Abstract

本发明公开了一种中置外遮阳系统,包括内层可开启玻璃窗扇、外层固定玻璃窗以及设置在所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇和所述外层固定玻璃窗之间的遮阳帘,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇、所述外层固定玻璃窗和所述遮阳帘均安装在窗框上,在所述外层固定玻璃窗的上端和下端各设有一内开密闭窗扇。本发明便于安装,便于日常使用和维修,更重要的是中置外遮阳系统热工性能优异,在夏季具有建筑外遮阳的最佳效果、阻止热辐射向室内传导,在冬季有阳光时,能够充分吸收热能,无阳光时,能够充分保温节能,更合理地、动态地满足绿色建筑的节能要求。提高了现有玻璃幕墙和外窗的遮阳、散热、吸热和保温性能,增强和补充我国现有建筑节能建筑中的热工性能。

Description

中置外遮阳系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中置外遮阳系统,可直接应用在各类新、老建筑有自然通风和遮阳要求的幕墙或固定外窗中。
背景技术
目前我国对绿色建筑及节能建筑的要求越来越严格,对东西向的外窗或玻璃幕墙均有采用外遮阳的要求,但对于玻璃幕墙的建筑设计来讲,如果外侧大量布置外遮阳会严重影响建筑立面的美观效果或立面形式;如果采用内遮阳,隔热效果较差,很难达到建筑绿色节能要求;如果采用中置遮阳,内部的遮阳帘很容易老化而且难以维修;对于高层建筑中的玻璃幕墙和外窗,相关规范的限制条款就更多了:如限制外开形式或不允许外开、开窗面积及开窗位置的要求、遮阳系数与太阳能收集利用的要求等等。不难看出目前的建筑中急需一种遮阳效果好、绿色节能效果佳、便于维修、便于实施的既阻挡阳光辐射、又最大限度地利用太阳能、吸收热辐射、阻挡热流失的玻璃幕墙和外窗的中置外遮阳系统。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种中置外遮阳系统,该系统遮阳效果好、绿色节能效果佳、便于维修、便于实施,既阻挡阳光辐射、又最大限度地利用太阳能、吸收热辐射、阻挡热流失。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种中置外遮阳系统,包括内层可开启玻璃窗扇、外层固定玻璃窗以及设置在所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇和所述外层固定玻璃窗之间的遮阳帘,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇、所述外层固定玻璃窗和所述遮阳帘均安装在窗框上,在所述外层固定玻璃窗的上端和下端各设有一内开密闭窗扇。
在上述方案的基础上,本发明还做了如下改进:
所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇采用双层中空玻璃,所述外层固定玻璃窗采用超白安全玻璃。
设置在所述外层固定玻璃窗上端的内开密闭窗扇为内开上悬撑窗扇,设置在所述外层固定玻璃窗下端的内开密闭窗扇为内开下悬翻窗扇。
所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇为内平开窗扇。
所述遮阳帘的上端固接在卷帘轴上,两侧安装在遮阳帘边轨内,所述遮阳帘边轨安装在所述窗框的内侧,所述卷帘轴水平固定在所述窗框的顶部。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:通过采用中置遮阳帘、内层可开启玻璃窗扇以及在外层固定玻璃窗的上端和下端设置内开密闭窗扇的结构,使中置外遮阳系统便于安装,便于日常使用和维修,更重要的是中置外遮阳系统热工性能优异,在夏季具有建筑外遮阳的最佳效果、阻止热辐射向室内传导,在冬季有阳光时,能够充分吸收热能,无阳光时,能够充分保温节能,更合理地、动态地满足绿色建筑的节能要求。提高了现有玻璃幕墙和外窗的遮阳、散热、吸热和保温性能,增强和补充我国现有建筑节能建筑中的热工性能,能够保证建筑的绿色节能及可持续性,能够满足现行规范中的各种要求,补充并完善了我国建筑中玻璃幕墙、遮阳系统和外窗的种类。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下:
请参阅图1,一种中置外遮阳系统,包括内层可开启玻璃窗扇2、外层固定玻璃窗1以及设置在所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇2和所述外层固定玻璃窗1之间的遮阳帘5,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇2、所述外层固定玻璃窗1和所述遮阳帘5均安装在窗框上,在所述外层固定玻璃窗1的上端和下端各设有一内开密闭窗扇。
在本实施例中,为了提高系统的热工性能,方便安装和维修,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇2采用双层中空玻璃,所述外层固定玻璃窗1采用超白安全玻璃。为了方便安装、维修和通风,设置在所述外层固定玻璃窗1上端的内开密闭窗扇为内开上悬撑窗扇3,设置在所述外层固定玻璃窗1下端的内开密闭窗扇为内开下悬翻窗扇4。所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇2为内平开窗扇。为了操作方便,所述遮阳帘5的上端固接在卷帘轴7上,两侧安装在遮阳帘边轨6内,所述遮阳帘边轨6安装在所述窗框的内侧,所述卷帘轴7水平固定在所述窗框的顶部。
本发明的工作原理:
在建筑的玻璃幕墙或外窗中设置遮阳帘5,使外层固定玻璃窗1和内层可开启玻璃窗扇2分置在遮阳帘5的内外两侧,其中内层可开启玻璃窗扇2采用双层中空玻璃,外层固定玻璃窗1采用超白安全玻璃,在外层固定玻璃窗1的上下两端设置可开启的内开密闭窗扇,内层可开启玻璃窗扇2安装在窗框上,形成三玻三腔的整体外檐窗构造形式。在夏季:天气非常热时,将外层上下可开启的内开上悬撑窗扇3和内开下悬翻窗扇4打开,拉上遮阳帘5、关闭内层可开启玻璃窗扇2,形成中置外遮阳结构。即阳光晒在遮阳帘5上,向外反射并加热空气,形成竖向气流外循环散热,起到外遮阳的作用。由于中置遮阳帘5在外层固定玻璃窗1的内侧,既不影响建筑外立面美观和整体效果,又能避免大风对遮阳帘的过大风载荷,还避免了中置遮阳帘5在过高的温度下易于损坏的缺点,同时还便于从内侧进行拆卸和维修。在冬季:有阳光时卷起遮阳帘5,使阳光充分地、尽量多地进入室内,充分采集和利用太阳能。在阴天或晚间拉上遮阳帘5,系统形成三玻三腔保温构造,其保温性能可优于现在四步节能常用的三玻两腔外保温窗。彻底解决了现在国内外经常采用的low-e玻璃的短板和不足,做到了遮阳、隔热、保温、节能、吸热和太阳能的充分利用。
在新建、改建和扩建的建筑工程项目中,通过增加内层窗或外层窗并设置中置外遮阳的方法,完善现有建筑中外遮阳形式和中置遮阳形式的性能不足;对于已有建筑的玻璃幕墙和中置遮阳系统,通过改造外层窗的开启方式和位置、内层窗的可开启问题以及中置遮阳帘位置,实现本发明的热气流外循环、外散热的功能,提高建筑玻璃幕墙或外窗的热工性能。
本发明通过改变遮阳帘的安装位置,提高了中置遮阳帘的遮阳性能。以开启和关闭设置在外层固定玻璃窗上的内开密闭窗扇以及拉上和卷起中置遮阳帘的方式,解决遮阳、保温、隔热、吸热、绿色节能的动态效果,与大自然的四季、早晚、阴晴转换相对应,提高和完善建筑外窗和玻璃幕墙的热工性能。
尽管上面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,并不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围的情况下,还可以做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种中置外遮阳系统,其特征在于,包括内层可开启玻璃窗扇、外层固定玻璃窗以及设置在所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇和所述外层固定玻璃窗之间的遮阳帘,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇、所述外层固定玻璃窗和所述遮阳帘均安装在窗框上,在所述外层固定玻璃窗的上端和下端各设有一内开密闭窗扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中置外遮阳系统,其特征在于,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇采用双层中空玻璃,所述外层固定玻璃窗采用超白安全玻璃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中置外遮阳系统,其特征在于,设置在所述外层固定玻璃窗上端的内开密闭窗扇为内开上悬撑窗扇,设置在所述外层固定玻璃窗下端的内开密闭窗扇为内开下悬翻窗扇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中置外遮阳系统,其特征在于,所述内层可开启玻璃窗扇为内平开窗扇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的中置外遮阳系统,其特征在于,所述遮阳帘的上端固接在卷帘轴上,两侧安装在遮阳帘边轨内,所述遮阳帘边轨安装在所述窗框的内侧,所述卷帘轴水平固定在所述窗框的顶部。
