Abstract
The invention discloses an air purification device based on catalysis, which comprises a shell, a purification liner, an ultraviolet lamp and a base, wherein the purification liner is arranged in the shell; the shell is fixedly connected to the base, a purification liner limiting part is arranged on the shell and comprises an axial limiting part arranged on the inner side of the top of the shell and a radial limiting part arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the shell, and the shell is of a net structure; the purifying liner comprises a purifying material accommodating cavity and a catalyzing cavity which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the purifying material accommodating cavity is filled with purifying material, and the side wall of the purifying material accommodating cavity is of a net structure; the ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the catalysis cavity and is fixedly arranged on the base. The ultraviolet lamp is used for catalyzing the purifying material, so that various purifying factors including free radicals generated by the catalyzing material, including the free radicals, can effectively degrade formaldehyde in the air and inactivate microorganisms in the air.

Formaldehyde is generally a flammable, colorless, pungent gas, and is readily soluble in water, alcohols, and ethers, and the volatilization rate of formaldehyde is greatly affected by temperature, with higher temperatures increasing the volatilization rate. the shell 10 is fixedly connected to the base, in this embodiment, a clamping groove is arranged on the outer wall of the upper base 41, a buckle is arranged on the lower portion of the inner side wall of the shell 10, after the upper base 41 and the lower base 42 are fixedly connected, the shell 10 is clamped on the upper base 41, meanwhile, most of the upper base 41 is covered in the shell 10, and finally, the shell 10 and the base are fixed into a whole;
the shell 10 is provided with a purification liner limiting part, and the purification liner limiting part comprises an axial limiting part 14 arranged on the inner side of the top of the shell 10 and a radial limiting part arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the shell 10;
the casing 10 is a net structure, which can protect the inner purifying liner 20 and does not obstruct the circulation of air, wherein the net structure may be a full net structure or a partial net structure, the material of the net structure may be plastic or metal, and a metal net with higher strength is preferred in this embodiment;

the purifying inner container 20 comprises a purifying material accommodating cavity and a catalyzing cavity which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, purifying materials are filled in the purifying material accommodating cavity, the side wall of the purifying material accommodating cavity is of a net-shaped structure and comprises one side close to the shell 10 and one side close to the ultraviolet lamp 30, the side close to the shell 10 is of a net-shaped structure to enable air to circulate, and the side close to the ultraviolet lamp 30 is of a net-shaped structure to enable ultraviolet rays to more effectively irradiate the purifying materials in the purifying material accommodating cavity, so that a catalyzing effect is generated on the purifying materials; the mesh structure of the purification liner 20 may be the same as or different from the mesh structure of the casing 10, and the mesh size of the purification liner 20 is preferably the same as the mesh structure of the casing 10;

Further, the wavelength range of the ultraviolet rays generated by the ultraviolet lamp 30 in this embodiment is 200nm to 280 nm.
Furthermore, a buffer layer is arranged at the top of the purifying inner container 20 and at a position opposite to the axial limiting part 14 on the casing 10, the buffer layer can be made of rubber, sponge and other elastic materials, in this embodiment, the buffer layer is preferably made of sponge, so as to avoid damage to the casing 10 or the purifying inner container 20 due to hard collision between the casing 10 and the purifying inner container 20 during installation.

The control unit is disposed inside the base, and is isolated from the ultraviolet lamp 30 by the upper base 41, thereby preventing the ultraviolet rays from affecting the control unit.
Furthermore, a rechargeable battery 53 is arranged in the base, and a charging port is also arranged on the base. Of course, the rechargeable battery 53 may be replaced with a normal battery or directly connected to an ac power source. In this embodiment, a rectifier 51 for converting ac power into dc power is further provided inside the base.
Further, a switch 54 is disposed on the base for turning on and off the air purification device, in this embodiment, the switch 54 is circular and is installed at the bottom of the base.
Further, the ultraviolet lamp 30 in this embodiment may be replaced with a heating and temperature control device, and the temperature control device is preferably a low-temperature ceramic temperature control device, and can catalyze the purification material by adjusting to a suitable temperature, so as to enable the purification material to generate a plurality of purification factors including free radicals.
