Abstract
本发明公开了一种神经酰胺包水组合物,属于化妆品技术领域。所述神经酰胺包水组合物,包含以下重量份的组分:神经酰胺22‑10份、鲸蜡基‑PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺2‑10份、油脂15‑30份、油包水乳化剂2‑6份、多元醇保湿剂5‑20份、无机盐稳定剂0.5‑1.5份和植物提取物1‑5份。本发明提供的神经酰胺包水组合物,在皮肤表面停留时间长,具有完善皮脂膜的同时抑制活跃的皮脂腺分泌,使肌肤水油平衡,具有增强肌肤的自我保护机能的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品技术领域,尤其是一种神经酰胺包水组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
神经酰胺是以神经酰胺为骨架的一类磷脂,主要有神经酰胺磷酸胆碱和神经酰胺磷酸乙醇胺,磷脂是细胞膜的主要成分,角质层中40%~50%的皮脂由神经酰胺构成,神经酰胺是细胞间基质的主要部分,在建立和维持肌肤脂质的屏障作用上,它起着非常重要的作用。能重建细胞黏合性,保持角质层水分的平衡。因此,神经酰胺对于皮肤的保湿和修复有着强大的作用.
目前市面上大部分的含有神经酰胺成分的膏霜都是水包油体系,由于神经酰胺的溶解性问题,会存在在添加量大的时候出现析出或者料体变粗糙等不稳定情况,因此市场上大部分包含神经酰胺成分的产品中神经酰胺的添加量都是受限制的。
到目前为止,一共有六种不同种类的神经酰胺在皮肤中被发现,这些神经酰胺通过在表皮中的几个合成过程而形成,并作为主要成分在角质层积累。不同类型的神经酰胺在护肤方面起到的作用也存在些许不同。.神经酰胺1型即 Ceramide I:密集修补皮肤的天然皮脂膜,强化肌肤表层屏障的防御机能,有良好的封闭型,减少水份蒸发和流失,适合所有肌肤类型。神经酰胺2型即 Ceramide II:完善皮脂膜的同时抑制活跃的皮脂腺分泌,使肌肤水油平衡,增强肌肤的自我保护机能同Ceramide I,较适合皮肤油腻且有需求的年轻肌肤。神经酰胺III型即Ceramide 3:快速有效渗入细胞间质,保持肌肤弹性和水润度,修缮并重建细胞黏合性,迅速修护干燥与受损的肌肤,敏感肌肤尤为需要。神经酰胺4型即Ceramide IIIA:此类神经酰胺具有觉有较长久的缩水机能,补充天然脂质以对自身压力与外界侵害造成的皮肤问题,特别适用于衰老性肤质。同时它还能够抑制黑色素细胞的活性,积极主动的抵抗氧化的发生,淡化斑点,改善暗沉肤色,以神经酰胺糖苷的形态存在。神经酰胺5型即Ceramide IIIB:加速皮肤表皮的新陈代谢,在角质表面形成一层有效的屏障从而防止水份流失,较适合修护敏感性与干性肌肤。神经酰胺6型即Ceramide VI:类似于角质代谢成分,有效平滑角质层,使肌肤匀净透亮,效果较之酸类成分来的温和得多,适合于角质肥厚的肌肤。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种在皮肤表面停留时间长,具有完善皮脂膜的同时抑制活跃的皮脂腺分泌,使肌肤水油平衡,增强肌肤的自我保护机能的作用的神经酰胺包水组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种神经酰胺包水组合物,包含以下重量份的组分:神经酰胺2 2-10份、鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺2-10 份、油脂15-30份、油包水乳化剂2-6份、多元醇保湿剂5-20份、无机盐稳定剂0.5-1.5份和植物提取物1-5份。
本发明将神经酰胺2应用在油包水的体系中,大大增加了神经酰胺的添加量,并且改善了水包油体系膏霜不耐水洗在皮肤表面滞留时间短的问题。
本发明选用的是神经酰胺2型即Ceramide II,具有完善皮脂膜的同时抑制活跃的皮脂腺分泌,使肌肤水油平衡,增强肌肤的自我保护机能的作用,更适合现代人对护肤品的追求目标。
优选地,所述油脂包含以下重量份的组分:液态植物油3-8份、合成油脂 5-10份和硅油5-13份。
由于神经酰胺2的熔点在74-78℃之间,油脂需要选用和神经酰胺2兼容性比较好的油脂。
优选地,所述液态植物油为天然角鲨烷或/和霍霍巴油;所述合成油脂为异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、碳酸二辛酯、棕榈酸异丙酯和棕榈酸乙基己酯中的至少一种;所述硅油为聚二甲基硅氧烷和环聚二甲基硅氧烷的复配混合物。
优选地,所述油包水乳化剂包含主乳化剂和助乳化剂;所述主乳化剂为 PEG-3聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷和PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少两种;所述助乳化剂为二聚甘油三异硬脂酸酯或异硬脂基甘油醚。
本发明选用主乳化剂和助乳化剂配合使用,增加体系稳定性。
优选地,所述多元醇保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇和丁二醇中的至少一种。
本发明选用的多元醇保湿剂,在提供保湿功效的同时也可以增加体系的稳定性。
优选地,所述无机盐稳定剂为氯化钠或/和硫酸镁。
优选地,所述植物提取物为洋甘菊提取物、积雪草提取物和蓝桉叶提取物中的至少一种。
配方中适量植物提取物的添加可以增加舒缓修护效果。
优选地,所述油脂的重量份为15份时,油包水乳化剂的重量份大于3份。
油脂总量少的话,乳化剂的量要多一点体系才会稳定,随着油脂量增多,乳化剂可以适量减少。
本发明还提供了一种所述神经酰胺包水组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将神经酰胺2、鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺、油脂和油包水乳化剂加热至80-90℃,所述组分全部溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将多元醇保湿剂和无机盐稳定剂加热搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,保温 15-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合液B缓缓加入步骤(1)中得到的混合液A 中,加入的同时进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后均质乳化6-7min,开始搅拌降温,得到混合液C;
(4)向步骤(3)中得到的混合液C中加入植物提取物,搅拌均匀后过滤出料,得到所述神经酰胺包水组合物。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中,将混合液B加热至90-100℃,所述步骤(3) 中,搅拌的速率为75-85r/min,降低的温度为40-50℃。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的的神经酰胺包水组合物,肤感清爽易吸收,具有持久保湿和修复肌肤屏障的双重效果。特殊的神经酰胺包水结构,能让神经酰胺在配方中的添加比例高达10%,在肌肤上形成一层防护膜,改善人体因神经酰胺的流失而出现的皮肤粗糙干燥、松弛、皱纹、炎症等问题,使肌肤健康自然、清透水嫩,满足了广大爱美人士的需求,使人们对产品的使用更安全放心。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本申请设置实施例1-4,具体实施例1-4的组分选择如表1所示,具体实施例1-4的重量份选择如表2所示:

实施例按照表1和表2进行组分称量后,进行实施例所述进行神经酰胺包水组合物的制备,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将神经酰胺2、鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺、油脂和油包水乳化剂加热至80-90℃,所述组分全部溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将多元醇保湿剂和无机盐稳定剂加热搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,保温 15-25min;
(3)将步骤(1)中得到的混合液B加入步骤(2)中得到的混合液A中,加入的同时进行搅拌,混合均匀后均质乳化6-7min,开始搅拌降温,得到混合液 C;
(4)向步骤(3)中得到的混合液C中加入植物提取物,搅拌均匀后过滤出料,得到所述神经酰胺包水组合物。
同时,本申请设置对比例,对比例为市售某品牌保湿霜。
试验例1稳定性测试
测试标准:参考QB/T1857-2013膏霜稳定性的检验标准
测试方法:把检验样品放进对应的环境中,持续3天后,取出样品待其恢复室温后与对照样品进行外观性质上的对比。
测试结果如表3所示:

由表3可知,实施例提供的神经酰胺包水组合物均有很好的稳定性。
试验例2皮肤刺激性实验
测试标准:以2007年《化妆品卫生规范》和2015年《化妆品安全技术规范》为参照标准,对实施例1-4进行测试。
测试方法:测试方法为人体贴斑试验,对年龄在18-65随机分布的30人进行测试。取0.025g样品置于斑试胶带的药室内,立即将置有样品的斑试胶带贴覆于受试者的背部或前臂屈侧,轻压使之均匀地贴覆在皮肤上,持续24h后去除斑试胶带,30min后待压痕消失观察皮肤反应。如结果为阴性,于斑贴试验后 24h和48h分别再观察一次。
评价标准:0级:阴性反应;1级:可疑反应,仅有微弱红斑;2级:弱阳性反应,红斑、浸润、水肿、可有丘疹;3级:强阳性反应,红斑、浸润、水肿、可有丘疹、反应可超出受试区;4级:极强阳性反应,明显红斑、严重浸润、水肿、融合性疱疹、反应超出受试区。
测试结果:所有受试者的皮肤反应均为阴性。由测试结果可知,本发明提供的神经酰胺包水保湿修护霜对皮肤无刺激,无阳性反应。
试验例3保湿率测试
测试方法:受试者应用清水清洗手臂部,在标准环境(温度20-22,湿度 40-60%)休息20分钟,用皮肤水分含量测试仪测试手臂初始值,涂抹样品,分别于第0、1、2、4、6小时用皮肤水分含量测试仪测试手臂水分含量,记录数据。结果计算及解释:对各组数据进行描述性统计:数量,均值,标准差,计算各测试区域各与基准值的差值(变化率)。

由表4和表5的数据可以看到随着时间的增加,测试者皮肤水分含量变化情况,从变化率的数据可以看出,实施例的皮肤水分含量变化率和对比例相比较偏高,并且在随着时间的增加对比例的皮肤水分含量变化率在快速递减,而实施例成小幅度递减,并且在6h时仍保持较高的数据。由测试结果可知本发明提供的神经酰胺包水保湿修护霜有着较好的保湿锁水能力。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的组分:神经酰胺2 2-10份、鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺2-10份、油脂15-30份、油包水乳化剂2-6份、多元醇保湿剂5-20份、无机盐稳定剂0.5-1.5份和植物提取物1-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述油脂包含以下重量份的组分:液态植物油3-8份、合成油脂5-10份和硅油5-13份。
3.如权利要求2所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述液态植物油为天然角鲨烷或/和霍霍巴油;所述合成油脂为异壬酸异壬酯、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、碳酸二辛酯、棕榈酸异丙酯和棕榈酸乙基己酯中的至少一种;所述硅油为聚二甲基硅氧烷和环聚二甲基硅氧烷的复配混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述油包水乳化剂包含主乳化剂和助乳化剂;
所述主乳化剂为PEG-3聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷和PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少两种;所述助乳化剂为二聚甘油三异硬脂酸酯或异硬脂基甘油醚。
5.如权利要求1所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述多元醇保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇和丁二醇中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述无机盐稳定剂为氯化钠或/和硫酸镁。
7.如权利要求1所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物为洋甘菊提取物、积雪草提取物和蓝桉叶提取物中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的神经酰胺包水组合物,其特征在于,所述油脂的重量份为15份时,油包水乳化剂的重量份大于3份。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的神经酰胺包水组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将神经酰胺2、鲸蜡基-PG羟乙基棕榈酰胺、油脂和油包水乳化剂加热至80-90℃,所述组分全部溶解,得到混合液A;
(2)将多元醇保湿剂和无机盐稳定剂加热搅拌均匀,得到混合液B,保温15-25min;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合液B缓缓加入步骤(1)中得到的混合液A中,加入的同时进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后均质乳化6-7min,开始搅拌降温,得到混合液C;
(4)向步骤(3)中得到的混合液C中加入植物提取物,搅拌均匀后过滤出料,得到所述神经酰胺包水组合物。
10.如权利要求9所述的神经酰胺包水组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,将混合液B加热至90-100℃,所述步骤(3)中,搅拌的速率为75-85r/min,降低的温度为40-50℃。
