The method of claim 1, wherein in step S3, steel spacers are attached to the panels and the top webs of the two adjacent first T-shaped brackets, and a portion of the steel spacers are connected to the panels and the top webs of the two adjacent first T-shaped brackets and another portion of the steel spacers are used to overlap the elongated panels.
