As shown in fig. 1 to 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an output end of the dual-shaft motor 101 is connected to a first central shaft 104, a fixed fan 102 is fixedly connected to the first central shaft 104, a movable fan 103 is disposed below the fixed fan 102, the movable fan 103 and the fixed fan 102 have the same diameter, the movable fan 103 is connected to the first central shaft 104 through a bearing, a first permanent magnet 105 is disposed at an edge of the fixed fan 102, a first electromagnet 106 is disposed on the movable fan 103, a liquid collecting chamber 109 is disposed in the solid processing tank 4, and the liquid collecting chamber 109 is disposed around the centrifugal assembly 1 and the pulverizing assembly 2.
In practical application, when the first electromagnet 106 is controlled by the external controller to have the same magnetism as the first permanent magnet 105, the first electromagnet 106 drives the movable fan 103 to rotate under the action of the magnetic force until the first electromagnet 106 contacts with and is blocked by the blade adjacent to the blade on which the first permanent magnet 105 is installed, at this time, the solid part of the movable fan 103 fills up the hollow part of the fixed fan 102, so that the bottom of the centrifugal cavity 108 is closed, the kitchen waste is put into the centrifugal assembly 1, the double-shaft motor 101 is electrified to work to drive the centrifugal cavity 108 to rotate, the liquid waste in the kitchen waste penetrates through the filter screen 107 to enter the liquid collecting cavity 109, the solid waste is left in the centrifugal cavity 108, after the magnetic attraction separation, the external controller is regulated to make the first electromagnet 106 have the opposite magnetism to the first permanent magnet 105, so that the first electromagnet 106 drives the movable fan 103 to rotate towards the first permanent magnet 105 under the action of the magnetic force, until the first electromagnet 106 contacts with the first permanent magnet 105, the hollowed parts of the movable fan blades 103 correspond to the hollowed parts of the fixed fan blades 102 one by one, the bottom of the centrifugal cavity 108 is opened and closed, and the kitchen waste after solid-liquid separation can enter the crushing assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, an output end of the dual-shaft motor 101 is connected to a connecting shaft 201, a plurality of crushing blades 202 are fixedly connected to the connecting shaft 201, the crushing blades 202 are distributed at equal included angles, the feeding auger 204 is disposed in a feeding cavity 205, a crushing cavity 206 is disposed around the outside of the feeding cavity 205, a gap exists between the bottom of the feeding cavity 205 and the bottom of the crushing cavity 206, the bottom of the crushing cavity 206 is hinged to an open-close plate 208, and the open-close plate 208 is controlled by a switch 207.
In practical application, the double-shaft motor 101 drives the centrifugal cavity 108 to rotate and simultaneously drives the crushing blade 202 to rotate, so that kitchen waste entering the crushing assembly 2 is crushed, part of the crushed kitchen waste enters the crushing cavity 206 due to the centrifugal force, the other part of the crushed kitchen waste enters the feeding cavity 205, the kitchen waste entering the crushing cavity 206 finally enters a gap between the crushing cavity 206 and the bottom of the feeding cavity 205 under the action of gravity, and together with the kitchen waste in the feeding cavity 205, the feeding auger 204 rotationally feeds the crushed kitchen waste to the crushing blade 202, and the crushed kitchen waste falls down by the crushing blade 202, so that the problem that the kitchen waste is crushed insufficiently is solved.
As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flocculant tank 305 communicates with a delivery main pipe 306, the delivery main pipe 306 is connected to a fixed end of a spin-on joint 307, a rotating end of the spin-on joint 307 is connected to a rotating pipe 308, the cross section of the rotating pipe 308 is T-shaped, and the delivery branch pipes 309 are two in number and are respectively connected to two ends of the rotating pipe 308.

When the second electromagnet 316 has the same magnetism as the second permanent magnet 315 under the control of the external controller, the second electromagnet 316 drives the movable plate 312 to rotate under the action of magnetic force until the second electromagnet 316 contacts with and is blocked by another solid plate adjacent to the solid plate on which the second permanent magnet 315 is installed, and at this time, the solid part of the movable plate 312 fills up the hollow part of the fixed plate 311, so that the bottom of the stirring cavity 321 is closed, thereby facilitating the wastewater purification in the stirring cavity 321, after the purification is finished, the external controller is regulated to make the second electromagnet 316 have the opposite magnetism to the second permanent magnet 315, so that the second electromagnet 316 drives the movable plate 312 to rotate towards the second permanent magnet 315 under the action of magnetic attraction force until the second electromagnet 316 contacts with the second permanent magnet 315, and at this time, the hollow parts of the movable plate 312 correspond to the hollow parts of the fixed plate 311 one to one another, and the bottom of the stirring cavity 321 is opened and closed, so that the purified wastewater leaves the stirring chamber 321 through the filter screen 314 at the hollow of the fixing plate 311 to be collected.
After the purified wastewater passes through the filter screen 314 at the hollow-out part of the fixing plate 311, the precipitated impurities are left on the filter screen 314, the driver 310 is powered on to work, the dust collection box 319 is driven to rotate, the precipitate can be scooped up in the rotating process of the shovel plate 320 on the dust collection box 319, and the precipitate enters the dust collection box 319 to be collected due to the fact that the rotation is stopped.
As shown in FIG. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solid treatment tank 4 and the liquid treatment tank 5 are communicated with each other through a water supply pipe 317, the water inlet of the water supply pipe 317 is communicated with the bottom of the liquid collecting chamber 109, the water outlet of the water supply pipe 317 is communicated with the stirring chamber 321, and a water pump 318 is communicated with the water supply pipe 317.
In practical application, the water pump 318 is powered on to work, and liquid garbage in the liquid collecting cavity 109 is pumped into the stirring cavity 321 through the water feeding pipe 317, so that the liquid garbage in the kitchen garbage is purified and reused.
As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a feeding pipe 6 is disposed at the top of the centrifugal cavity 108, a rotating motor 601 is disposed on a sidewall of the feeding pipe 6, an output end of the rotating motor 601 is connected to a fractional flood dragon 602, and the fractional flood dragon 602 is disposed in the feeding pipe 6.
In practical application, when kitchen waste is thrown into the solid treatment box 4 through the feeding pipe 6, the rotating motor 601 is powered on to drive the component screw 602 to rotate, so that the kitchen waste is fed in a component manner, and the problem that separation or insufficient crushing process is caused by excessive feeding at one time is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a water storage tank 8 is arranged below the movable plate 312, two separation plates 801 are arranged in the water storage tank 8, a plurality of odor removing balls 802 are arranged between the two separation plates 801, and each separation plate 801 is provided with a plurality of through holes 803. The waste water after purifying gets into water storage box 8 through filter screen 314 and is collected, makes things convenient for the repeated waste water of recycling, and a plurality of smell removal balls 802 in the water storage box 8 remove the peculiar smell to the waste water and handle.
As shown in FIG. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pulverization chamber 206 is rotatably connected with the centrifugal chamber 108 through a plurality of balls 9, and the balls 9 are all arranged in a groove on the side wall of the pulverization chamber 206. When the centrifugal chamber 108 rotates, the pulverization chamber 206 can be kept fixed because the ball 9 is rotatably connected with the pulverization chamber 206.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the first electromagnet 106 is controlled to have the same magnetism as the first permanent magnet 105, and the magnetic repulsion drives the movable fan 103 to rotate, so that the hollow part of the fixed fan 102 is filled at the solid part of the movable fan 103, namely, the bottom of the centrifugal cavity 108 is closed, the centrifugal cavity 108 rotates, liquid garbage enters the liquid collecting cavity 109 through the filter screen 107 due to centrifugal force, the crushed solid garbage falls down and then is fed to the crushing blade 202 by the feeding auger 204 in a rotating manner to be continuously crushed, the solid garbage is sufficiently crushed for a plurality of times, the water purifying assembly 3 inputs a flocculating agent into the wastewater and simultaneously carries out rotating stirring on the wastewater, impurities in the wastewater are precipitated, the second electromagnet 316 is regulated and controlled to have the magnetic property opposite to that of the second permanent magnet 315, because magnetic attraction drives the movable plate 312 to rotate, the hollow-out part of the movable plate 312 corresponds to the hollow-out part of the fixed plate 311, namely, the bottom of the stirring cavity 321 is opened and closed, and the purified wastewater enters the water storage tank 8.
It should be noted that, the electric components in the present disclosure, such as the first electromagnet 106, the second electromagnet 316, the dual-axis motor 101, and the like, are all connected to an external controller, which is the prior art, and the present disclosure does not modify the present disclosure, so that it is not necessary to disclose specific models, circuit structures, and the like of the external controller, and the integrity of the present disclosure is not affected.

A kitchen waste classification processing device comprises: the solid treatment device comprises a centrifugal assembly (1), a crushing assembly (2), a water purification assembly (3), a solid treatment box (4) and a liquid treatment box (5), and is characterized in that the centrifugal assembly (1) is arranged in the solid treatment box (4), the centrifugal assembly (1) comprises a centrifugal cavity (108) and a filter screen (107), a double-shaft motor (101) is installed at the bottom of the centrifugal cavity (108), the double-shaft motor (101) drives the centrifugal cavity (108) to rotate, and the filter screen (107) is arranged on the side wall of the centrifugal cavity (108); the smashing assembly (2) is arranged below the centrifugal assembly (1) and is rotationally connected with the centrifugal assembly (1), the smashing assembly (2) comprises a smashing blade (202) and a feeding flood dragon (204), the smashing blade (202) is driven to rotate by a double-shaft motor (101), the feeding flood dragon (204) is driven to rotate and feed by an output motor (203), and the smashing blade (202) is arranged above the feeding flood dragon (204); the water purification assembly (3) is arranged in the liquid treatment box (5), the water purification assembly (3) comprises a driving motor (301), stirring blades (303) and conveying branch pipes (309), the driving motor (301) drives a rotating shaft (302) to rotate, the rotating shaft (302) is arranged in a stirring cavity (321), the stirring blades (303) are in a plurality and spirally distributed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft (302), spray heads (304) are arranged on the stirring blades (303), the conveying branch pipes (309) penetrate through the conveying branch pipes (309), and the conveying branch pipes (309) are communicated with the spray heads (304) and the flocculating agent box (305) through the branch pipes; the solid treatment box (4) is fixedly connected with the liquid treatment box (5).

The kitchen waste classification device according to claim 1, wherein an output end of the double-shaft motor (101) is connected with a first central shaft (104), a fixed fan blade (102) is fixedly connected to the first central shaft (104), a movable fan blade (103) is arranged below the fixed fan blade (102), the diameter of the movable fan blade (103) is the same as that of the fixed fan blade (102), the movable fan blade (103) is connected with the first central shaft (104) through a bearing, a first permanent magnet (105) is arranged at the edge of the fixed fan blade (102), a first electromagnet (106) is arranged on the movable fan blade (103), a liquid collection cavity (109) is arranged in the solid treatment box (4), and the liquid collection cavity (109) is arranged around the centrifugal assembly (1) and the crushing assembly (2).
