Background
The use of a slide valve in a train excrement collecting system is well established, the slide valve is arranged between a toilet stool and a vacuum sewage tank or a vacuum transfer collecting box, and when the slide valve is opened, the sewage in the toilet stool is sucked into the vacuum sewage tank or a middle box through the slide valve. In order to ensure that the dirt in the toilet stool can be completely discharged into the dirt box, the high vacuum degree in the dirt box is required, and the slide valve also needs to be opened quickly, so that the slide valves used in the existing train excrement collecting system are all pneumatic slide valves due to the characteristic of high response speed of the pneumatic slide valves. The pneumatic slide valve needs to be additionally provided with a certain pressure of wind pressure source to ensure that the slide valve can be opened and closed, and the slide valve cannot normally work under the condition of lacking of the wind pressure source.

A slide block 7, a spring 8 and a piston 20 are arranged in the second valve cavity, one end of the slide block 7 is connected with one end part of the piston 20 through the spring 8, and the other end of the slide block 7 is connected with the connecting rod 5; a shaft 6 is arranged on the sliding block 7, and the end part of the connecting rod 5 is sleeved on the shaft 6. The other end of piston 20 is connected to a connecting rod 13, and connecting rod 13 is connected to valve plate 14.
Further, the inner diameter of the second valve chamber is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the slider 7 and the piston 20, so that the slider 7 and the piston 20 can move in the second valve chamber.

When the torque motor 18 rotates anticlockwise, the crank wheel 3 pulls the slider 7 to move leftwards through the shaft 4, the connecting rod 5 and the shaft 6, the spring 8 is changed into a tension state from a natural state, in the process that the connecting rod 5 moves leftwards continuously, the tension of the spring is increased gradually, when the shaft 4 rotates to be close to the leftmost side of the crank wheel, the limiting ball I9 is separated from the groove 19, the piston 20 moves leftwards rapidly under the tension of the spring 8, when the limiting ball II 11 moves to the groove 19, the piston 20 stops moving, in the process that the piston 20 moves leftwards, the connecting rod 13 drives the valve plate 14 to move leftwards, finally, the valve port 21 of the valve plate 14 is not overlapped with the valve port 15 of the valve body 1, and at the moment, the valve is in.
