Along with the consumption of non-renewable resources on the earth, new energy is more and more taken into consideration by people, wherein the use of solar energy is the most extensive, the existence of the photovoltaic solar panel is visible everywhere on the roof of a remote area, the surface of the photovoltaic solar panel can adsorb more dust in the long-term use process, the dust can influence the photoelectric conversion efficiency on the photovoltaic solar panel, the traditional mode is manual cleaning, but the manual operation difficulty is larger, and the cleaning efficiency is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a solar panel with a self-cleaning device, and aims to solve the problem that the existing photovoltaic solar panel is low in efficiency when being cleaned.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a solar panel with a self-cleaning device, comprising a panel body and a cleaning assembly, the cleaning component is arranged on the plate body and comprises a mounting frame, a first moving component, a second moving component and a cleaning piece, wherein the first moving component, the second moving component and the cleaning piece are arranged on the mounting frame, the mounting frame is annular, so as to form a cleaning cavity positioned inside the mounting rack, the cleaning piece is arranged in the cleaning cavity and used for cleaning the plate body in the cleaning cavity, the first moving assembly is connected with the cleaning piece, so that the first moving component drives the cleaning piece to move along the width direction of the plate body, the second moving component is connected with the first moving component, so that the second moving component drives the first moving component to move along the length direction of the plate body.
In one embodiment, the first moving assembly comprises a moving frame, the moving frame is slidably disposed on the mounting rack, the moving frame can slide along the width direction of the mounting rack, and the cleaning piece is disposed on the moving frame.
In an embodiment, the first moving assembly further includes a plurality of first moving wheels, first ends of the plurality of first moving wheels are disposed on the outer wall surface of the moving frame, and second ends of the first moving wheels are slidably disposed on the mounting frame.
In one embodiment, the movable frame is annular to form a mounting cavity inside the movable frame, and the cleaning member is arranged in the mounting cavity.
In one embodiment, a rotating shaft is arranged in the installation cavity, two opposite ends of the rotating shaft are connected with two opposite inner walls of the installation cavity, and the cleaning piece is sleeved on the rotating shaft.
In one embodiment, the cleaning member includes a plurality of soft brushes arranged at regular intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft.
In an embodiment, the second moving assembly includes two fixed brackets and a plurality of second moving wheels, the two fixed brackets are connected to the outer wall surface of the mounting rack and extend along the length direction of the mounting rack, the two fixed brackets are respectively located at two sides of the board body, and the plurality of second moving wheels are respectively arranged on the fixed brackets and are spaced along the length direction of the mounting rack.
In one embodiment, the solar panel with the self-cleaning device further comprises a detection assembly, wherein the detection assembly is arranged on the mounting frame and can move along the width direction of the mounting frame.
In one embodiment, the detection assembly comprises a rotary screw rod, a mounting base sleeved on the rotary screw rod and capable of sliding along the extension direction of the rotary screw rod, and an infrared sensor arranged on the mounting base, wherein two opposite ends of the rotary screw rod are respectively connected with the two fixing supports.
In one embodiment, the solar panel with the self-cleaning device further comprises a soot blowing assembly, wherein the soot blowing assembly comprises a fixed frame and a soot blower, the soot blower is arranged on the fixed frame, and the fixed frame is arranged on an inner wall of the mounting frame extending along the width direction of the mounting frame.
According to the technical scheme, the cleaning component comprises a mounting frame, and a first moving component, a second moving component and a cleaning piece which are arranged on the mounting frame, the mounting frame is annular to form a cleaning cavity located inside the mounting frame, the cleaning piece is arranged in the cleaning cavity and used for cleaning a plate body in the cleaning cavity, and the cleaning piece can clean the whole plate body under the synergistic action of the first moving component and the second moving component, so that when dust exists on the surface of the solar panel, the surface of the solar panel can be cleaned through the cleaning piece through the synergistic action of the first moving component and the second moving component, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar panel can be guaranteed.

In the following embodiments, the width direction of the plate body is the vertical direction in fig. 1, and the length direction of the plate body is the horizontal direction in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a solar panel with a self-cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a panel body 10 and a cleaning assembly 20, the cleaning assembly 20 is disposed on the panel body 10, the cleaning assembly 20 includes a mounting frame 21, and a first moving assembly 22, a second moving assembly 23 and a cleaning member 24 disposed on the mounting frame 21, the mounting frame 21 is annular to form a cleaning cavity 211 inside the mounting frame 21, the cleaning member 24 is disposed in the cleaning cavity 211 to clean the panel body 10 in the cleaning cavity 211, the first moving assembly 22 is connected to the cleaning member 24, so that the first moving assembly 22 drives the cleaning member 24 to move along a width direction of the panel body 10, and the second moving assembly 23 is connected to the first moving assembly 22, so that the second moving assembly 23 drives the first moving assembly 22 to move along a length direction of the panel body 10.
In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly 20 includes a mounting frame 21 and a first moving assembly 22, a second moving assembly 23 and a cleaning member 24 which are disposed on the mounting frame 21, the mounting frame 21 is annular to form a cleaning cavity 211 inside the mounting frame 21, the cleaning member 24 is disposed in the cleaning cavity 211 for cleaning the plate body 10 in the cleaning cavity 211, and the cleaning member 24 can clean the whole plate body 10 under the synergistic effect of the first moving assembly 22 and the second moving assembly 23, so that when there is dust on the surface of the solar panel, the surface of the solar panel can be cleaned through the cleaning member 24 by the synergistic effect of the first moving assembly 22 and the second moving assembly 23, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar panel can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, the first moving assembly 22 includes a moving frame 221, the moving frame 221 is slidably disposed on the mounting frame 21, the moving frame 221 can slide along the width direction of the mounting frame 21, the cleaning member 24 is disposed on the moving frame 221, the first moving assembly 22 further includes a plurality of first moving wheels 222, first ends of the plurality of first moving wheels 222 are disposed on an outer wall surface of the moving frame 221, and second ends of the first moving wheels 222 are slidably disposed on the mounting frame 21. In this embodiment, when the moving frame 221 is disposed on the mounting frame 21, the two ends of the moving frame 221 in the left-right direction are just located at the two ends of the mounting frame 21 in the left-right direction, and meanwhile, the two ends of the moving frame 221 in the left-right direction are respectively provided with a chute extending in the up-down direction, the first moving wheel 222 is clamped in the chute and can slide in the chute, so that the moving frame 221 can be driven to slide in the up-down direction in the sliding process of the first moving wheel 222, and the moving frame 221 is annular, so as to form the mounting cavity 223 located inside the moving frame 221, a cleaning part 24 is disposed in the mounting cavity 223, so that when the moving frame 221 moves in the up-down direction, the cleaning part 24 can be driven to move in the up-down direction, and therefore, the purpose of enabling the cleaning part 24 to clean the. In addition, in this embodiment, a first driving member may be additionally provided, the first driving member is connected to the movable frame 221, and the first driving member can drive the movable frame 221 to move in the up-down direction, so as to further lift the movable frame 221
Further, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning member 24 for cleaning the plate body, in an alternative embodiment, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, a rotating shaft 241 is disposed in the mounting cavity 223, opposite ends of the rotating shaft 241 are connected to opposite inner walls of the mounting cavity 223, the cleaning member 24 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 241, the cleaning member 24 includes a plurality of soft brushes 242, and the plurality of soft brushes 242 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 241.
Further, referring to fig. 1 again, the second moving assembly 23 includes two fixing brackets 231 and a plurality of second moving wheels 232, the two fixing brackets 231 are connected to the outer wall surface of the mounting frame 21 and extend along the length direction of the mounting frame 21, the two fixing brackets 231 are respectively located at two sides of the plate body 10, and the plurality of second moving wheels 232 are all disposed on the fixing brackets 231 and are spaced apart along the length direction of the mounting frame 21. In this embodiment, the first moving wheel 222 can slide on the plate body 10, so as to achieve the purpose of sliding the mounting frame 21 in the left-right direction, so that the cleaning member 24 can clean each position of the plate body 10 under the cooperation of the first moving assembly 22 and the second moving assembly 23, thereby increasing the cleaning area. In this embodiment, a third driving member may be added, and the third driving member drives the first moving wheel 222 to rotate, so as to drive the mounting frame 21.
Further, the solar panel with the self-cleaning device further includes a detection unit 40, and the detection unit 40 is disposed on the mounting frame 21 and can move along the width direction of the mounting frame 21. The detecting assembly 40 includes a rotary screw 41, a mounting base sleeved on the rotary screw and capable of sliding along the extending direction of the rotary screw 41, and an infrared sensor 42 disposed on the mounting base, wherein two opposite ends of the rotary screw 41 are respectively connected with two fixing brackets 231. Therefore, in this embodiment, the infrared sensor 42 can detect the foreign object with a large volume on the board body 10 in real time (the foreign object with a large volume can block the light of the infrared sensor 42), so that the infrared sensor 42 can remove the foreign object by the working action of the first driving member, the second driving member and the third driving member after the signal processing, thereby ensuring the surface cleanness of the board body 10.
Also, in this embodiment, the solar panel with the self-cleaning device further includes a soot blowing assembly 30, the soot blowing assembly 30 includes a fixing frame 31 and a soot blower 32, the soot blower 32 is disposed on the fixing frame 31, and the fixing frame 31 is disposed on an inner wall of the mounting frame 21 extending in the width direction of the mounting frame 21. When the mounting frame 21 moves, the soot blower 32 can blow air toward the panel body 10, so that dust on the panel body 10 can be blown away by the action of the air, and thus the cleaning efficiency of the solar panel can be further enhanced.
