The target application may be an APP installed on a cell phone or on a vehicle. The system is used for logging in a server, and each vehicle corresponds to one target account number. The payment account is bound with the target account number, and the payment account number can be a bank card, an oil card, a payment treasure, a WeChat and the like.

In an alternative embodiment, it is determined whether the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number by at least one of: receiving a license plate number to be compared, which is sent by a server and corresponds to the position information of the terminal equipment, wherein the license plate number to be compared comprises a target license plate number; matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number;
in this embodiment, the license plate number to be compared may be a number in a license plate number database, and the license plate number database may be a database in a vehicle management system, including all the vehicle numbers in the country. In order to narrow the matching range, license plate numbers at the same position can be screened out based on the position of the terminal equipment, and the license plate numbers to be compared are bound with the terminal equipment. For example, the terminal device is in a certain gas station in Shenzhen, then the server sets a threshold range based on the position of the terminal device, sends the bound target license plate number to all gas stations (possibly only one gas station) in the threshold range, then the gas stations obtain the target license plate number, compare the target license plate number with the license plate number of the target vehicle on site, and prove that the owner and the vehicle are in the same position and refuel. If the car is not driven by the car owner, the position of the person is different from that of the car, and the fee can not be automatically deducted.
And sending the license plate number of the target vehicle to a server, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number from a matching result received by the server, wherein the server is used for matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number. In this embodiment, the target device directly receives the matching result through the comparison performed by the server, and determines whether the matching result is matched.
In an alternative embodiment, the license plate number of the target vehicle is obtained by: and when the target vehicle is positioned at a preset position of the gas station, shooting by utilizing a camera device to acquire the license plate number of the target vehicle. In this embodiment, the predetermined location may be beside the fueling machine.
In an alternative embodiment, determining the cost of the energy to be harvested based on the energy to be harvested by the target vehicle comprises: detecting the bearable energy quantity of the target vehicle by utilizing the probe equipment; sending the bearable energy quantity to a server; receiving energy to be acquired of a target vehicle sent by a server; and calculating the cost of the energy to be acquired according to a preset price. In this embodiment, the fuel tank of the target vehicle may be probed by a probe device in the target device to determine the maximum amount of fuel that can be added, and the user may then add fuel based on the need to input an amount of energy that is less than or equal to the amount of energy that can be carried. The flexibility of refueling is increased.

The embodiment mainly comprises the following steps: the intelligent terminal: the system can be an intelligent terminal device carried by a user, such as a smart phone and a tablet, or an intelligent vehicle-mounted device carried by an automobile, and is communicated with a remote server through various network protocols to acquire a globally unique code distributed by the server. And the GPS chip is used for sending the geographic position positioning information at the intelligent terminal by using software (APP). And opening the electronic wallet after the APP registration is completed, and binding a payment account for the electronic wallet, wherein the payment account can be a third party payment account of a fuel card, a WeChat or a Paibao, or a bank card and a credit card.
Refueling unit: all refueling units take the license plate number in the range as a license plate recognition library of the unit by receiving the latest positioning information of the current user/vehicle sent by the server, and acquire the license plate number of the vehicle through a camera carried by the unit according to the consumption amount calculated by the charging module: and (3) carrying out target retrieval and license plate shooting on vehicles transmitted under a camera carried by the unit, retrieving in a license plate recognition library of the terminal after the license plates are shot, directly deducting money from the electronic wallet if the recognition is passed, and returning payment success information at the intelligent terminal, otherwise, returning payment failure information at the user terminal.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of information binding between a vehicle owner and a vehicle in the embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the method mainly includes the following steps:
s401: the owner identity information needs to be initialized, the binding with the license plate number is completed, and the binding information is stored in the cloud server. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle owner uses an intelligent terminal device installation software APP, accesses a cloud server through a TCP/IP, UDP or HTTPS security protocol when registering the APP, and sends information (name, mobile phone number, identity card number and the like) capable of proving personal identity;
s402: the cloud server receives a data packet containing identity information sent by a selected port (more than 1024 ports) through a socket;
s403: and the cloud server verifies the identity information in the data packet.
S404: if the identity authentication is passed, generating an identity ID, and binding personal identity information (such as name and identity card number), license plate number and the identity ID, wherein the binding relation is stored in a file system of the cloud server;
s405: and if the verification fails, returning failure information to the user terminal.
S406: after the registration is successful, opening the electronic wallet in the APP, binding a payment account for the electronic wallet, wherein the payment account can be a third-party payment account of a gasoline card, a WeChat or a Paibao, or a bank card and a credit card, binding a plurality of accounts, defaulting to deducting from a first payment account of the electronic wallet, setting the first added payment account as the first payment account, and automatically selecting a second payment account for payment when the balance of the first payment account is insufficient.
In this embodiment, payment is based on the geographic location and the number plate. The user terminal and the refueling unit synchronize position information with the cloud server respectively and keep validity of authority, wherein the refueling unit continuously updates a local license plate library according to the latest position information synchronized by the user terminal; the refueling unit sends heartbeat information to the cloud server at regular time, reports the self state, and guarantees the validity of the refueling unit and the validity of the refueling unit in the whole payment system.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of refueling in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, including the steps of:
s501: the vehicle enters an unmanned gasoline station;
s502: detecting the parking position of the vehicle by a parking space detection device of the unmanned gas station, and if the parking position is not qualified, carrying out voice broadcast or displaying on a user terminal;
s503: the method comprises the following steps that a shifting device of an unmanned gas station opens an inlet of a vehicle oil tank, a probe of a refueling gun detects the current oil mass of a vehicle, calculates the maximum oil mass which can be filled at this time, and feeds the maximum oil mass back to a server;
s504: the server sends the oil mass information to the user terminal and prompts a vehicle owner to select the fuel oil mass filled at this time on the user terminal;
s505: the charging module issues a payment request, and the vehicle owner settles the refueling; the refueling group generates a payment order;
s506: the user terminal sends the geographic position information of the owner to the cloud server in real time; the cloud server receives the position information sent by the user terminal, issues license plate numbers meeting conditions to the refueling units, and verifies the validity and legality of each refueling unit.
S507: the refueling unit acquires a license plate number through a camera;
s508: comparing the license plates in a local license plate recognition library of the refueling unit;
S509-S510: if the matching condition (for example, the number of the license plate is consistent with the number of the license plate to be compared) in the threshold range is met, directly deducting the fee from the electronic wallet for paying the order, and returning a successful payment message to the user terminal after successful payment; and if the face feature recognition fails, the payment fails, and a payment failure message is returned to the user terminal to remind the customer of paying again.
S511, the fuel gun is used for filling fuel quantity for the vehicle, and after the fuel quantity is finished, voice playing and displaying are carried out on the user terminal;
s512: this refuels and accomplishes, and the car owner leaves unmanned filling station.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the fuel oil may be added after payment is made, the fuel oil may be added before payment is made, the time spent in this refueling may be recorded on the APP, the optimal selection may be automatically recommended to the vehicle owner when the refueling amount is selected, all orders may be queried in the APP, including completed and incomplete, and the service may also be evaluated and precious suggestions may be made.
Compared with traditional cash payment and code scanning payment, the payment method is safe, reliable, convenient and fast, consumption payment is effectively carried out by combining geographic position information and vehicle identification, the money collection efficiency is improved, the circulation rate of paper money and the like is reduced, the money collection mode is efficient and convenient, precious time of a vehicle owner is greatly saved, the safety risks that cash payment is complicated and time-consuming, two-dimensional codes are easily written and changed are reduced, and property and important identity information of a user are guaranteed. The invention realizes the shape and position recognition of the outer cover plate and the fuel tank cover of the automobile fuel tank, is suitable for common household automobiles, and is also suitable for large-scale trucks, sports cars and the like with complicated fuel filling ports. In addition, the owner does not need to get off to pay, and the oiling and the payment are completed without touch.
Through the description of the foregoing embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the method according to the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a device for providing energy is also provided, and the device is used to implement the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram (one) of the apparatus for supplying power according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus including: the first obtaining module 62, the first determining module 64, the first processing module 66, and the second processing module 68, which are described in detail below:
the first obtaining module 62 is configured to obtain vehicle information of a target vehicle and location information of a terminal device, where the vehicle information includes a license plate number of the target vehicle, and the terminal device is associated with the target vehicle;
the first determining module 64 is configured to determine an order to be paid of the target vehicle based on the cost of the energy to be acquired by the target vehicle, where the order to be paid carries a target account corresponding to the target vehicle and used for logging in the target application;
the first processing module 66 is configured to send a target license plate number bound to the terminal device to a target device within a preset range in the location information, so as to execute processing of paying an order to be paid from a payment account when a license plate number of a target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, where the payment account is an account bound to a target account number;
a second processing module 68 for instructing the target device to provide the target vehicle with energy to be harvested upon determining that the payment for the order to be paid is complete.
According to the invention, the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the position information of the terminal equipment are obtained, wherein the vehicle information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle; determining an order to be paid of the target vehicle based on the cost of the energy to be acquired by the target vehicle, wherein the order to be paid carries a target account number which corresponds to the target vehicle and is used for logging in the target application; sending a target license plate number bound with the terminal equipment to target equipment within a preset range in the position information so as to execute the processing of paying the order to be paid from a payment account under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, wherein the payment account is an account bound with a target account number; in an instance in which it is determined that payment for the order to be paid is complete, the target device is instructed to provide the target vehicle with energy to be harvested. Automatic payment after license plate number authentication is achieved. Therefore, the problems of inconvenience and insecurity in energy cost payment in the related technology can be solved, and the effect of safe and quick payment is achieved.
In the present embodiment, the target vehicle may be a fuel-powered vehicle, and the energy source may be gasoline, diesel, or the like, but is not limited thereto.

In an optional embodiment, the target license plate number bound to the terminal device is sent to the target device within the preset range in the location information, so that the server may obtain the location information of the terminal device through the target application before the processing of paying the order to be paid from the payment account is executed under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, and the location of the terminal device may be obtained by positioning the terminal device. The location of the terminal device may also be the current location of the target vehicle, e.g. at a gas station. And acquiring a license plate number to be compared corresponding to the position information from a license plate number database, wherein the license plate number to be compared is bound with the terminal equipment, the license plate number to be compared comprises a target license plate number, and the license plate number of a position area where the terminal equipment is located is stored in the license plate number database. In the present embodiment, the license plate number database may be a database in a vehicle management system, including nationwide owned vehicle numbers. In order to narrow the matching range, the license plate number at the same position can be screened out based on the position of the terminal device, for example, the terminal device is at a certain gas station in Shenzhen, then the server sets a threshold range based on the position of the terminal device, sends the bound target license plate number to all the gas stations (possibly only one gas station) in the threshold range, then the gas stations obtain the target license plate number, compare the target license plate number with the license plate number of the target vehicle on site, and prove that the owner and the owner of the vehicle are at the same position and refuel. If the car is not driven by the car owner, the position of the person is different from that of the car, and the fee can not be automatically deducted.
Optionally, the terminal device in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a vehicle-mounted device, a computer, and the like.
In addition, the user terminal sends the position of the owner/vehicle, the server receives the geographic position and issues the license plate numbers meeting the conditions to each refueling unit, and the license plate numbers meeting the conditions form a dynamic (temporary) license plate feature recognition library which is compared based on the temporary feature library.
In an alternative embodiment, it may be determined whether the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number by at least one of: the server directly matches the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and determines whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number; in this embodiment, the target device needs to upload the acquired license plate number to the server, and the server directly performs matching and sends a matching result to the target device. The target device may be a refueling unit, which includes a refueling device, a billing device, and the like.
Optionally, the target device receives a target license plate number which is sent by the server and bound with the terminal device, and the target device compares the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number. The target license plate number is sent to the target equipment to indicate the target equipment to match the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and a matching result is received from the target equipment; and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number or not based on the matching result. In this embodiment, the comparison process may also be executed by the target device, the server sends the number to be compared to the target device, and the target device directly performs the comparison after acquiring the license plate number of the target vehicle.
It should be noted that the above two methods may be performed separately or simultaneously, so as to increase the accuracy of the alignment.
In an alternative embodiment, the process of paying for an order to be paid from a payment account may be performed upon determining that the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number by: and under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, sending the order to be paid to the target application, and after the fact that the order to be paid is authenticated based on the received authentication result from the target application is determined, executing the processing of paying the order to be paid from the payment account. In this embodiment, after receiving the order to be paid from the target device or after matching, the server sends the order to be paid to the target application for authentication, and the target application may receive face information or fingerprint information or password information input by the user to determine whether the order to be paid is correct, and instruct the server to deduct money if the order to be paid is correct, thereby increasing accuracy in payment.
In an alternative embodiment, the vehicle information of the target vehicle may be acquired by: and receiving the license plate number of the target vehicle sent by the target device, wherein the license plate number of the target vehicle is obtained by shooting through the target device by utilizing the camera device when the target vehicle is positioned at a preset position of the gas station. In this embodiment, when the target vehicle reaches the refueling position of the gas station, the camera acquires the license plate number of the target vehicle by shooting. The method can be obtained in real time, and is beneficial to subsequent number matching.
In an alternative embodiment, determining the target vehicle's order to be paid for based on the cost of the target vehicle's energy to be harvested includes: receiving the cost of the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle sent by the target device; and obtaining the order to be paid according to the cost of the energy and the target account. In this embodiment, the order to be paid may be generated by the server, or may be generated by the target device, and the target account number is added for payment authentication, so that which account is the vehicle can be accurately determined.
In an optional embodiment, before determining the order to be paid for the target vehicle based on the cost of the energy to be acquired by the target vehicle, receiving the energy amount which can be borne by the target vehicle and is sent by the target device; sending the bearable energy amount to the target application; receiving energy to be acquired of a target vehicle sent by a target application; and transmitting the energy to be acquired to the target equipment. In this embodiment, the fuel tank of the target vehicle may be probed by a probe device in the target device to determine the maximum amount of fuel that can be added, and the user may then add fuel based on the need to input an amount of energy that is less than or equal to the amount of energy that can be carried. The flexibility of refueling is increased.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram (ii) of the apparatus for supplying power according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus including: the second obtaining module 72, the second determining module 74, the sending module 76, the receiving module 78, and the providing module 710, which are described in detail below:
a second obtaining module 72, configured to obtain a license plate number of the target vehicle;
a second determination module 74 for determining a cost of the energy to be acquired based on the energy to be acquired by the target vehicle;
the sending module 76 is configured to send a license plate number of the target vehicle and a cost of the energy to be acquired to a server, where the server is configured to generate an order to be paid, the order to be paid includes the cost of the energy to be acquired and a target account corresponding to the target vehicle and used for logging in the target application, the target license plate number is bound with a terminal device, and the terminal device is bound with the target vehicle;
the receiving module 78 is configured to receive payment information sent by the server that payment of an order to be paid is completed, where the order to be paid is paid by the server from a payment account when a license plate number of a target vehicle matches a target license plate number;
a providing module 710 is configured to provide energy to be harvested to a target vehicle.
According to the invention, the license plate number of the target vehicle is acquired by adopting the target equipment; determining the cost of the energy to be acquired based on the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle; sending the license plate number of the target vehicle and the cost of the energy to be acquired to a server, wherein the server is used for generating an order to be paid, and the order to be paid comprises the cost of the energy to be acquired and a target account number corresponding to the target vehicle and used for logging in the target application; receiving payment information sent by a server for completing payment of an order to be paid, wherein the order to be paid is paid from a payment account by the server under the condition that the license plate number of a target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number; the target vehicle is provided with energy to be harvested. The payment of the order can be realized after the license plate number passes the authentication. Therefore, the problems of inconvenience and insecurity in energy cost payment in the related technology can be solved, and the effect of safe and quick payment is achieved.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the above steps.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the above steps through a computer program.

Claims (14)

1. A method of providing energy, comprising:
acquiring vehicle information of a target vehicle and position information of terminal equipment, wherein the vehicle information comprises a license plate number of the target vehicle, and the terminal equipment is associated with the target vehicle;
determining an order to be paid of the target vehicle based on the cost of the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle, wherein the order to be paid carries a target account number which corresponds to the target vehicle and is used for logging in a target application;
sending a target license plate number bound with the terminal equipment to target equipment within a preset range in the position information so as to execute processing of paying the order to be paid from a payment account under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, wherein the payment account is an account bound with the target account number;
instructing the target device to provide the target vehicle with the energy to be acquired if it is determined that the payment of the order to be paid is complete.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein a target license plate number bound to the terminal device is sent to a target device within a preset range in the location information, so that before processing for paying the order to be paid from the payment account is performed when the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, the method further comprises:
acquiring the position information of the terminal equipment through the target application;

3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number is performed by at least one of:
directly matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number;
sending the target license plate number to the target equipment to indicate the target equipment to match the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and receiving a matching result from the target equipment; and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number or not based on the matching result.

The method of claim 1, wherein sending a target license plate number bound to the terminal device to a target device within a preset range in the location information, so that in a case that the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number, performing processing for paying the order to be paid from a payment account comprises:
and under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is determined to be matched with the target license plate number, the order to be paid is sent to the target application, and after the order to be paid is determined to pass the authentication based on the received authentication result from the target application, the order to be paid is paid from the payment account.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining vehicle information of the target vehicle comprises:
and receiving the license plate number of the target vehicle sent by the target equipment, wherein the license plate number of the target vehicle is obtained by shooting by the target equipment by utilizing camera equipment when the target vehicle is positioned at a preset position of a gas station.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target vehicle's order to be paid based on the cost of the target vehicle's energy to be harvested comprises:
receiving the cost of the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle sent by the target device;
and obtaining the order to be paid corresponding to the cost of the energy and the target account.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining the target vehicle's order to be paid based on the cost of the energy to be harvested by the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
receiving the energy amount which can be borne by the target vehicle and is sent by the target equipment;
sending the bearable energy amount to the target application;
receiving the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle sent by the target application;
and sending the energy to be acquired to the target equipment.
8. A method of providing energy, comprising:
acquiring a license plate number of a target vehicle;
determining the cost of the energy to be acquired based on the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle;
sending the license plate number of the target vehicle and the cost of the energy to be acquired to a server, wherein the server is used for generating an order to be paid, and the order to be paid comprises the cost of the energy to be acquired and a target account number corresponding to the target vehicle and used for logging in a target application;
receiving payment information of payment completion of the order to be paid, which is sent by the server, wherein the order to be paid is paid by the server from a payment account under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, the target license plate number is bound with a terminal device, and the terminal device is bound with the target vehicle;
determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number by at least one of:
receiving a license plate number to be compared, which is sent by the server and corresponds to the position information of the terminal equipment, wherein the license plate number to be compared comprises the target license plate number; matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number;
sending the license plate number of the target vehicle to the server, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number from a matching result received by the server, wherein the server is used for matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number;
providing the target vehicle with the energy source to be harvested.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein obtaining the license plate number of the target vehicle comprises:
and when the target vehicle is positioned at the preset position of the gas station, shooting by utilizing camera equipment to obtain the license plate number of the target vehicle.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein determining the cost of the energy to be harvested based on the energy to be harvested by the target vehicle comprises:
detecting the bearable energy quantity of the target vehicle by utilizing a probe device;
sending the bearable energy amount to the server;
receiving the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle sent by the server;
and calculating the cost of the energy to be acquired according to a preset price.
11. An apparatus for providing energy, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle information of a target vehicle and position information of terminal equipment, the vehicle information comprises a license plate number of the target vehicle, and the terminal equipment is associated with the target vehicle;
the system comprises a first determination module and a second determination module, wherein the first determination module is used for determining an order to be paid of the target vehicle based on the cost of the energy to be acquired by the target vehicle, and the order to be paid carries a target account number which is corresponding to the target vehicle and is used for logging in a target application;
the first processing module is used for sending a target license plate number bound with the terminal equipment to target equipment within a preset range in the position information so as to execute processing of paying the order to be paid from a payment account under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, wherein the payment account is an account bound with the target account number;
and the second processing module is used for indicating the target equipment to provide the energy to be acquired for the target vehicle under the condition that the payment of the order to be paid is determined to be completed within a preset range in the position information.
12. An apparatus for providing energy, comprising:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the license plate number of the target vehicle;
the second determination module is used for determining the cost of the energy to be acquired based on the energy to be acquired of the target vehicle;
the sending module is used for sending the license plate number of the target vehicle and the cost of the energy to be acquired to a server, wherein the server is used for generating an order to be paid, and the order to be paid comprises the cost of the energy to be acquired and a target account number corresponding to the target vehicle and used for logging in a target application;
the receiving module is used for receiving payment information sent by the server and used for completing payment of the order to be paid, wherein the order to be paid is paid from a payment account by the server under the condition that the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number, the target license plate number is bound with the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment is bound with the target vehicle;
the device also determines whether the license plate number of the target vehicle matches the target license plate number by at least one of:
receiving a license plate number to be compared, which is sent by the server and corresponds to the position information of the terminal equipment, wherein the license plate number to be compared comprises the target license plate number; matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number;
sending the license plate number of the target vehicle to the server, and determining whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with the target license plate number from a matching result received by the server, wherein the server is used for matching the license plate number of the target vehicle with the target license plate number;
a providing module for providing the target vehicle with the energy source to be harvested.
13. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of the claims 1 to 7 when executed, or to perform the method of any of the claims 8 to 10.
14. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7, or to perform the method of any of claims 8 to 10.
