In the working principle of the jasmine tea scenting and drying all-in-one machine in embodiment 3, the controller 10 controls the electric heating pipe 5 and the spraying and humidifying system 30 to work according to signals transmitted by the temperature and humidity document transmitter 20, controls the temperature and humidity in the inner case 2 within a certain range, opens the sealing door 3, places the net disk containing tea leaves and the net disk containing jasmine at intervals on the rotating support 22, places the net disk at the bottom end as the net disk containing jasmine, and closes the sealing door 3; then, according to the technological requirements of scenting, the controller 10 controls the motor 12 to rotate and controls the fan 16 to work, so that the tea is heated and the scenting is uniform; when the air exchange is needed in the inner shell 2, the air vent valve 9 is closed, the air inlet valve 7 and the air outlet valve 15 are opened, the fan 16 is used for blowing air exchange, the air inlet valve 7 and the air outlet valve 15 are closed after the air exchange is finished, and the air vent valve 9 is opened; after scenting is finished, the motor 12 continues to drive the rotating bracket 22 to rotate, the vent valve 9 is closed, the air inlet valve 7 and the air outlet valve 15 are opened, the electric heating pipe 5 is heated, air is blown by the fan 16, air enters from the air inlet pipe 8, enters the inner shell 2 after heat exchange in the air inlet bin 6, dries tea leaves and jasmine flowers, then enters the air outlet bin 21, and is discharged from the air outlet pipe 14 through the action of the fan 12 from the connecting pipe 17; after the whole scenting work is finished, the motor 12 and the fan 16 stop working, the tea leaves can be taken out and packaged into a product by opening the sealing door 3, and the taken out jasmine becomes dried jasmine.
