The aluminum strip cleaning device for producing the aluminum caps for the injection bottles as recited in claim 1, wherein one end of the opening above the soaking pool (1) far away from the cleaning pool (2) is provided with a first guiding pair roller (9), and the opening above the connection part of the soaking pool (1) and the cleaning pool (2) is fixedly provided with a second guiding pair roller (10).

The aluminum strip cleaning device for producing the aluminum cap of the injection bottle as recited in claim 1, further comprising a spraying mechanism (11), wherein the brushing mechanism (6) is obliquely installed at an opening above the soaking tank (1), the spraying mechanism (11) comprises a C-shaped protective shell (111), a guide plate (113) and a spraying pipe (112), the guide plate (113) is fixedly installed below the brushing mechanism (6) along an inclination angle of the brushing mechanism, the C-shaped protective shell (111) is erected above the brushing mechanism (6), a plurality of spraying pipes (112) connected in series are installed on an inner wall of a top of the C-shaped protective shell (111), the spraying pipes (112) extend into the cleaning tank (2) through a pump body, and a plurality of spraying holes are formed in one side of the spraying pipes (112) facing the brushing mechanism (6).

The aluminum strip cleaning device for producing the aluminum caps for the injection bottles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wiping mechanism comprises a bracket (7) and a detachable wiping roller (8), the bracket (7) is provided with two sets and correspondingly installed at two sides of an opening above the cleaning pool (2), two fixing grooves (701) are formed in the bracket (7), and two ends of the wiping roller (8) are detachably installed on the bracket (7) through the fixing grooves (701).

The aluminum strip cleaning device for producing the aluminum caps for the injection bottles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the wiping roller (8) comprises a support rod (801), a support bearing (803), a holding rod (804) and a water-absorbing sponge (802), the water-absorbing sponge (802) covers the support rod (801), the holding rod (804) is fixedly welded to two ends of the support rod (801), the support bearing (803) is fixedly installed at the welding position of the support rod (801) and the holding rod (804), an annular clamping groove is formed in the outer side wall of the support bearing (803), and the wiping roller (8) is limited and clamped at the fixing groove (701) through the annular clamping groove in the support bearing (803).
