Abstract
The invention provides a large-tonnage throwing and hanging type scrap steel material tank wagon, which comprises a tractor, a gooseneck, a trailer and a container, wherein the gooseneck is arranged on the tractor and comprises a driving oil cylinder, and a piston rod of the driving oil cylinder is butted with or separated from the trailer when stretching; the packing box is detachably installed on the trailer, the longitudinal section of the packing box is U-shaped, the tail of the packing box is provided with a charging hole for charging a blast furnace, and two sides of the charging hole are provided with inclined planes extending downwards. The trailer has the advantages that the tractor and the trailer are connected in a detachable mode through the gooseneck, so that the steel mill can achieve 'one trailer with multiple trailers' and promote efficient transportation of scrap steel.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metallurgical transportation, in particular to a large-tonnage swinging and hanging type scrap steel tank car.
Background
The steel works have the requirements of transporting scrap steel and feeding for steel-making blast furnaces, and most of domestic steel works at present adopt integral type material tank cars to meet the requirements. Because the dead weight of integral type storage tank car is heavier, and the hoist and mount ability of driving is limited, consequently single reinforced volume of integral type storage tank car can receive the restriction, need transport many times just can accomplish the task, and work efficiency is low, and the cost of transportation is high.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide a large-tonnage swinging and hanging type scrap steel tank wagon, which can improve the single feeding amount and the transportation efficiency of the tank wagon.
The invention provides a large-tonnage throwing and hanging type scrap steel material tank wagon, which comprises a tractor, a gooseneck, a trailer and a container, wherein the gooseneck is arranged on the tractor and comprises a driving oil cylinder, and a piston rod of the driving oil cylinder is butted with or separated from the trailer when stretching; the packing box is detachably installed on the trailer, the longitudinal section of the packing box is U-shaped, the tail of the packing box is provided with a charging hole for charging a blast furnace, and two sides of the charging hole are provided with inclined planes extending downwards.
Preferably, four corners of the trailer are respectively provided with a baffle seat with an arc inner side surface, and the arc inner side surface is matched with the outer side surface of the cargo box in shape.
Preferably, the two sides of the container are both provided with connecting parts, and the connecting parts are detachably connected with the baffle seats.
Preferably, the trailer is further provided with a baffle (33) positioned on the front side and a limiting block positioned on the rear side.
Preferably, the cargo box has a rib reinforcement structure.

As shown in figure 1, the invention provides a large-tonnage swing-hanging type scrap steel storage tank car which comprises a tractor 1, a gooseneck 2, a trailer 3 and a container 4, wherein the tractor 1 provides traction force, the gooseneck 2 is hinged on the tractor 1 and comprises a driving oil cylinder 21, and a piston rod of the driving oil cylinder 21 is in butt joint with or separated from a traction seat 31 positioned at the front end of the trailer 3 when stretching, so that the connection or separation of the tractor 1 and the trailer 3 is realized. In specific implementation, when the gooseneck head is inserted into the traction seat 31 and the piston rod is retracted, the gooseneck head rotates anticlockwise, the traction seat 31 is lifted, the tail hook of the gooseneck head hooks the tail part of the traction seat 31, the front part of the gooseneck head is in contact with the top of the traction seat 31, sufficient pressure is ensured between the gooseneck head and the traction seat 31 through the pulling force of the driving oil cylinder 21 and the self weight of the trailer 3, and the trailer 3 is stably connected with the tractor 1 through the gooseneck 2; when the piston rod extends out, the gooseneck head rotates clockwise, the traction seat 31 falls down, and the gooseneck 2 is separated from the trailer 3. The throwing and hanging functions of the tractor 1 are realized by the extension and contraction of the piston rod of the driving oil cylinder 21, so that one tractor can be hung more. The gooseneck system has stable performance, low failure rate and simple use and maintenance.
As shown in fig. 2-5, the cargo box 4 is removably mounted to the trailer 3. Therefore, the tractor 1, the trailer 3 and the container 4 can be separated, and compared with an integral type material tank car, the split type material tank car can improve the single feeding amount on the basis of unchanged lifting capacity of the existing travelling crane, so that the waste steel transportation efficiency is improved, and the transportation cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the longitudinal section of the truck 4 is U-shaped, so that when the steel scrap falls down, the steel scrap can slide to the bottom of the cargo box 4 along the inner side wall of the U-shaped truck, thereby reducing the impact damage of the steel scrap to the cargo box 4. When using the electron sucking disc hoist and mount scrap steel, the suction between magnetic head and the packing box lateral wall can be showing to the U type structure, makes things convenient for the scrap steel hoist and mount. The container 4 is provided with a rib plate reinforcing structure which is in a quasi-honeycomb shape, so that the strength and the rigidity of the container 4 can be greatly improved under the condition that the overall mass amplification is small. The rear part of the container 4 is provided with a charging opening 41 for charging the blast furnace, and two sides of the charging opening 41 are provided with downward extending inclined planes. During operation, only need accomplish once reinforced at the scrap steel yard, then transport the converter workshop with packing box 4, directly pour the scrap steel into the converter from charge door 41 through hoist and mount packing box 4, also can regard as storage device with the scrap steel storage in the converter workshop with packing box 4 simultaneously, consequently set up the handling process that can reduce a scrap steel like this, improved production efficiency, also improved the operation environment in steelmaking workshop simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 2-5, the main beam of the trailer 3 is of a through-length box-type structure, the front and rear cross beams are connected with the main beam by an integral box-type structure, and the middle of the main beam is connected by an i-beam, so that an integral frame structure is formed, and the structural strength is improved. The four corners of the trailer 3 are each provided with a stop 32 having an arcuate inner side which matches the shape of the outer side of the container 4. The cargo box 4 is provided with coupling portions 42 at both sides thereof, and the coupling portions 42 are engaged with the stoppers 32, so that the cargo box 4 is prevented from being separated from the trailer 3 when the vehicle is tipped left or right or is braked suddenly. Further, the trailer 3 is further provided with a baffle 33 positioned on the front side and a limit block 34 positioned on the rear side, the baffle 33 can bear forward impact when the container 4 falls down, the structural damage of the trailer 3 caused by the impact is prevented, and the limit block 34 can prevent the container 4 from moving backwards when the vehicle runs.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the tractor, the trailer and the container can be separated, so that one trailer can be hung more, the scrap steel transportation efficiency can be greatly improved, and the vehicle manufacturing cost is reduced;
2. the tail part of the container is designed into a charging hole for charging the blast furnace, which is beneficial to reducing the process of loading and unloading the scrap steel once, improving the production efficiency and improving the operation environment of a steelmaking workshop;
3. the four baffle seats are arranged at the top of the trailer to prevent the container from tilting left and right when the vehicle runs, the container is provided with a connecting part detachably connected with the baffle seats, and the two baffle seats are mutually meshed to prevent the container from separating from the trailer when the vehicle tilts left and right or is braked emergently;
4. the packing box adopts a quasi-honeycomb rib plate reinforcing structure, so that the strength and the rigidity of the packing box can be greatly improved;
5. the packing box can realize automatic spacing when falling to the trailer, and easy operation is convenient.
