本发明公开了一种调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,包括烤漆铝材边框,所述烤漆铝材边框内侧上部设置有上槽;所述烤漆铝材边框内侧下部设置有下槽;所述烤漆铝材边框外侧底部设置有底槽;所述下槽内侧嵌有微晶防眩光面板;所述微晶防眩光面板顶面固定有高透光扩散板;所述高透光扩散板顶面贴合有高透光亚克力导光板;所述烤漆铝材边框于上槽内侧固定有LED灯板;所述LED灯板和透光亚克力导光板之间压合有高反射率反光筒;本发明的调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,结构简单,组装方便,能够使有效光高效扩散通过,有害光进行过滤,并通过微晶防眩光面板进行防眩设计,光线柔和无频闪,光照区域细腻均匀从而保证用眼舒适,能够很好地防止炫光,保护学生眼睛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种读写专用灯,特别涉及一种调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,属于读写专用灯技术领域。
背景技术
LED灯是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,用银胶或白胶固化到支架上,然后用银线或金线连接芯片和电路板,四周用环氧树脂密封,起到保护内部芯线的作用,最后安装外壳,随着LED技术的发展,LED芯片的辐射亮度大幅提高,再者由于 LED光线产生的极端的亮度对比,所带来的眩光污染及视觉残留会严重的影响到我们视力健康及生理反应,降低了我们的工作及生活的质量;特别是容易影响读写等学习照明,另外,现有的读写灯安装难度大。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,能够使有效光高效扩散通过,有害光进行过滤,并通过微晶防眩光面板进行防眩设计。
本发明的调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,包括烤漆铝材边框,所述烤漆铝材边框内侧上部设置有上槽;所述烤漆铝材边框内侧下部设置有下槽;所述烤漆铝材边框外侧底部设置有底槽;烤漆铝材边框加工简单方便,从而给整个灯体部件通过安装和支撑,安装简单方便,内部部件采用压合嵌合方式,外部部件直接通过螺栓压紧即可完成组装;所述下槽内侧嵌有微晶防眩光面板;所述微晶防眩光面板顶面固定有高透光扩散板;所述高透光扩散板顶面贴合有高透光亚克力导光板;所述烤漆铝材边框于上槽内侧固定有LED灯板;所述LED灯板和透光亚克力导光板之间压合有高反射率反光筒;LED灯板发射的照明光源,通过高反射率反光筒进行光线直射和反射,将照明光源通过高透光扩散板进行光线扩散和高透光亚克力导光板进行高透光和送光;最后通过微晶防眩光面板将光线导出;所述高反射率反光筒外表面与烤漆铝材边框内边沿贴合;所述底槽内嵌有底面压边;所述底面压边与微晶防眩光面板底面外沿压合;烤漆铝材边框顶面设置有与LED灯板压合的镀锌防锈后盖板。
进一步地,所述镀锌防锈后盖板和底面压边通过螺栓与烤漆铝材边框固定,通过镀锌防锈后盖板和底面压边将照明件和导光件压制于烤漆铝材边框内。
进一步地,所述烤漆铝材边框外侧开设有与安装位卡接的边槽。
进一步地,所述底面压边内沿为坡面结构。
进一步地,所述LED灯板和镀锌防锈后盖板之间设置有防压保护棉层。
进一步地,所述底面压边与微晶防眩光面板之间设置有防水黏胶。
进一步地,所述高透光亚克力导光板和LED灯板之间设置有蓝光滤片,通过蓝光滤片将蓝光过滤。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,结构简单,组装方便,能够使有效光高效扩散通过,有害光进行过滤,并通过微晶防眩光面板进行防眩设计,光线柔和无频闪,光照区域细腻均匀从而保证用眼舒适,能够很好地防止炫光,保护学生眼睛。

实施例1:
如图1和图2所示的调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,包括烤漆铝材边框1,所述烤漆铝材边框1内侧上部设置有上槽2;所述烤漆铝材边框1内侧下部设置有下槽3;所述烤漆铝材边框1外侧底部设置有底槽4;烤漆铝材边框加工简单方便,从而给整个灯体部件通过安装和支撑,安装简单方便,内部部件采用压合嵌合方式,外部部件直接通过螺栓压紧即可完成组装;所述下槽3内侧嵌有微晶防眩光面板5;所述微晶防眩光面板5顶面固定有高透光扩散板6;所述高透光扩散板6顶面贴合有高透光亚克力导光板7;所述烤漆铝材边框1于上槽内侧固定有LED灯板8;所述LED灯板8和透光亚克力导光板7之间压合有高反射率反光筒9;LED灯板发射的照明光源,通过高反射率反光筒进行光线直射和反射,将照明光源通过高透光扩散板进行光线扩散和高透光亚克力导光板进行高透光和送光;最后通过微晶防眩光面板将光线导出;所述高反射率反光筒9外表面与烤漆铝材边框1内边沿贴合;所述底槽4内嵌有底面压边10;所述底面压边10与微晶防眩光面板5底面外沿压合;烤漆铝材边框1顶面设置有与LED灯板8压合的镀锌防锈后盖板11。
其中,所述镀锌防锈后盖板11和底面压边10通过螺栓与烤漆铝材边框1固定,通过镀锌防锈后盖板和底面压边将照明件和导光件压制于烤漆铝材边框内。所述烤漆铝材边框1外侧开设有与安装位卡接的边槽12。所述底面压边10内沿为坡面结构。所述LED灯板8和镀锌防锈后盖板11之间设置有防压保护棉层。所述底面压边10与微晶防眩光面板5之间设置有防水黏胶。
如图3所示,再一实施例中,所述高透光亚克力导光板7和LED灯板8之间设置有蓝光滤片13,通过蓝光滤片将蓝光过滤。

1.一种调光微晶防眩读写专用灯,其特征在于:包括烤漆铝材边框,所述烤漆铝材边框内侧上部设置有上槽;所述烤漆铝材边框内侧下部设置有下槽;所述烤漆铝材边框外侧底部设置有底槽;所述下槽内侧嵌有微晶防眩光面板;所述微晶防眩光面板顶面固定有高透光扩散板;所述高透光扩散板顶面贴合有高透光亚克力导光板;所述烤漆铝材边框于上槽内侧固定有LED灯板;所述LED灯板和透光亚克力导光板之间压合有高反射率反光筒;所述高反射率反光筒外表面与烤漆铝材边框内边沿贴合;所述底槽内嵌有底面压边;所述底面压边与微晶防眩光面板底面外沿压合;烤漆铝材边框顶面设置有与LED灯板压合的镀锌防锈后盖板。
