Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco flake storage,
in particular, the present invention relates to a gas regulating formulation for the storage of tobacco flakes.
Background
After the tobacco leaves are baked, generally, in order to remove green miscellaneous gases of the tobacco leaves, reduce the stimulation of smoking taste, improve the quality of fragrance of the smoking taste and blend chemical components in the tobacco leaves, the tobacco leaves can be put into use after being stored and alcoholized for about 1 to 3 years. The tobacco leaves are rich in nutrients such as protein, lipid and carbohydrate, so that the tobacco leaves are easy to grow insects and mildew during storage. The air-conditioning technology is a green tobacco leaf storage and maintenance technology gradually developed in recent years, and the main principle is to fill N2Or the air regulator is placed to change the atmosphere composition of the storage environment, the storage environment is regulated and controlled in a low-oxygen state, an inert environment in which entomophthora cannot survive is created, and the purpose of preventing insect damage and mildewing of tobacco leaves is achieved.
The gas regulator is also called an atmosphere regulator and is used for regulating gas components in a storage environment to achieve the purposes of preventing and controlling pests, controlling mildew and maintaining the quality of stored goods. The existing gas regulator for storing the tobacco flakes generally comprises the following components: the main components of the sheet tobacco are deoxidant taking reduced iron powder as a main component, carbon dioxide absorbent of alkaline components and dehumidifying water absorbent, and the purposes of absorbing oxygen, removing carbon dioxide and water are achieved through a series of chemical reactions, however, the chemical reactions are all exothermic reactions, in the initial stage of controlled atmosphere, usually within 0-15 days of controlled atmosphere storage, the oxygen content in the storage environment of the storage sheet tobacco is rapidly reduced from about 21% to about 10%, and the temperature of the storage environment is rapidly increased due to a large amount of heat released while the oxygen is rapidly removed, so that the alcoholization quality of the sheet tobacco is affected. Meanwhile, the water absorbed by the air conditioner can be evaporated into steam while releasing heat, so that obvious water mist, water drops or runoff phenomena can be generated in a local storage space, and local tobacco leaves are mildewed; in addition, the existence of a large amount of water can cause hardening of the air-conditioning agent, influence the air-conditioning capacity of the air-conditioning agent, achieve the same air-conditioning effect, need to put more air-conditioning agents and increase the cost.
