Drive devices for windows or doors and housings therefor are known in principle. By means of such a drive, automatic opening and/or closing of the respective window or the respective door can be achieved. The known drive device has a drive unit which is arranged in a receiving space of a housing of the drive device.
In known drives or drive units thereof, electrical and/or electronic control, control and/or regulation is usually provided. In order to provide these functions, electrical and/or electronic components are often arranged in combination on the electronics circuit board, by means of which the respective function can be implemented.
It is known to combine all electrical and/or electronic components and components on a single printed circuit board. The electrical or electronic components and components can in particular provide not only the actuation of the drive device or its drive unit by the user, but also the actual control and/or regulation of the movement of the drive unit or of the window or door provided by the drive unit.
In order to arrange such circuit boards in the housing interior of the drive, these circuit boards are usually held by special circuit board holders which are inserted into the housing. This increases the number of components to be assembled when manufacturing the window or door drive. At the same time, the arrangement of all electronic components on a common printed circuit board requires that the printed circuit board must also be completely replaced, for example, when replacing the drive unit. For example, if a stronger drive unit is required after the replacement of the associated door, it is difficult to adapt the drive to the changing requirements and the price increases.
Disclosure of Invention
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages. The object of the invention is, in particular, to provide a housing for a drive device and a drive device, wherein the housing and the drive device can be assembled or produced in a simple and cost-effective manner, wherein at the same time the flexibility in terms of the changes to be made to the drive device is increased or the feasibility of such changes is simplified.

The features and details described in connection with the housing according to the invention are also applicable here in connection with the drive device according to the invention and vice versa, so that the inventive aspects are always referred to one another.

The housing according to the invention has in particular a housing shell and a housing plate. The arcuate shape of the housing shell makes it possible to enclose the receiving space particularly easily, wherein the housing shell simultaneously ends in a leg having in each case one end section. In other words, the housing shell ends in two opposite end sections, wherein a housing plate for closing the receiving space is and/or can be arranged between the end sections of the housing shell. Thus, for example, the drive unit can be arranged on the housing plate and can be introduced together with the housing plate into the receiving space enclosed by the housing shell. The housing of the drive device according to the invention for a window or door can be assembled overall by fixing the housing plate, preferably positively and/or non-positively, to the housing shell.
According to the invention, a circuit board receptacle for the form-fitting reception of the electronic circuit board is provided in the housing shell. In other words, the special receptacles for the arrangement of the electronics circuit boards are integrated directly into the housing shell of the housing according to the invention. Therefore, no additional components, such as circuit board holders, holding frames or the like, are required in the housing according to the invention in order to arrange the electronics circuit board in the interior of the housing. In the case according to the invention, it can be provided that the circuit board receiver is arranged in the case cover opposite the end section and at a distance from it. As already described above, the housing plate is or can be arranged between the opposite end sections of the housing shell. By positioning the circuit board receptacle in the housing shell interior opposite the end section (and thus at a distance from the housing plate), a greater distance between the electronics circuit board arranged in the circuit board receptacle and the housing plate can be achieved. In this way, the accommodation space in the housing interior for the arrangement of the drive unit, which remains free, can be maximized. In this way, restrictions on the design of the drive unit due to the reduced volume of the receiving space by the electronics circuit board can be avoided or at least reduced.
The housing according to the invention can also be designed such that the circuit board receptacle has two opposing insertion guides of groove-like design for inserting the electronics circuit board. In the embodiment of the housing according to the invention, a particularly simple assembly of the electronics circuit board in the circuit board receptacle can be achieved. The electronic component circuit board can therefore be inserted in particular directly into the circuit board receptacle, wherein edge regions of the electronic component circuit board engage in opposing and groove-shaped insertion guides of the circuit board receptacle. In addition, after finishing or as a substep of the remaining assembly step of the housing according to the invention, the side of the housing cover accessible for assembly of the first electronics circuit board is covered, for example, by a side cover.
The housing according to the invention is further designed such that the electronics circuit board arranged in the circuit board receptacle can be fixed by a fixing means which can be actuated from outside the housing, wherein in particular the fixing means can be arranged in at least one of the insertion guides in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. By means of such a fastening means, which may be embodied, for example, as a screw bolt or as a bolt projecting from another component of the housing according to the invention, it is possible in particular to ensure that the position of the electronics circuit board in the circuit board receptacle does not change after the mounting of the electronics circuit board in the circuit board receptacle. Furthermore, the arrangement of the fastening means in the at least one insertion guide is a particularly simple arrangement of such a fastening means, since no additional opening is required in the housing shell for arranging the fastening means.
The housing according to the invention can also be further developed in that the housing has an input device for the manual input and/or reception of data and/or an output device for the output of data, wherein the input device and/or the output device has a communication device for a data communication connection to the electronics printed circuit board. Such an input means can provide, for example, a drive device having a housing according to the invention with the possibility of direct manual input of control commands by a user. One embodiment of an input device for cable connection and/or wireless data reception from an external control unit is also conceivable. The output means can in turn be designed to output visually, acoustically or tactually information about the drive device, for example the arrival of a terminal position of a door or window and/or a fault state of the drive unit. The output device can also be designed for data communication to further transmit data, for example to a further external control device. The communication device for connecting the input device and/or the output device to the electronics circuit board for data communication may comprise, for example, an interface, a cable connection, and a transmitting element and/or a receiving element.
In summary, in other words, the electronics printed circuit board provides an operating function in the housing according to the invention of the drive device when the electronics printed circuit board is connected to the input and/or output components of the housing. Such an operating function can be provided in particular independently of the actual control and/or regulation of the drive unit. This makes it possible in particular to realize a modular construction of the drive device, whereby it is preferably possible to use different drive units in the same housing according to the invention, which drive units meet correspondingly different requirements, for example with regard to the electromechanical available power.

The housing according to the invention can furthermore be designed such that the housing cap is u-shaped and/or Ω -shaped. In this way, the housing chamber can be enclosed, in particular arcuately enclosed, by the housing shell in a particularly simple manner.
In a further development, the housing shell and the housing plate can each have a fastening means, wherein the housing shell and the housing plate can be fastened to one another by the fastening means in order to form the housing. A particularly simple assembly of the housing according to the invention can be provided in this way, since in particular no additional elements are required for fixing the housing shell and the housing plate to one another, in particular a positive and/or non-positive fixing to one another. These securing means can also be at least partially configured as snap-connected elements. The snap connection is characterized in particular in that the housing shell and the housing plate are moved relative to one another in two different relative movements in different directions of movement when the housing parts are connected. Preferably, the housing of the drive device according to the invention is constructed according to the first aspect of the invention. All the advantages described above with reference to the housing according to the first aspect of the invention can likewise be provided in the preferred embodiment of the drive according to the invention.
The window or door can be opened or closed by means of the drive according to the invention. For this purpose, the drive device according to the invention has a drive unit. The control and/or regulation of the drive unit is provided by a second electronics board, which is directly constructed as part of the drive unit. In addition, and in particular separately from the second electronics board, the drive device according to the invention has a first electronics board, which is responsible for providing the operating function for the drive unit. In other words, in the drive device according to the invention, a separation is provided between the input and/or output function and the actual control and/or regulation of the drive unit. This makes it possible to achieve a modular construction of the drive device according to the invention, wherein in particular the drive unit with its second electronics board and the housing on which the first electronics board is mounted can be selected and assembled according to the respective requirements. In other words, different drive units can be used in a housing with a first electronics board, each with its own second electronics board, depending on the requirements of the drive device with regard to, for example, the window or door unit to be moved. Conversely, it is also conceivable that the drive unit can be combined with different housings (which in particular can also have different first electronics boards) to form a drive device according to the invention if different requirements are made with regard to the operating function.
In summary, the assembly of the drive device is thus simplified by the drive device according to the invention, since in particular the first electronics board is arranged directly in the board receptacle of the housing and the second electronics board is formed as part of the drive unit. At the same time, increased flexibility can be provided with regard to the usability of the drive according to the invention, in particular by the modular construction described above which is possible in the drive according to the invention.
Preferably, in the drive device according to the invention, it can be provided that the housing has an input means for manual input and/or reception of data and/or has an output means for output of data, wherein the input means and/or the output means have a communication means and are connected in data communication with the first electronics printed circuit board via the communication means. The input device can provide the possibility of manually inputting control commands, for example, wherein the design of the input device for cable-connected and/or wireless data reception from an external control unit is also conceivable. Particularly preferably, the drive device according to the invention can be further designed such that the second electronics board is connected in data communication with the first electronics board for operating the drive unit via the input means and/or for further transmission of operating data via the output means. Fig. 1 shows a possible embodiment of a housing 20 according to the invention. The housing 20 comprises in particular a housing shell 30 and a housing plate 40, which are connected to each other by a fastening means 50. According to the invention, the housing shell 30 has a circuit board receptacle 60 in which a first electronics circuit board 80 (see fig. 2) can be arranged. The circuit board receptacle 60 has two opposing insertion guides 62 of groove-like configuration, into which the first electronics circuit board 80 can be inserted through an accessible side face of the housing shell 30.
In order to be able to provide as large an accommodation space 22 as possible, a housing plate 40 is arranged between the two end sections 32 of the housing shell 30. In other words, the housing plate 40 forms the lower closed end of the housing 20. Claims (10)

1. Housing (20) for a window or door drive (10), wherein the housing (20) provides a receiving space (22) for a drive unit (12) of the drive (10), wherein the housing (20) has a housing shell (30) and a housing plate (40), wherein the housing shell (30) has an arcuate shape and surrounds the receiving space (22) and the housing plate (40) is arranged and/or can be arranged between two opposite end sections (32) of the housing shell (30) for closing the receiving space (22), characterized in that a circuit board receptacle (60) is arranged in the housing shell (30) for the form-fitting reception of a first electronics circuit board (80), wherein the circuit board receptacle (60) is arranged in the housing shell (30) opposite the end sections (32) and at a distance therefrom, such that the housing plate (40) is the lower boundary of the receiving chamber (22) and the first electronics circuit board (80) inserted into the circuit board receptacle (60) is the upper boundary of the receiving chamber (22), a drive unit (12) of the drive device (10) can be arranged on the housing plate (40), the drive unit (12) having a second electronics circuit board (82) which is configured separately from the first electronics circuit board (80) for providing a control function of the drive unit (12).
2. The housing (20) according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board receptacle (60) has two opposing insertion guides (62) of groove-like configuration for inserting the first electronics circuit board (80).
3. Housing (20) according to claim 2, characterized in that the first electronics board arranged in the board accommodation (60) can be fixed by means of a fixing means (70) which is operable from outside the housing (20).
4. Housing (20) according to claim 3, characterized in that the fixing means (70) can be arranged in at least one of the insertion guides (62) in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner.
5. Housing (20) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the housing (20) has an input means (24) for manual input and/or reception of data and/or has an output means (26) for output of data, wherein the input means (24) and/or the output means (26) have a communication means (28) for data communication connection with the first electronics circuit board (80).
6. The housing (20) according to claim 5, wherein the input means (24) is configured as at least one of the following structural elements:
-a switch
-a key
Touch screen
-a receiving unit for cable connections
-a wireless receiving unit
And/or the output means is configured as at least one of the following structural elements:
-LED
-a lamp
-screen
-loudspeakers
-a vibrating element
-a cable-connected transmission unit
-a wireless transmission unit.
7. Housing (20) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the housing hood (30) is configured in a u-shape and/or in an Ω -shape.
8. Drive device (10) for a window or door, having a drive unit (12) and a housing (20), which is a housing according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the drive unit (12) is arranged in a receiving chamber (22) of the housing (20), characterized in that the housing (20) has a first electronics circuit board (80) for providing operating and/or display functions for the drive unit (12), and the drive unit (12) has a second electronics circuit board (82) which is configured separately from the first electronics circuit board (80) for providing the control functions of the drive unit (12), wherein a first electronics circuit board (80) is arranged in a circuit board receptacle (60) of the housing (20), the drive unit (12) is arranged on the housing plate (40) together with a second electronics circuit board (82).

Drive arrangement (10) according to claim 8, characterized in that the housing (20) has an input means (24) for manual input and/or reception of data and/or has an output means (26) for output of data, wherein the input means (24) and/or the output means (26) have a communication means (28) and are connected in data communication with the first electronics circuit board (80) via the communication means.
10. Drive arrangement (10) according to claim 9, characterized in that the second electronics board (82) is connected in data communication with the first electronics board (80) in order to actuate the drive unit (12) via the input means (24) and/or to display operating data via the output means (26).
