(7) and starting the hoisting device, lifting the scraper arm device to a horizontal state, checking whether the verticality of the swinging end beam is qualified by using the line weight and the steel plate ruler, and welding the stoppers around the upper connecting plate of the hinged support after the verticality is qualified.
And (5) if the verticality of the swing end beam is unqualified in the step (7), repeating the steps (6) and (7) until the verticality is qualified.
