The protein powder with the rapid digestion function is characterized by comprising the following preparation components in parts by weight: 31-38 parts of bovine bone meal, 32-38 parts of soybean protein isolate powder, 0.6-1 part of potato protein powder, 6-10 parts of crystalline fructose, 0.2-0.5 part of walnut powder, 0.5-0.8 part of egg white powder, 0.1-0.3 part of egg yolk powder and 5-10 parts of hawthorn powder.
2. The method for preparing protein powder with fast digestion function according to claim 1, wherein the steps of S1 material selection, S2 pulverization, S3 grinding, S4 mixing, S5 boiling, S6 freezing, S7 sealing;
step S1, selecting beef and beef bones, fresh soybeans, peeled potatoes, peeled walnuts and hawthorn fruits after seeds are peeled;
step S2: crushing the ox bone for later use;
step S3: grinding fresh soybean, peeled potato, peeled walnut and peeled hawthorn into powder to obtain fruit powder;
step S4: mixing the bovine bone meal and the fruit powder to obtain mixed powder;
step S5: adding crystalline fructose, egg white powder and egg yolk powder into the mixed powder, boiling with water to obtain slurry, and filtering with ultrafiltration membrane to obtain filtrate;
step S6, adding the filtrate into a freezer for freezing to obtain a food block, then crushing, and then adding into a dryer for drying to obtain dried powder;
and step S7, sealing the dried powder to obtain the product.
3. The protein powder with the rapid digestion function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bovine bone crushing fineness of step S1 is 10-20 mesh.
4. The protein powder with a rapid digestion function according to claim 2, wherein said step S1 is to soak the fresh soybeans, potatoes and walnuts with water in advance.
5. The protein powder with the function of fast digestion as claimed in claim 2, wherein the drying temperature of the dryer in step S6 is 70-80 ℃ and the drying time is 30-40 min.
6. The protein powder with the function of fast digestion according to claim 2, wherein said fruit powder grinding fineness of step S3 is above 60 mesh, and the grinder rotation speed is 45R/min.
