Description

Preparation method of anti-ultraviolet cotton fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-ultraviolet cotton fabric, belonging to the technical field of textiles.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing demand for living standards, the ozone layer has been seriously damaged by a large amount of fluorine and chlorine compounds discharged into the atmosphere while enjoying a comfortable life. The amount of ultraviolet radiation reaching the ground is increased, and the damage to the human body is more and more serious, so that attention is paid to the research on the protection of the human body against ultraviolet radiation. The clothes are the most effective protective tools for human bodies, so that the ultraviolet-resistant finishing of textiles is necessary. The pure cotton fabric has good moisture absorption and moisture permeability, soft hand feeling and comfortable wearing, and is the first choice of people since ancient times. However, the common cotton fabrics on the market have unsatisfactory ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial performance, and need to be subjected to functional finishing.
Tea polyphenols, commonly known as antioxidants, are white powders in appearance, soluble in ethanol, methanol and propanol, and also soluble in water, but insoluble in chloroform. The tea polyphenol can resist light with one wavelength in ultraviolet rays, block the generation of free radicals, and can achieve the purposes of protecting and repairing ultraviolet light damage to a certain extent, and has stronger convergence effect and obvious inhibition and killing effects on pathogenic bacteria and viruses, so that the tea polyphenol is adopted to arrange cotton fabrics, and the ultraviolet resistance and the antibacterial performance of the cotton fabrics can be improved to a certain extent. Researches find that the cotton fabric treated by the tea polyphenol has excellent antibacterial performance, but the improvement range of the ultraviolet resistance is still insufficient, and the crease resistance of the finished cotton fabric is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects and provides a preparation method of an ultraviolet-resistant cotton fabric, which is simple and low in cost, and the prepared cotton fabric has excellent ultraviolet resistance and wrinkle resistance.
Technical scheme
A preparation method of an ultraviolet-resistant cotton fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a chitosan solution with the concentration of 2-8g/L, adding citric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a pretreatment solution, wherein the concentration of the citric acid in the pretreatment solution is 8-16 g/L;
(2) immersing pure cotton white gray fabric into pretreatment liquid, wherein the bath ratio is 1:50, soaking at 40-80 ℃ for 50-80min, taking out, washing with water, rolling to dry, and drying to obtain a pretreated cotton fabric;
(3) immersing the pretreated cotton fabric into a tea polyphenol solution at a bath ratio of 1:50, soaking at 40-80 ℃ for 50-80min, and drying to obtain the anti-ultraviolet cotton fabric.
Further, in the step (1), the concentration of the chitosan solution is 4 g/L.
Further, in the step (1), the concentration of the citric acid is 10 g/L.
Further, in the step (1), the dipping temperature is 60 ℃ and the time is 60 min.
Further, in the steps (2) and (3), the drying temperature is 150 ℃ and the time is 5 min.
Further, in the step (3), the concentration of the tea polyphenol solution is 8 g/L.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a preparation method of an anti-ultraviolet cotton fabric, which adopts chitosan and citric acid to carry out pretreatment modification on the cotton fabric, and then adopts tea polyphenol solution to carry out finishing, so that the treated cotton fabric has excellent anti-ultraviolet performance and anti-wrinkle performance.
