Abstract
The invention discloses a calling system and a calling method, wherein the calling system comprises a terminal module, a calling module and a calling module, wherein the terminal module is used for inputting calling commands and displaying the state information of an elevator car in real time by using a designated identifier, and the state information comprises the current busy state of an elevator and the floor where the current elevator is located; the background server is in bidirectional signal communication with the terminal module and is used for receiving the call calling command sent by the terminal module; the command receiving devices are arranged on the control arm of each elevator car and are communicated with the background server in a bidirectional signal mode and used for receiving the call calling commands sent by the background server after successful authorization and authentication so as to control the elevator control arm to execute corresponding operation; the instruction receiving device is also used for acquiring the state information of the elevator car in real time and feeding back the background server of the elevator car to the terminal module for display. Technical Field

Background
At present, a plurality of elevators are generally arranged in a building with a relatively high floor, each elevator is internally provided with a key panel, a user needs to control the elevator to run to an appointed floor by pressing the key panel, but the key panel is repeatedly contacted, so that bacteria and viruses in the key panel are more, and the user is easy to infect bacteria and viruses by contacting the mouth and the nose after contacting the key panel, thereby causing harm to human health;

Further, the call command comprises an elevator selection instruction, a floor selection instruction of the user and a destination floor selection instruction.
Further, the specified identifications are display colors and/or display patterns respectively representing different busy states of the elevator.

Example one
The embodiment provides a call system, which is applied to an elevator group, and as shown in fig. 1, the call system at least comprises a terminal module, a background server and an instruction receiving device.
The control arm of each elevator in the elevator group is provided with a corresponding instruction receiving device, and the instruction receiving device can acquire the current position of the control arm to determine the floor where the elevator is located; and the current bearing weight of the elevator can be obtained by acquiring the tension parameters of the control arm so as to determine the busy state of the elevator.
In addition, each instruction receiving device is in bidirectional signal communication with the background server, various parameters acquired by the instruction receiving devices are fed back to the background server for analysis, and meanwhile, the instruction receiving devices can also receive a call calling command sent by the terminal module through the background server and control an elevator control arm to execute corresponding operation according to the call calling command; the running operation comprises ascending of the elevator, descending of the elevator, opening of the elevator door, closing of the elevator door, staying time of each opening of the elevator door and the like.
The background server is in bidirectional connection with the terminal modules, and a user can input a calling command by using the terminal modules, wherein the calling command comprises an elevator selection instruction, a floor selection instruction where the user is located and a target floor selection instruction; the user can select which elevator to take in the terminal module, each elevator has a corresponding number for the user to distinguish, and the user can select which floor the user is at and the destination floor the user wants to reach in the terminal module. Meanwhile, the user can check the state information of each elevator car in the terminal module, wherein the state information comprises the current busy state of the elevator, the floor where the current elevator is located, the running direction of the elevator car, the expected time required for returning the elevator from the current floor to the floor where the user is located, the expected time required for moving the elevator from the floor where the user is located to the target floor selected by the user and the like; the terminal module displays the state information of the elevator car in real time by using the designated identifier, wherein the designated identifier can represent different busy states of the elevator car by different colors, and also can represent different busy states of the elevator car by using designated icons or patterns.
When the instruction receiving device transmits the acquired tension parameters to the background server, the background server calculates the actual number of the elevators corresponding to the tension parameters according to the normal weight range of adults, and then calculates the percentage of the actual number of the elevators to the load limit number of the elevators, so that the current busy state of the elevators is known; in this embodiment, the current busy state of the elevator includes three kinds, one of which is an idle state accounting for 0-60% of the load-limiting people of the elevator, one of which is a crowded state accounting for 60-90% of the load-limiting people of the elevator, and the other one of which is a full state accounting for 90-100% of the load-limiting people of the elevator. Correspondingly, when the busy state is three, the display colors of the terminal module can also include three, wherein one is green for displaying that the elevator is in an idle state, the other is yellow for displaying that the elevator is in a crowded state, and the other is red for displaying that the elevator is in a full state, so that a user can visually check the crowded condition of each elevator through the terminal module, and the user can decide which elevator to take according to the crowded condition.
The background server can send recommendation information to the terminal module according to the current busy state of each elevator and the estimated time of each elevator to reach the floor where the user is estimated to be located, wherein the recommendation information comprises the elevator number suggested to be taken and the geographic position of the elevator, so that the user can purposefully walk to a queue corresponding to the recommended elevator to wait, the waiting time of the user is shortened, and the checking and selecting time of the user is reduced. In addition, the user can also set a default calling command in the terminal module, the default calling command is bound with the account number, and when the user logs in the account number on the terminal module every time, the terminal module quickly generates recommendation information according to the default calling command and information such as the busy state of each elevator at present, so that the repeated operation times of the user are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to improve the safety of the elevator, only the terminal module logging in the authorized account can send a call command to the background server. The background server can be connected with a property management system of a building where the elevator group is located, managers authorize users with checked personal identity information in advance through the property management system, and account information corresponding to the authorized personal identity information is added into an authorization list; the account information includes, but is not limited to, a user name, a user mobile phone number, a user identification number, a unit to which the user belongs, and the like. When a user logs in an account in the terminal module, the background server can perform authorization comparison according to account information and a prestored authorization list, if the account information of the terminal module exists in the authorization list, the account is a legal account, and a call calling command sent by the terminal module is allowed to be received; if the account information does not exist in the authorization list, the account is represented as an illegal account, and the call command sent by the terminal module is not received or executed.
In addition, when the instruction receiving device receives the call command sent by the background server, the validity of the background server also needs to be judged: the manager can perform information binding with the command receiving device in the elevator group in the background server in advance to generate corresponding authorization information; when the instruction receiving device is accessed to the background server, the authorization information of the background server is obtained, whether the instruction receiving device and the background server are bound or not is judged according to the authorization information, if the instruction receiving device and the background server are bound, the instruction receiving device can receive and execute the call calling command, and if the instruction receiving device and the background server are not bound, the call calling command is not received or not executed.
In order to ensure that a user can control the operation of the elevator in the elevator, 5G signals are covered in the elevator, and the user can generate a corresponding call command in the elevator in time by using the 5G communication signals with medium-low delay to select a target floor, so that the control flexibility and timeliness are improved.
Meanwhile, the background server can be connected with the cloud end, various collected information such as the busy state of the elevator, the tension parameter of the control arm, the account information of the user, a call calling command sent by the user correspondingly and the like are recorded and stored in the cloud end, and elevator taking authority management and elevator operation data real-time monitoring are achieved.
Example two
A calling method is applied to the calling system in the first embodiment and comprises the following steps:
