The novel SBSF730 rubber powder is used as a modifier, so that the low-temperature flexibility of the waterproof roll can be effectively improved, the phenomenon of embrittlement in a low-temperature environment is effectively avoided, the waterproof roll has good lasting viscosity and good stretching effect, a good waterproof effect is achieved, and the waterproof roll can be used for performing waterproof treatment on buildings in a low-temperature area all year round. Technical Field

Background
At present, the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is a common waterproof material in the construction of infrastructure buildings, and the demand is more and more large along with the time. The waterproof roll is mainly used in building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways and other places, and plays a vital role in the leakage-free connection between the whole engineering foundation and a building. In the industrial production process of modified asphalt, the SBS used as a modifier is different due to different ground base asphalt, and the SBS140 is generally used as the modifier in the prior art, so that the finished product has defects in low-temperature flexibility and viscosity retention.

the novel self-adhesive waterproof roll based on SBSF730 is prepared from a modified asphalt coating layer, a PET film and an aluminum-plated film;
the modified asphalt coating layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of asphalt, 6-10 parts of rubber softening oil, 1-4 parts of SBR rubber powder, 2-6 parts of SBSF730 rubber powder, 6-10 parts of rubber powder and 30-40 parts of filler.
Preferably, the preparation method of the modified asphalt coating layer comprises the following steps:
(a1) adding asphalt and rubber softening oil while stirring in a reaction kettle, heating to 190 ℃ for 180 ℃, adding SBR rubber powder, continuously stirring for at least 10min, adding SBSF730 rubber powder, heating to not less than 200 ℃, continuously stirring for at least 30min, and adding the rubber powder;
(a2) keeping the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle at 190 ℃ at 180 ℃, opening the colloid mill for grinding twice, and stirring for at least 2 h;
(a3) keeping the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle at 170-180 ℃, continuously grinding and dispersing for at least 2 times, wherein each time lasts for at least 30min, adding the filler, and stirring for at least 1 h.
Preferably, the novel self-adhesive waterproof roll is prepared by the following steps:
(b1) introducing the modified asphalt coating layer into an oil immersion groove, spreading an aluminum-plated film, and putting the aluminum-plated film into the oil immersion groove for dip-coating, wherein the temperature of the modified asphalt coating layer is controlled to be 145-165 ℃;
(b2) and (c) cooling the aluminizer obtained in the step (b1) to room temperature, then coating a PET film, cooling, drawing, rolling, packaging and warehousing.
Preferably, in the step (b1), the aluminum-plated film is dip-coated for three times, and the dip-coating thickness of each of the two sides of the aluminum-plated film is 0.2-0.3mm in the first dip-coating; the second dip coating is carried out, the dip coating thickness of the two sides of the aluminum-plated film is 0.3-0.4mm respectively, and the third dip coating is carried out, the dip coating thickness of the two sides of the aluminum-plated film is 0.2-0.4mm respectively.
Preferably, in the step (b1), after each dip coating, another dip coating is performed at an interval of 3-8 min.
Preferably, in the step (b2), when the coated coil is cooled, the coated coil passes through a cooling water tank with the temperature not higher than 30 ℃ at a constant speed of 15-25 m/min.

setting the rotation speed of a reaction kettle at 180rpm, adding all asphalt and castor oil, heating to 180 ℃, adding SBR rubber powder, continuously stirring for 10min at a constant rotation speed, adding SBSF730 rubber powder, heating to 200 ℃, adjusting the rotation speed to 100rpm, continuously stirring for 30min, and adding the rubber powder;

(3) introducing the modified asphalt coating layer into an oil immersion groove, spreading an aluminum-plated film, and putting the aluminum-plated film into the oil immersion groove for dip-coating for three times, wherein the temperature of the modified asphalt coating layer is controlled at 162 ℃; when the first dip-coating is carried out, the dip-coating thickness of each of the two sides of the aluminizer is 0.3mm, the second dip-coating is carried out after 8min intervals, the dip-coating thickness of each of the two sides of the aluminizer is 0.3mm, the third dip-coating is carried out after 6min intervals, and the dip-coating thickness of each of the two sides of the aluminizer is 0.2 mm;
(4) and (4) after the aluminum-plated film which is dip-coated in the step (3) is cooled to room temperature, coating the PE film on the aluminum-plated film by adopting a conventional film coating mode, then passing through a cooling water tank with the temperature of 23 ℃ at a constant speed of 23m/min, drawing, rolling, packaging and warehousing.
Example 6
The novel self-adhesive waterproof roll based on SBSF730 is prepared from a modified asphalt coating layer, a PE film and an aluminizer, and specifically comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) weighing the following raw materials: 15kg of No. 10 asphalt, 28kg of No. 90 asphalt, 10kg of linseed oil, 4kg of SBR rubber powder, 6kg of SBSF730 rubber powder, 10kg of 100-mesh rubber powder and 40kg of fly ash;
setting the rotation speed of a reaction kettle at 160rpm, adding all asphalt and linseed oil, heating to 190 ℃, adding SBR rubber powder, adjusting the rotation speed to 110rpm, continuously stirring for 25min, adding SBSF730 rubber powder, heating to 200 ℃, adjusting the rotation speed to 100rpm, continuously stirring for 60min, and adding the rubber powder;
(2) keeping the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle at 190 ℃, opening a colloid mill to grind the materials twice, stirring the materials at a rotating speed of 80rpm for 3.5 hours, adjusting the temperature to 170 ℃, continuously grinding and dispersing the materials for 3 times, 15min each time, adding the fly ash, and continuously stirring the materials for 90min to obtain a modified asphalt coating layer;
(3) introducing the modified asphalt coating layer into an oil immersion groove, spreading an aluminum-plated film, and putting the aluminum-plated film into the oil immersion groove for dip-coating for three times, wherein the temperature of the modified asphalt coating layer is controlled to be 165 ℃; the dip-coating thickness of both sides of the aluminizer is 0.3mm each time of dip-coating, and the next dip-coating is carried out at an interval of 8min after each dip-coating;
(4) and (4) after the aluminum-plated film which is dip-coated in the step (3) is cooled to room temperature, coating the PE film on the aluminum-plated film by adopting a conventional film coating mode, then passing through a cooling water tank with the temperature of 22 ℃ at a constant speed of 25m/min, drawing, rolling, packaging and warehousing.
The SBSF730 rubber powder described in all the above examples is SBS rubber particles manufactured by mao famous branch of petrochemical company ltd, china, under the designation F730.
Performance testing
The low temperature flexibility tests were performed on the waterproofing membranes of examples 1-6 and the results are shown in the following table.
As can be seen from the above table, the SBSF730 rubber powder is used as a modifier and the process of dip coating for multiple times, so that the low-temperature flexibility and the lasting viscosity of the waterproof roll can be effectively improved, the stretching effect is good, and good waterproof and anti-crack effects are achieved.
Claims (10)
1. A novel self-adhesive waterproof coiled material based on SBSF730 is characterized by being prepared from a modified asphalt coating layer, a PET film and an aluminum-plated film;
the modified asphalt coating layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of asphalt, 6-10 parts of rubber softening oil, 1-4 parts of SBR rubber powder, 2-6 parts of SBSF730 rubber powder, 6-10 parts of rubber powder and 30-40 parts of filler.
2. The SBSF730 based novel self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the modified asphalt coating layer comprises the following steps:
(a1) adding asphalt and rubber softening oil while stirring in a reaction kettle, heating to 190 ℃ for 180 ℃, adding SBR rubber powder, continuously stirring for at least 10min, adding SBSF730 rubber powder, heating to not less than 200 ℃, continuously stirring for at least 30min, and adding the rubber powder;
(a2) keeping the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle at 190 ℃ at 180 ℃, opening the colloid mill for grinding twice, and stirring for at least 2 h;
(a3) keeping the temperature of the materials in the reaction kettle at 170-180 ℃, continuously grinding and dispersing for at least 2 times, wherein each time lasts for at least 30min, adding the filler, and stirring for at least 1 h.
3. The SBSF730 based novel self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the novel self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is prepared by the following steps:
(b1) introducing the modified asphalt coating layer into an oil immersion groove, spreading an aluminum-plated film, and putting the aluminum-plated film into the oil immersion groove for dip-coating, wherein the temperature of the modified asphalt coating layer is controlled to be 145-165 ℃;
(b2) and (c) cooling the aluminizer obtained in the step (b1) to room temperature, then coating a PET film, cooling, drawing, rolling, packaging and warehousing.

The novel self-adhesive waterproof roll based on SBSF730 as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step (b1), aluminum-plated film is dip-coated three times, and the thickness of each dip-coating on both sides of aluminum-plated film is 0.2-0.3mm in the first dip-coating; the second dip coating is carried out, the dip coating thickness of the two sides of the aluminum-plated film is 0.3-0.4mm respectively, and the third dip coating is carried out, the dip coating thickness of the two sides of the aluminum-plated film is 0.2-0.4mm respectively.
5. The novel self-adhesive waterproofing membrane based on SBSF730 according to claim 3, wherein in step (b1), each dip-coating is completed and then another dip-coating is performed at an interval of 3-8 min.
6. The novel SBSF730 based self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the step (b2), the roll material after being coated with film is cooled and passes through a cooling water tank with temperature not higher than 30 ℃ at uniform speed of 15-25 m/min.
7. The SBSF730 based novel self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the asphalt is any one or a combination of more than one of No. 10 asphalt, No. 70 asphalt and No. 90 asphalt.
8. The novel self-adhesive waterproofing roll based on SBSF730 according to claim 1, characterized in that PET film is replaced by PE film.
9. The SBSF730 based novel self-adhesive waterproof roll according to claim 1, wherein the filler is any one of talcum powder, heavy calcium powder and fly ash.
10. The novel self-adhesive waterproof roll based on SBSF730 as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rubber softening oil is mineral oil or vegetable oil; the mineral oil is aromatic oil or naphthenic oil, and the vegetable oil is any one of linseed oil, soybean oil, castor oil and rapeseed oil.
