本发明涉及连续管连接领域,具体涉及一种榫槽式连续管连接器,包括公接头、母接头、密封结构、限位结构。公接头和母接头之间设置榫槽结构,公接头和母接头之间通过插接方式安装;公接头和母接头之间设置圆柱面配合,所述圆柱面设置密封结构;公接头和母接头的榫槽结构两端设置卡槽并安装限位器。本发明可用于将多个滚筒内连续管进行快速连接,解决现在连续管作业机只能与单滚筒内的连续管配合进行作业的限制。

一种榫槽式连续管连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及连续管连接技术领域,具体涉及一种在施工中将多个滚筒内连续管相连接的快速连接器。
背景技术
连续管在运输和工作过程中总是缠绕于滚筒中。滚筒内连续管的总长度由滚筒的外廓尺寸和连续管的外径尺寸决定。滚筒的外廓尺寸受到国标GB 1589-2016《汽车、挂车及汽车列车外廓尺寸、轴荷及质量限值》限制,同时若增加连续管的外径尺寸,滚筒内续管的总长度也将减少。在滚筒外廓尺寸一定时,只能通过减少连续管的外径尺寸的方式增加滚筒内连续管的总长度,以满足国内大部分的井深对连续管长度的使用要求。但减少连续管的外径尺寸会产生诸多的不利影响,如增加了水功率损失,减少抵抗扭矩和传递轴向力的能力,这些结构缺陷也限制连续管工艺的进一步发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的:发明一种可用于将多个滚筒内连续管进行快速连接的连接器。允许多个滚筒内的连续管进行快速连接,该发明装置能够承受扭矩、轴向拉力并具有密封能力。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种榫槽式连续管连接器,包括公接头、母接头和限位器;公接头和母接头之间设置榫槽结构,公接头和母接头之间通过插接方式安装;公接头和母接头之间设置圆柱面配合,所述圆柱面设置密封结构;公接头和母接头榫槽结构的两侧设置卡槽并安装限位器。
所述限位器的形状与公接头和母接头的榫槽结构的两侧的所诉卡槽形状配合。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述限位器的形状为半环形,或者长条形,或者球形,或者圆柱形。
包括套筒,所述套筒整体为圆筒形并与公接头或者母接头连接,所述套筒设置在限位器外侧并固定限位器。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述套筒与公接头或者母接头之间采用螺纹连接,或者采用插销固定。
本发明具有的有益效果是:通过连接多个滚筒内的连续管,可增加井内连续管的长度。也可以允许工作中使用大管径的连续管,从而增大连续管传递轴向力和抵抗扭矩的能力,为以后连续管钻井工艺实施增加必要条件。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图1~4及实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体事例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明装置中,套筒4先放置于连续管6,套筒4可以滑动于连续管6上。之后公接头1的连续管连接段101和母接头2的连续管连接段201分别与连续管6焊接。
公接头1的配合轴105插入到母接头2中的配合孔204中,配合轴105上含有密封圈槽104与密封圈5相配合,实现密封功能。作为优选的,本次实施例中取密封圈槽105的个数为2个
公接头1的防扭矩齿107与母接头2的防扭矩齿206相配合,从而可以传递连续管6的扭矩。作为优选的,本次实施例中取防扭矩齿107和防扭矩齿206的个数为5个。
限位器3分别安置于公接头1的限位槽106和母接头2的限位槽205内,通过限位器3和限位槽106、限位槽205的配合,实现轴向力的传递。作为优选的,本次实施例中限位器3取圆环形,限位槽106和限位槽205的形状与限位器3的形状相同为圆环形槽。
套筒4内的内螺纹402分别与公接头1的外螺纹102和母接头2的外螺纹202连接,用以防止限位器3的径向位移。同时,为加强套筒4与公接头1和母接头2的连接固定性,在套筒4上设置有沉头孔401,该沉头孔401与公接头1的螺纹孔102和母接头2的螺纹孔202轴心对齐,通过螺钉穿过沉头孔401与螺纹孔102和螺纹孔202连接,对套筒4进一步限位。
本发明的工作原理:通过公接头和母接头之间的榫槽结构,实现扭矩的传递。通过限位器与公接头和母接头中的限位槽的配合,实现轴向力的传递。通过公接头和母接头之间的圆柱面配合和密封结构,实现管内压力的传递。因此使该发明具有连续管本体的受力能力,能够传递扭矩、轴向力和具有传递管内液体的和压力的能力。

Claims (5)

1.一种榫槽式连续管连接器,包括公接头(1)、母接头(2)、限位器(3),其特征在于:公接头(1)和母接头(2)之间设置榫槽结构,公接头(1)和母接头(2)之间通过插接方式安装;公接头(1)和母接头(2)之间设置圆柱面配合,所述圆柱面设置密封结构;公接头(1)和母接头(2)的榫槽结构两端设置卡槽并安装限位器(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种榫槽式连续管连接器,其特征在于:所述限位器(3)的形状与公接头(1)和母接头(2)的榫槽结构两端的卡槽形状配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的榫槽式连续管连接器,其特征在于:所述限位器(3)的形状为半环形,或者长条形,或者球形,或者圆柱形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种榫槽式连续管连接器,其特征在于:包括套筒(4),所述套筒(4)整体为圆筒形并与公接头(1)或者母接头(2)连接,所述套筒(4)设置在限位器(3)外侧并固定限位器(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种榫槽式连续管连接器,其特征在于:所述套筒(4)与公接头(1)或者母接头(2)之间采用螺纹连接,或者采用插销固定。
