Still further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the overhead camera 33 is disposed vertically above the code scanning section 31, and a main optical axis of the overhead camera 33 is directed in a vertically downward direction to the code scanning area 313 for shooting the code scanning on the top of the code scanning area 313 commodity.
Still further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the camera assembly 30 further includes an overhead camera 34, the overhead camera 34 being disposed at the bottom of the conveyor 20 on a side of the conveyor 20 relatively close to the ground for capturing a sweep of the bottom of the merchandise.

Referring to fig. 4 to 4, fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a code scanning cashier system according to the present invention; fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating the operation and working process of the code scanning cashier system according to the invention.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the code scanning cashier system further comprises a sensing device and a control device; the control device is electrically connected with the sensing device and the shooting assembly 30 respectively; the control device can control the shooting assembly 30 to start under the triggering of the sensing device.
Specifically, the sensing device includes a first photoelectric sensing switch disposed on the code scanning area frame 11 for sensing the entering of the goods into the code scanning area 313. When the weight information is consistent, the control equipment generates settlement information, and the customer pays by self and packs to finish shopping; when the weight information is inconsistent, the control device prompts the shopper or staff to take away or replace the abnormally weighed goods, and performs code scanning shooting and weighing again on the goods newly placed in the code scanning device 100.
The control equipment comprises a POS machine, a medium stored with background software, a screen display device and a prompt device. The POS machine is used for generating and displaying settlement information of the code-scanned commodities, so that a shopper can self-buy a bill through a mobile payment means.
The background software can receive the real object picture of the commodity shot by the shooting component 30, can also identify the barcode of the commodity and extract barcode information, such as the specification, pricing, weight and the like of the commodity, and obtain standard weight information of the same kind of commodity recorded in the barcode of the commodity, wherein the standard weight information of the same kind of commodity is used as preset weight information of the commodity, so that the actual weight information of the commodity from the weighing device 210 can be compared with the preset weight information of the commodity; in addition, the background software can also configure and control the operating parameters of the first photoelectric sensing switch, the second photoelectric sensing switch and the shooting assembly 30, and can also control the operating parameters of the weighing device 210. One of the conditions for enabling settlement of the commodity is that the actual weight information of the commodity is consistent with the preset weight information.
The screen display device is used for displaying the commodity photos with abnormal weighing or code scanning, so that a shopper or a worker can lock a problem commodity quickly, and the searching time is saved; the prompting device sends out light or sound prompting signals after the abnormal goods of code scanning or weighing appear, and the abnormal condition is timely notified to the shopper or staff.
Based on the code scanning cashier system, the invention also provides a commodity code scanning cashier method, which comprises the following steps:
the sensing device senses that the commodity enters the code scanning area 313 and sends a sensing signal to the control equipment, the control equipment receives the sensing signal and controls the shooting assembly to start, and the shooting assembly performs bar code scanning on the commodity in the code scanning area;
the conveyor 20 conveys the goods to the weighing device 210;
weighing the commodity by the weighed commodity, sending the actual weight information of the commodity to the control equipment, comparing the actual weight information of the commodity with preset weight information by the control equipment, and if the actual weight information of the commodity is inconsistent with the preset weight information, generating prompt information by the control equipment;
and if the actual weight information of the commodity is consistent with the preset information, the control equipment generates settlement information.
The preset weight information is standard weight information of the same type of commodities recorded in the commodity bar codes, and for bulk commodities, the preset weight information is weight information which is weighed by supermarket tally staff after packaging the bulk commodities and is recorded in the packaging bar codes; for the commodities with uniform retail packages, the preset information is the net content or specification information in the commodity bar codes.
Please refer to fig. 5 again. Further, in one embodiment, the following steps are further included between the step of sensing that the article enters the code scanning area 313 by the sensing device and sending the sensing signal to the control device, the control device receiving the sensing signal and controlling the shooting component to start, and the step of performing barcode scanning on the article in the code scanning area by the shooting component and the step of conveying the article to the weighing device 210 by the conveying device 20:
the shooting component 30 sends the bar code information of the commodity to the control equipment, and the control equipment generates preset weight information of the corresponding commodity;
the shooting component 30 shoots the goods in the code scanning area 313 and sends the pictures of the goods to the control device.
By the arrangement, the control equipment can quickly compare the actual weight of the weighed commodity with the preset weight information corresponding to the commodity; and facilitates the control device to quickly record the physical photograph information of the goods located in the code scanning area 313.
Further, in one embodiment, the step of comparing, by the control device, the actual weight information of the commodity with preset weight information, and if the actual weight information of the commodity is inconsistent with the preset weight information, generating, by the control device, a prompt message further includes:
the control equipment compares the actual weight information of the commodity with the preset weight information, and if the actual weight information of the commodity is inconsistent with the preset weight information, prompt information is generated and a commodity image is displayed.
According to the arrangement, when the commodity code scanning is abnormal or the actual weight of the commodity is inconsistent with the preset weight information, so that the commodity cannot be settled, the prompt information can quickly make a shopper know; the screen display device displays the real object picture of the commodity, so that a shopper or a worker can quickly search the problem commodity, and the problem commodity can be replaced or removed in time, and the efficiency of code scanning and settlement of the commodity is improved.
The code scanning cash registering system provided by the invention is matched with the code scanning device 100, so that the automation degree of code scanning and weighing of commodities can be improved, the participation of personnel is less, the conveying, code scanning and weighing of the commodities are more intelligent and standard, the code scanning settlement without the contact of personnel is realized, and the occurrence of the behavior of artificial theft or damage to the commodities during the cash registering settlement is avoided.
The features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the features in the above-described embodiments are not described, but should be construed as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the features.

A code scanning device is characterized by comprising a rack (10), a conveying device (20) and a shooting assembly (30); the conveying device (20) is mounted on the rack (10), and the conveying device (20) can convey commodities along a preset path; the shooting assembly (30) is mounted on the rack (10), a code scanning section (31) is formed by the part, covered by the shooting assembly (30), of the conveying device (20), and a code scanning area (313) is formed in the code scanning device corresponding to the space of the code scanning section (31);
the shooting assembly comprises at least one side camera (32), and the side camera (32) is positioned at the side part of the traveling direction of the preset path and faces the code scanning area (313) obliquely.

A code scanning device according to claim 1, characterized in that said conveying means (20) comprise an input (311) for the entry of the products into said code scanning section (31) and an output (312) for the exit of the products from said code scanning section (31); the number of the side cameras (32) is two, and the two side cameras (32) are respectively arranged at two sides of the code scanning section (31); the code scanning device further comprises two reflecting mirrors (40), the two reflecting mirrors (40) are respectively arranged on two sides of the code scanning section (31) and face the code scanning area (313), and the two reflecting mirrors (40) can respectively reflect the part, deviating from the side camera (32), of the goods in the code scanning area (313) to the two side cameras (32).

Code scanning device according to claim 2, characterized in that two of said side cameras (32) are relatively close to said input end (311) and two of said mirrors (40) are relatively close to said output end (312); alternatively, the two side cameras (32) are relatively close to the output end (312) and the two mirrors (40) are relatively close to the input end (311).

A code scanning device according to claim 1, characterized in that said conveying means (20) comprise an input (311) for the entry of the products into said code scanning section (31) and an output (312) for the exit of the products from said code scanning section (31); the number of the side cameras (32) is two, the two side cameras (32) are respectively arranged at two sides of the code scanning section (31), one side camera (32) is relatively close to the input end (311), and the other side camera (32) is relatively close to the output end (312).

The code scanning device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the shooting assembly further comprises a top camera (33) mounted on the frame (10), the top camera (33) is arranged on top of the code scanning area (313) and relatively close to the input end (311) or the output end (312), and the top camera (33) is obliquely oriented to the code scanning area (313).
6. Code scanning device according to claim 5, characterized in that said overhead cameras (33) are two in number, two of said overhead cameras (33) being relatively close to said input (311) and said output (312), respectively.
7. A code scanning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the camera assembly further comprises an elevation camera (34), the elevation camera (34) being disposed at the bottom of the conveyor (20) for photographing the code scanning on the bottom of the article.

The code scanning device according to claim 7, characterized in that it further comprises a transparent sliding plate arranged obliquely with respect to the horizontal plane, said transparent sliding plate having a first end and a second end facing away from each other, said first end being connected to said conveyor means (20), said second end being lower than said first end in the vertical direction and forming a height difference with said code scanning section (31); the camera (34) scans and shoots the bottom of the commodity through the transparent sliding plate.
9. The code scanning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of the shooting assemblies (30) is four, and the four shooting assemblies (30) can completely cover and shoot the outer surface of the goods in the code scanning area (313).

The code scanning device according to claim 1, characterized in that said conveying means (20) comprise a conveyor belt (21), a conveyor belt shaft (22) and a drive assembly (24); conveyer belt (21) cover is established conveyer belt axle (22), drive assembly (24) are connected and can drive conveyer belt axle (22) rotate, and then drive conveyer belt (21) motion.

A method for scanning a code and collecting cash for goods based on a code scanning and collecting system, wherein the code scanning and collecting system is the code scanning and collecting system of claim 14, the code scanning device further comprises a weighing device (210), the weighing device (210) is connected to the conveying device (20), and the weighing device (210) is electrically connected to the control device; the commodity code scanning settlement method comprises the following steps:
the sensing device senses that the commodity enters the code scanning area (313) and sends a sensing signal to the control equipment, the control equipment receives the sensing signal and controls the shooting assembly (30) to start, and the shooting assembly (30) scans the bar code of the commodity in the code scanning area (313);
