure is simpler, and the cost is saved.
In another specific embodiment, the second winding wire and the lateral winding wire 21 may also be separately connected with the controller, so as to achieve accurate heating of different positions of the inner pot 11, when the amount of food in the inner pot 11 is small, the inner pot 11 is not heated by the lateral heating structure 2, and only the inner pot 11 is heated by the bottom heating structure 4, so that heating is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, when the amount of food in the inner pot 11 is large, the inner pot 11 is heated by the lateral heating structure 2 and the bottom heating structure 4 at the same time, heating efficiency is faster, and heating is more reasonable.
The heating appliance further comprises a radiation protection structure 3, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the radiation protection structure 3 comprises a radiation protection ring 31, the radiation protection ring 31 is preferably matched with the side part shape of the inner pot 11, for example, the side part of the inner pot 11 is vertically arranged, the radiation protection ring 31 is in a straight cylinder shape, the side part of the inner pot 11 is conical, the radiation protection ring 31 is in a conical ring shape, and the radiation protection ring 31 is positioned on the outer side of the side winding 21 and used for shielding electromagnetic radiation generated after the side winding 21 is electrified, so that the radiation of the heating appliance is reduced, and the use is safer.
As shown in fig. 1, the radiation protection ring 31 is provided with a first mounting portion 311, the first mounting portion 311 is a clamping groove 3111, the bottom winding bracket 41 is provided with a second mounting portion 414, the second mounting portion 414 is a buckle 4141 matched with the clamping groove 3111, the radiation protection ring 31 is installed on the bottom winding bracket 41 by arranging the buckle 4141 in the clamping groove 3111, reliable fixing of the radiation protection ring 31 is achieved, the buckle 4141 is in buckle connection with the clamping groove 3111, and the buckle connection between the radiation protection ring 31 and the bottom winding bracket 41 is quick and simple in connection mode. Of course, it is understood that the first mounting portion 311 may be a buckle 4141, and correspondingly, the second mounting portion 414 may be a slot 3111, so that the buckle connection between the radiation protection ring 31 and the bottom winding bracket 41 may be achieved.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the side winding support 22 is cylindrical, preferably, the inner side wall of the side winding support 22 is 4-8mm away from the outer side wall of the inner pot 11, it is understood that the side winding support 22 may be straight or cone-shaped to match with the side of the inner pot 11, the outer side of the side winding support 22 is provided with a limit rib 221, and the side winding 21 is disposed between two limit ribs 221 of the side winding support 22, so as to define the side winding 21, and avoid the movement of the setting position of the side winding 21, so that the side of the inner pot 11 is precisely heated.
The spacing ribs 221 include a plurality of spacing ribs 221 extending along the circumference of the side winding support 22, and a plurality of spacing ribs 221 are arranged in parallel in the axial direction of the side winding support 22, as shown in fig. 1, of course, each spacing rib 221 may be discontinuous in the circumferential direction of the side winding support 22, that is, each spacing rib 221 is composed of a plurality of spacing ribs, a plurality of spacing ribs are arranged along the circumference of the side winding support 22, and a plurality of spacing ribs form one spacing rib 221.
In the radial direction of the side winding support 22, the spacing ribs 221 are inclined in the upward direction, so, when the side winding 21 is disposed between two adjacent spacing ribs 221, the side winding 21 can be located at a position between two adjacent spacing ribs 221, which is close to the inner pot 11, and the side winding 21 is not easy to move out from between two adjacent spacing ribs 221, that is, the limiting effect of the spacing ribs 221 on the side winding 21 is reliable and firm.
The opening of the bottom winding bracket 41 is provided with a first step 415, as shown in fig. 2, the side winding bracket 22 is supported on the step surface of the first step 415, so as to fix the side winding bracket 22, and fix the side winding bracket 22 reliably, conveniently and quickly.
The bottom winding bracket 41 further comprises a second step 416, the second step 416 is located inside the first step 415, the step surface of the second step 416 is lower than the step surface of the first step 415, the bottom winding bracket 41 further comprises an upper ring 417 located above the step surface of the first step 415, and the second mounting portion 414 is disposed on the upper ring 417.
The heating appliance further includes a support structure 5, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the support structure 5 includes a cylindrical body 51 supported on a stepped surface of the second step 416, preferably, a lower end of the cylindrical body 51 is provided in a tapered ring shape, in a direction from a radially inner side to an outer side of the cylindrical body 51, the lower end of the cylindrical body 51 is inclined toward the bottom winding bracket 41, that is, in a normal use state, the lower end of the cylindrical body 51 is inclined downward, a stepped surface of the second step 416 is tapered ring shape, in a direction from a radially inner side to an outer side of the bottom winding bracket 41, the stepped surface of the second step 416 is inclined away from the support structure 5, that is, in a normal use state, the stepped surface of the second step 416 is inclined downward, so that, when the support structure 5 is mounted on the bottom winding bracket 41, the lower end of the cylindrical body 51 and the stepped surface of the second step 416 are guided toward each other, and the orthopedic wire can be mounted between each other with ease.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the side winding bracket 22 is disposed between the step surface of the first step 415 of the bottom winding bracket 41 and the lower end of the flange 62 of the support reinforcing structure 6, and the side winding bracket 22 is sleeved outside the cylindrical body 51 of the support structure 5, so that the installation of the side winding bracket 22 is reliable and simple.

The heating appliance of claim 4, wherein the radiation protection structure is provided with a first mounting portion, the bottom winding bracket is provided with a second mounting portion, and the radiation protection structure is mounted on the bottom winding bracket by the cooperation of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion.
7. The heating appliance of claim 6, wherein the first mounting portion is a slot or a catch, the second mounting portion is a catch or a slot that mates with the slot or catch, and the radiation protection structure is mounted on the bottom wire support by disposing the catch in the slot.
