一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户及运行方法,包括外层玻璃和内层玻璃,所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃之间形成空气夹层,所述外层玻璃和内层玻璃表面分别设置滤网,滤网外侧设置有风挡,所述空气夹层内部设置有风机。本发明在双层玻璃保温、隔热的基础上,通过合理开/闭室内外风挡为房间进行通风换气,在提高室内空气质量的同时降低引入的冷/热负荷,同时具有结构简单、设计合理的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能利用技术领域,特别涉及一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户及运行方法。
背景技术
目前,在国家大力提倡环保和清洁能源的环境下,多数建筑物上的窗户会利用太阳能进行取暖,但在室外气温较高的夏天,太阳能窗户会对室内环境起到保温作用,对于空调长期运行的房间,需定时进行通风换气以引入新鲜空气,若直接打开窗户进行通风,将会引入温度较高的室外空气,增加室内冷负荷;同样在寒冷的冬季,若直接打开窗户进行通风换气,会在引入新鲜空气的同时增加额外的热负荷,增加建筑能耗。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户及运行方法,在普通太阳能窗户保温、隔热的基础上加强通风效果,同时减少通风换气所带来的额外负荷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户,包括外层玻璃5和内层玻璃6,所述外层玻璃5和内层玻璃6之间形成空气夹层13,所述外层玻璃5和内层玻璃6上均开设相应的洞口,洞口处设置内窗框,所述内窗框中部具有与滤网厚度相同的卡槽,卡槽上安装滤网,滤网外侧设置有风挡,所述空气夹层13内部设置有风机8,所述风机为超小超薄型导流风机,通过太阳能转化为电能对风机持续供能,采用光敏原件实现对风机的启停控制。
所述外层玻璃5上设置的滤网包括外窗上部过滤网9和外窗下部过滤网11,外窗上部过滤网9外侧设置有外窗上部风挡1,外窗下部过滤网11外侧设置有外窗下部风挡2,所述风挡与内窗框通过铰链滑撑连接,风挡关闭时,橡胶密封条在框扇密封槽内被压紧并产生弹性变形,形成一个完整密封体系,开启状态下,风挡与框的连接为悬臂受力结构。
所述内层玻璃6上设置的滤网包括内窗上部过滤网10和内窗下部过滤网12,内窗上部过滤网10外侧设置有内窗上部风挡3,内窗下部过滤网12外侧设置有内窗下部风挡4。
所述风机8位于空气夹层的顶部。
所述外层玻璃5和内层玻璃6均为钢化玻璃。
所述空气夹层13内部靠近内层玻璃6处设置有百叶帘7,所述百叶帘7顶部设置收卷装置,百叶帘7为可升降的百叶帘,包括百叶和穿过百叶的连接绳,百叶外侧一面覆有吸热涂层。

在天气晴朗的冬季,百叶帘7上的吸热涂层吸收太阳热量后加热夹层内的空气,打开外窗下部风挡2和内窗上部风挡3,关闭外窗上部风挡1和内窗下部风挡4,由于热空气的升腾作用,被加热后的空气通过内窗上部过滤网10过滤后进入室内,冷空气经外窗下部过滤网11过滤后进入空气夹层13被吸热涂层重新加热,通过此循环可实现在保证人体热舒适的情况下增加室内环境通风换气效果;

本发明的有益效果:
本发明可有效利用双层窗户的保温作用,通过太阳能吸热涂层加热双层玻璃间的空气,合理开/闭室内外风挡为房间进行通风换气,在提高室内空气质量的同时降低引入的冷/热负荷,减少能源消耗,且该发明设计结构简单,合理利用太阳热能,具有清洁环保的优点,符合我国的建筑节能措施要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明提供了一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户,如图1和图2所示,该窗户具有保温、隔热和加强通风的特点。
如图1和图2所示的太阳能保温通风双层窗户,包括外窗上部风挡1,外窗下部风挡2,内窗上部风挡3,内窗下部风挡4,外窗上部过滤网9,内窗上部过滤网10,外窗下部过滤网11,内窗下部过滤网12,外层玻璃5、空气夹层13、风机8、百叶帘7和内层玻璃6。
外层玻璃5和内层玻璃6均为钢化玻璃,空气夹层13两侧分别是外层玻璃5和内层玻璃6,风机8用于将室外风或室内风引入空气夹层13,风机8位于空气夹层的顶部,百叶帘7靠近内层玻璃6。
所述风机8、百叶帘、室外风挡和室内风挡均与电控装置相连接。
如图3所示的太阳能保温通风双层窗户,在天气晴朗的冬季,百叶帘7上的吸热涂层吸收太阳热量后加热夹层内的空气,打开外窗下部风挡2和内窗上部风挡3,关闭外窗上部风挡1和内窗下部风挡4,由于热空气的升腾作用,被加热后的空气通过内窗上部过滤网10过滤后进入室内,冷空气经外窗下部过滤网11过滤后进入空气夹层13被吸热涂层重新加热,通过此循环可实现在保证人体热舒适的情况下增加室内环境通风换气效果;

如图5所示的太阳能保温通风双层窗户,在天气晴朗的夏季,百叶帘7上的吸热涂层吸收太阳热量后加热夹层内的空气,打开外窗上部风挡1和内窗下部风挡4,关闭外窗下部风挡2和内窗上部风挡3,由于热空气的升腾作用,被加热后的空气通过外窗上部过滤网9过滤后进入室外环境,室内空气经内窗下部过滤网12过滤后进入空气夹层13被吸热涂层重新加热,通过此循环可实现在保证人体热舒适的情况下增加室内环境通风换气效果。

1.一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户,其特征在于,包括外层玻璃(5)和内层玻璃(6),所述外层玻璃(5)和内层玻璃(6)之间形成空气夹层(13),所述外层玻璃(5)和内层玻璃(6)上均开设相应的洞口,洞口处设置内窗框,所述内窗框中部具有与滤网厚度相同的卡槽,卡槽上安装滤网,滤网外侧设置有风挡,所述空气夹层(13)内部设置有风机(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃(5)上设置的滤网包括外窗上部过滤网(9)和外窗下部过滤网(11),外窗上部过滤网(9)外侧设置有外窗上部风挡(1),外窗下部过滤网(11)外侧设置有外窗下部风挡(2),所述风挡与内窗框通过铰链滑撑连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风量可控式太阳能保温通风双层窗户,其特征在于,所述内层玻璃(6)上设置的滤网包括内窗上部过滤网(10)和内窗下部过滤网(12),内窗上部过滤网(10)外侧设置有内窗上部风挡(3),内窗下部过滤网(12)外侧设置有内窗下部风挡(4)。
