Background
With the development of informatization, more and more enterprises find the importance of internal data informatization, and business management by using digital information is indispensable for enterprises. In the related art, a supply chain module in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is based on business data management inside an Enterprise, does not interact with the outside, and is a closed supply chain management system. Specifically, the type of the information to be reminded may include, but is not limited to, a contract supply list, contract information, and invoice receipt reminder; the account information is a push address for providing information to be reminded.
The information to be reminded can be notification information generated after the account receives a contract supply list, contract information and an invoice receipt uploaded by a sender, and the notification information is pushed to the account corresponding to the account information by the information pushing module so as to remind a processor corresponding to the account to accept or process in time.
Furthermore, the information to be reminded may also carry time stamp information to notify the party corresponding to the account of completing the feedback within a specified time through the time stamp information, so as to avoid affecting the credit.
In some embodiments, the information interaction system as described above, further comprising:
and the supplier information acquisition module is used for acquiring the information of the to-be-processed supplier corresponding to the to-be-processed supplier.
Specifically, the to-be-processed provider information may include, but is not limited to: qualification information, development information and certification introduction information (such as certification time, certification level and the like) corresponding to the to-be-processed supplier.
And the historical information acquisition module is used for acquiring the historical supply information of the supplier to be processed.
Specifically, the historical supply information may include supply stability, efficiency, quality, and the like of the suppliers to be processed. The historical supply information can be obtained by recording and grading supply behaviors of each time after the supplier supplies the materials.
And the weight acquisition module is used for acquiring weight information corresponding to the supplier to be processed according to the supplier information to be processed and the historical supply information.
Specifically, the weight information may be an evaluation score or level information obtained after rating the to-be-processed provider; specifically, the information of the suppliers to be processed and the historical supply information can comprise a plurality of data of different types; the evaluation scores corresponding to the suppliers to be processed can be obtained by weighting each data; and then determining the grade information corresponding to the supplier to be processed according to the score intervals corresponding to different grades.
By the method in the embodiment, the automatic evaluation of the supply capacity of the supplier can be realized; enabling the buyer to focus limited resources on the key core provider.
In some embodiments, the information interaction system as described above, further comprising:
the mail information acquisition module is used for acquiring the mail information and the address information of a mail sending object;
the association information determining module is used for determining account information associated with the address information;
and the sending module is used for sending the mail information to the account corresponding to the account information.
That is to say, by the method in this embodiment, the receiving and sending of the mail can be realized in the system, and further, the mail can be attached with information such as an attachment, which is more convenient for communication in this system.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of another aspect of the present application, there is also provided an information interaction method, including the following steps S1 to S4:
s1, acquiring material information uploaded by at least one supplier;
s2, selecting and obtaining first target material information meeting preset requirements from all material information;
s3, generating corresponding order information according to the first target material information;
and S4, generating corresponding notification information according to the order information, and sending the notification information to a target supplier corresponding to the first target material information.
Specifically, the specific process of implementing the functions of each step in the information interaction method according to the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the related description in the apparatus embodiment, and is not described herein again.
According to another embodiment of the present application, there is also provided an electronic apparatus including: as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include: the system comprises a processor 1501, a communication interface 1502, a memory 1503 and a communication bus 1504, wherein the processor 1501, the communication interface 1502 and the memory 1503 complete communication with each other through the communication bus 1504.
A memory 1503 for storing a computer program;
the processor 1501 is configured to implement the steps of the above-described method embodiments when executing the program stored in the memory 1503.
The bus mentioned in the electronic device may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium includes a stored program, and the program executes the method steps of the foregoing method embodiment when running.

Claims (10)
1. An information interaction system, comprising:
the material information acquisition module is used for acquiring material information uploaded by at least one supplier;
the selection module is used for selecting and obtaining first target material information meeting preset requirements from all the material information;
the order generating module is used for generating corresponding order information according to the first target material information;
and the notification module is used for generating corresponding notification information according to the order information and sending the notification information to a target supplier corresponding to the first target material information.
2. The information interaction system of claim 1, wherein the material information obtaining module comprises:
the material information request unit is used for acquiring a material information acquisition request uploaded by a purchasing party; the material information acquisition request is used for acquiring at least one type of data;
and the material information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the material information generated by at least one supplier according to the material information acquisition request.
3. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising a material information comparison module, wherein the material information comparison module comprises:
the request acquisition unit is used for acquiring a material information comparison request uploaded by a purchasing party;
the generating unit is used for generating a corresponding material information comparison interface according to the material information comparison request;
the material information receiving unit is used for receiving the material information to be compared submitted by the supplier through the material information comparison interface;
the sorting unit is used for sorting all the material information to be compared according to a preset rule to obtain sorting information corresponding to each piece of material information to be compared;
and the selecting unit is used for selecting and obtaining second target material information from all the material information to be compared according to the sorting information.
4. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising:
the information writing module is used for acquiring the supplier information written by the supplier;
the supplier verification module is used for verifying the supplier information and obtaining a verification result;
and the registration module is used for receiving a registration request of a qualified provider of which the verification result meets a preset requirement, and acquiring a user name and a password corresponding to the qualified provider according to the registration request.
5. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising:
the order information acquisition module is used for acquiring purchase order information;
and the transaction state information acquisition module is used for acquiring the material acquisition information and the payment information corresponding to the purchase order information and acquiring the transaction state information corresponding to the purchase order information.
6. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising:
the inventory information acquisition module is used for acquiring inventory information corresponding to each material in each warehouse; the inventory information includes: the current inventory information, the distribution inventory information and the purchasing inventory information;
and the inventory alarm module is used for generating alarm information corresponding to the materials when the inventory information corresponding to each material is lower than the lower limit threshold corresponding to the materials.
7. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising:
the push information acquisition module is used for acquiring information to be reminded and account information corresponding to the information to be reminded;
and the information pushing module is used for pushing the information to be reminded to the account corresponding to the account information.
8. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising:
the supplier information acquisition module is used for acquiring the information of the to-be-processed supplier corresponding to the to-be-processed supplier;
the historical information acquisition module is used for acquiring historical supply information of the to-be-processed supplier;
and the weight acquisition module is used for acquiring the weight information corresponding to the to-be-processed supplier according to the to-be-processed supplier information and the historical supply information.
9. The information interaction system of claim 1, further comprising:
the mail information acquisition module is used for acquiring the mail information and the address information of a mail sending object;
the association information determining module is used for determining account information associated with the address information;
and the sending module is used for sending the mail information to an account corresponding to the account information.
10. An information interaction method, comprising:
acquiring material information uploaded by at least one supplier;
selecting first target material information meeting preset requirements from all the material information;
generating corresponding order information according to the first target material information;
and generating corresponding notification information according to the order information, and sending the notification information to a target supplier corresponding to the first target material information.
