Example 3:
a method of using a medical disinfecting device comprising the steps of:
s1: opening the door 1 of the main body box 4, putting toxic medical instruments into each placing tray 11, and closing the door 1;
s2: starting a steam pump 6, injecting steam in a steam box 7 into a steam nozzle 10 at the bottom of a connecting pipe 22 through a guide pipe 8, and leading the steam into a main box 4;
s3: meanwhile, the motor 5 is started to drive the sector gear 21 on the rotating shaft 23 to rotate, and the sliding rack 16 is driven by the two racks 20 to horizontally slide in the sliding groove 24 in a reciprocating manner, so that the steam nozzle 10 on the connecting pipe 22 in the mounting ring 17 is translated back and forth, and high-temperature steam sterilization is performed on the medical instruments on the placing disc 11;
s4: the rotating shaft 23 simultaneously drives the adsorption nets 26 on the four mounting frames 19 to rotate, each adsorption net 26 can effectively form a cylindrical adsorption area above the placing disc 11, steam in the area can be filtered, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 15 between the two fixing rings starts to work;
s5: meanwhile, the rotating shaft 23 also drives the fan plate 25 on the circumference to rotate, so that the steam flows rapidly and fills the inside of the main body box 4;
s6: and finally, opening the box door 1 and taking out the sterilized medical apparatus.

The medical disinfection device of claim 1, wherein the rotary adsorption mechanism comprises an ultraviolet germicidal lamp (15), four mesh plates (18), four mounting frames (19), four adsorption nets (26) and two fixing rings, one fixing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the circumference of the bottom end of the rotating shaft (23), and the outer wall of the top of one side, opposite to the four mounting frames (19), of each fixing ring is welded on the circumference of the corresponding fixing ring.

A medical disinfection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the circumferential outer wall of the other fixing ring is welded to the bottom outer wall of the opposite side of the four mounting brackets (19), and each placing tray (11) is connected to the outer wall of one side of each two adjacent mounting brackets (19) by bolts.

The medical disinfection device of claim 2, wherein the ultraviolet germicidal lamps (15) are respectively arranged on the outer walls of the opposite sides of the two fixing rings, the outer wall of the bottom of each placing disc (11) is provided with a mounting hole, each mesh plate (18) is respectively clamped in the mounting hole, and each adsorption net (26) is respectively arranged in the mounting frame (19).

The medical disinfecting device of claim 1, wherein the traversing mechanism comprises a sliding frame (16), two mounting rings (17), two racks (20) and a sector gear (21), two sides of the sliding frame (16) are respectively connected in two sliding chutes (24) in a sliding manner, and the two mounting rings (17) are respectively welded on the inner walls of the sliding frame (16) at the opposite sides through fixing blocks.

The medical disinfection device of claim 5, wherein the two connecting tubes (22) are respectively fixed with the two mounting rings (17) in an inserting manner, the two racks (20) are respectively welded on the inner walls of the two sides of the sliding frame (16), the sector gear (21) is sleeved on the outer wall of the circumference of the rotating shaft (23), the sector gear (21) and the two racks (20) are positioned on the same level, and the sector gear (21) and the two racks (20) are meshed with each other.
7. A medical disinfection device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a fan plate (25) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (23) near the outer circumferential wall between the fixed ring and the sector gear (21).

The medical disinfection device of claim 2, wherein adsorption holes are formed in the surface of the adsorption net (26) and distributed equidistantly, wave glue (27) is adhered to the inner surface of each adsorption hole, adsorption films (30) are adhered to the inner surface of each adsorption hole, which is close to the inner side of the wave glue (27), and distributed equidistantly, flow holes are formed in the outer wall of one side of each adsorption film (30), an upper clamping block (28) and a lower clamping block (31) are respectively arranged on the outer wall of one side of each adsorption film (30), which is close to the flow holes, and a sealing film (29) is adhered to the inner wall of the end part of each adsorption hole.

s3: meanwhile, a motor (5) is started to drive a sector gear (21) on a rotating shaft (23) to rotate, and two racks (20) drive a sliding frame (16) to horizontally slide in a sliding groove (24) in a reciprocating manner, so that a steam spray nozzle (10) on a connecting pipe (22) in a mounting ring (17) is translated back and forth, and high-temperature steam sterilization is carried out on medical instruments on a placing disc (11);
s4: the rotating shaft (23) drives the adsorption nets (26) on the four mounting frames (19) to rotate at the same time, each adsorption net (26) can effectively form a cylindrical adsorption area above the placing disc (11) and can filter steam in the area, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp (15) between the two fixing rings starts to work;
