Abstract

本发明涉及一种LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,包括:准备所需尺寸预浸料,所述的预浸料为浸渍热固性树脂的纤维或织物,将多张所述的预浸料进行铺层;对多张铺层完毕的预浸料进行模压固化成板材,对所述的片材的两面进行加工,对加工后所述的板材的表面分别进行金属镀层。本发明采用连续长纤维结合热固性树脂在高温高压下模压制板,再通过烘烤等工序加固结构,对其结构进行蚀刻,最后得到所需的成品形状。该方法能有效缩短成型时间,提高加工效率,提升产品一次成型率。

LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺及其产品
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料领域,具体涉及一种LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺。
背景技术
LDS(Laser Direct Structuring)激光直接成型技术是一种专业镭射加工、射出与电镀制程的3D-MID(Three-dimensional moulded interconnect device)生产技术,其原理是将普通的塑胶元件/电路板赋予电气互连功能、支撑元器件功能和塑料壳体的支撑、防护等功能,以及由机械实体与导电图形结合而产生的屏蔽、天线等功能结合於一体,形成所谓3D-MID,适用於ICSubstrate、HDIPCB、LeadFrame局部细线路制作。
现有技术中,LDS工艺中通常采用热塑性塑料,热塑性塑料是指在一定的温度条件下, 塑料能软化或熔融成任意形状,冷却后形状不变,这种状态可多次反复而始终具有可塑性。相比热塑性塑料,还存在一种热固性塑料,热固性塑料是指在首次加热后可以软化流动,再次到一定温度后,产生化学反应交链固化而硬化,这种变化不可逆。
两者相比下,热固性塑料具有更出色的刚性和耐热性,可承受一定范围内的外力冲击,且在高温环境下也具有结构稳定性,在材料的强度方面强于热塑性塑料。但现有技术问题是,该类型工艺品无法回收再生,无法返工,有一定局限性。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,包括:
准备所需尺寸预浸料,所述的预浸料为浸渍热固性树脂的连续长纤维或织物,将多张所述的预浸料进行铺层;对多张铺层完毕的预浸料进行模压固化成板材,对所述的片材的表面进行加工,对加工后所述的板材的表面分别进行金属镀层。
所述的热固性树脂采用环氧树脂。
所述的纤维或织物碳纤维或者玻璃纤维。
优选地,对多张所述的预浸料进行铺层时,相邻两张所述的预浸料的铺层方向为0°-90°夹角。对多张所述的预浸料进行铺层时,可根据力学性能要求,进行各种方式铺层设计,层间角度选择面广,可有多种包含但不限于此的角度搭配。
优选地,多张所述的预浸料的单向克重为50-150g/m2,树脂含量:25%—40%。进一步优选地,对多张所述的预浸料进行铺层时位于中间两层所述的预浸料的单向克重为50-100g/m2,其余所述的预浸料的单向克重为80-150g/m2
所述的金属镀层采用铜和镍。
优选地,所述的板材的两面分别通过化学镀的方式进行金属镀层。
优选地,模压固化时:温度为145±10℃;压力为10-100kgf。
优选地,对所述的板材进行加工时包括通过蚀刻的方式进行成型、开孔、对其两侧进行开槽。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种由LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺制备的产品。
该产品可用于3C数码产品及其相关配件,如手机天线、手机壳、平板支架或者撑脚、音响等等。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明采用连续长纤维结合热固性树脂在高温高压下模压制板,再通过烘烤等工序加固结构,对其结构进行蚀刻,最后得到所需的成品形状。该方法能能有效缩短成型时间,提高加工效率,提升产品一次成型率。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,本实施例以碳纤维手机支架为例,包括:
选择预浸料,预浸料为浸渍热固性树脂的连续长纤维或织物,纤维采用碳纤维,树脂采用环氧树脂,环氧树脂中含有对化镀工艺相容性较好的组分,这样做的目的便于后期在化镀工艺中,镀层能够与复合材料集体表面富集,从而形成较为稳定的外表面镀层。碳纤维,通过牵引由小丝束集束成大丝束,再通过辊筒压延成布料,将环氧树脂用热辊筒挤压成胶膜,再通过辊筒涂覆在上述布料上,最后形成预浸料。
准备预浸料单向克重为150g/m2的预浸料9张(UD150),单向克重为100g/m2的预浸料2张,裁切成尺寸为500*500mm。
将裁切好的预浸料(9片UD150和2片UD100)按以下方式铺层:0°/45°/90°/45°/90°(UD100)/45°(UD100)/90°/45°/90°/45°/0°,合计11层,中间两层为UD100,其余为UD150。
设定温度145±20℃;压力10-100kgf;延迟加压10-100s,待达到设定温度后,恒温半小时,将铺层好的预浸料放在模具内固化成板材,对完成固化的板材进行冷压,冷压时间1-5 分钟。
采用CNC精雕机对板材的两面进行加工,具有为对板材进行成型、开孔、对板材的两侧进行开槽,并进行外观处理,如去毛刺、清洗、刻字。
用LDS工艺对CNC后的产品进行精细化加工,对部分精密尺寸做到更好地控制,同时提高产品能更好地与后续的金属镀层结合。
加工后板材的两面分别通过化学镀的方式进行金属镀层,金属主要为铜、镍金属,化镀工艺采用现有技术,包括超声波清洗、预镀铜、沉厚铜、活化、镀镍、钝化、烘干,其中,水洗工艺穿插在各个工序之间,并最终完成成品。

1.一种LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括:
准备所需尺寸预浸料,所述的预浸料为浸渍热固性树脂的连续长纤维或织物,将多张所述的预浸料进行铺层;对多张铺层完毕的预浸料进行模压固化成板材,对所述的片材的表面进行加工,对加工后所述的板材的表面分别进行金属镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的热固性树脂采用环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的纤维或织物碳纤维或者玻璃纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:对多张所述的预浸料进行铺层时,相邻两张所述的预浸料的铺层方向为0°-90°夹角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:多张所述的预浸料的单向克重为50-150g/m2,树脂含量:25%—40%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的金属镀层采用铜、镍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述的板材的两面分别通过化学镀的方式进行金属镀层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:模压固化时:温度为145±20℃;压力为10-100kgf。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:对所述的板材进行加工时包括通过蚀刻的方式进行成型、开孔、对其两侧进行开槽。
10.一种由权利要求1至9中任意一项权利要求所述的LDS工艺中热固性材料的成型工艺制备的产品。
