C. when the depth of a green belt foundation pit (30) is more than 0.5m, the device comprises a spraying pipeline (29) and a related pipeline: arranging a spraying pipeline (29) and related pipelines on a bottom layer, arranging a geomembrane (28) on the surface of the pipeline, forming a concave structure in a green belt foundation pit (30), splicing and fully paving a geotextile (1) on the geomembrane (28), clamping a mounting ring (4) on the geotextile (1) with a mounting plate (18) on the lower surface of a fixed rod (5), connecting a mounting hole (11) on the mounting plate (18) on the lower surface with a second positioning hole (10) on a limiting plate (8) in a threaded manner, and positioning a spraying head between a roller (24) and the geotextile (1);
thirdly, arranging the forming net (2) on a mounting plate (18) on the upper surfaces of the fixing rods (5) of the multiple groups of the kerbstones (3) according to design requirements, and realizing clamping connection with the mounting plate (18) through a mounting ring (4);
and step four, attaching the geomembrane (28) to the surface of the fixing rod (5), arranging greening tree species in the forming net (2) according to design requirements, and watering to finish installation.
