Background
The towel is a cleaning article and is characterized by being a square pure cotton textile with soft texture. The using method is to wring out and wipe the skin after wetting so as to achieve the effects of removing stains and cleaning and cooling. The towel is a fabric with a looped pile structure formed by interweaving three system yarns. The yarns of these three systems are the warp, ground and weft yarns. With the development of science and technology, warp-knitted towel fabrics appear, wherein the terry of the towel is firmly fixed, but the form is relatively single, and most of the towel in the market is woven towels. In the production process of the towel, the box sealing and packaging of the towel are very important works.
However, in the process of packing the towels in boxes, the normal sealing of the towel packing box is affected sometimes because more dust is stuck to the sealing of the towels, so that gaps and looseness are easily generated at the sealing; meanwhile, in the process of transporting and conveying the packing boxes, when the packing boxes are jammed in the transporting process, the device cannot give an alarm in time, so that the transporting process is influenced; in addition, the overall device is too large in size, so that the storage is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic box sealing device for towel packaging.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an automatic box sealing device for towel packaging comprises a device main body, a bracket mechanism, a movable mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a warning mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a sealing component main body, the bracket mechanism for realizing the transmission effect on the paper box is arranged in the device main body for arranging other mechanisms, the bottom of the device main body and the bracket mechanism is provided with the movable mechanism which is convenient for the whole device to move, the movable mechanism is provided with the positioning mechanism which is used for conveniently positioning the movable mechanism, the middle part of one side of the device main body is provided with the warning mechanism which is used for warning operators conveniently in the using process, the top parts of the device main body and the bracket mechanism are provided with the cleaning mechanism which can conveniently clean the surface of the carton when in use, the top of the device main body is provided with the sealing component main body which is used for sealing the carton on one side of the cleaning mechanism.
Specifically, the bracket mechanism comprises a supporting frame, a handle, a driving roller, a first motor, a chain, a gear, a first loop bar, a clamping block and a first screw rod, the support frame is clamped in the device main body, the handle is arranged at one end of one side of the device main body, one end of the handle is connected with the first screw rod which is connected with the inside of the supporting frame through the device main body in a threaded manner, the inner part of the device main body, which is provided with the handle, is provided with a plurality of gears which are linearly and uniformly distributed, the plurality of gears are jointly wound with the chains, and one side of the gear is connected with the driving roller which extends to the inside of the device main body, the inside of the transmission roller is clamped with the first loop bar through the clamping block, and the other end of the first loop bar rotates inside the supporting frame; the device main part is being equipped with the other end of handle one side is installed first motor, the one end of first motor is connected in one of them gear.
Specifically, the movable mechanism comprises a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod and a roller seat, wherein one first supporting rod is fixed at each of two ends of the bottom of one side of the device main body, one second supporting rod is fixed on each of two sides of the bottom of the support frame, and the roller seat is installed at each of the bottoms of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod.

Specifically, the cleaning mechanism comprises a first sleeve, a second loop bar, a third motor, a third screw rod, a cleaning rod, a pressure rod, an air bag and a one-way air valve, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the top of the device main body, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are also fixed at the top of the support frame, the second loop bar in an L shape is sleeved inside the first sleeve and the second sleeve, the cleaning rod is clamped inside the top end of the second loop bar, the pressure rod is connected to the middle of one side of the cleaning rod, the third motor is installed at one side of the top of the second loop bar, the third screw rod is rotated at one end of the third motor, the third screw rod is in threaded connection inside the cleaning rod, the air bag is arranged on the inner wall of the second loop bar, which is close to the top end, the bottom of the air bag is provided with two one-way air valves.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) when the automatic box sealing device for packaging the towel is used, the support mechanism is arranged in the device main body, and the corresponding screw rod transmission and the sleeve rod assembly are adopted, so that the whole device can be conveniently folded in a non-use state, and the use is more convenient; namely: the user can firstly arrange the packaging box to be sealed on a plurality of driving rollers, then the user can switch on the first motor, the first motor rotates to drive one gear to rotate, one gear rotates to drive all gears to rotate through the chain, and then drives the plurality of driving rollers to rotate, so that the towel packaging box is transported, and further, in the non-use state, a user can manually rotate the handle, the handle rotates to drive the first screw rod to rotate, the first screw rod rotates to enable the support frame to generate a rotating trend, but because the support frame is limited, the supporting frame can only move in the device main body, and the first sleeve rod can continuously retract into the transmission roller along with the continuous retraction of the supporting frame into the device main body, therefore, the folding effect on the whole device in the non-use state is facilitated, and the use is more convenient.
(2) When the automatic box sealing device for packaging the towel is used, the warning mechanism is arranged in the middle of one side of the device main body and is matched with the alarm through the similar transmission cam assembly, so that when the transmission assembly is jammed, an alarm can be timely sent to a worker through the alarm, and the normal transmission can be ensured; namely: in the transmission process to the carton, along with the continuous rotation of gear, also can drive the bull stick and rotate together, meanwhile, the user still can switch on the power supply with the second motor, then the second motor rotates and drives the carousel and rotate, the carousel rotates and drives the rotation of siren main part, through the regulation to the second motor, can make siren main part and bull stick synchronous rotation, when the card circumstances of pausing appears in the driving roller, gear and bull stick are pausing simultaneously, and the siren main part is still in continuous rotation, when the siren main part rotates to required suitable position, switch on it will be contradicted by the bull stick and extrude, thereby can be timely send out the police dispatch newspaper to the staff through the siren main part, make the normal that can guarantee the transmission.
(3) When the automatic box sealing device for packaging the towel is used, the cleaning mechanism is arranged at the tops of the device main body and the support mechanism, and the dust cleaning treatment is conveniently carried out on the sealing position of the carton before the sealing through the corresponding transmission screw rod and the air bag air injection assembly during actual operation, so that the sealing position is prevented from being stained with a large amount of dust, and the sealing effect is ensured; namely: in the process of conveying the carton, a user can firstly adjust the second sleeve rod to a required proper height, then the third motor is powered on, the third motor rotates to drive the third screw rod to rotate continuously, the third screw rod rotates to enable the cleaning rod to generate a rotating trend, but as the cleaning rod is limited, the cleaning rod can only move back and forth continuously in the second sleeve rod, the dust at the sealing position at the top of the towel carton can be cleaned along with the continuous back and forth movement of the cleaning rod, further, the cleaning rod can also drive the pressing rod to move simultaneously along with the continuous back and forth movement of the pressing rod, the air bag can be continuously collided and extruded, when the air bag is extruded, air can be continuously blown out through the two one-way air valves on the air bag, and therefore, the dust at the sealing position at the top of the carton can be further conveniently cleaned, so as to avoid the adhesion of a large amount of dust and ensure the sealing effect.

As shown in fig. 1-7, the automatic carton sealing device for towel packaging according to the present invention comprises a device main body 1, a support mechanism 2, a movable mechanism 3, a positioning mechanism 4, a warning mechanism 5, a cleaning mechanism 6 and a sealing component main body 7, wherein the support mechanism 2 for achieving a transmission effect on a carton is disposed inside the device main body 1 for accommodating other mechanisms, the movable mechanism 3 for facilitating the movement of the whole device is disposed at the bottom of the device main body 1 and the support mechanism 2, the positioning mechanism 4 for facilitating the positioning of the movable mechanism 3 is disposed on the movable mechanism 3, the warning mechanism 5 for facilitating the warning of an operator during the use is disposed at the middle part of one side of the device main body 1, the cleaning mechanism 6 for facilitating the cleaning of the carton surface during the use is disposed at the top of the device main body 1 and the support mechanism 2, the top of the device body 1, which is positioned at one side of the cleaning mechanism 6, is provided with the sealing component body 7 for sealing the carton.
Specifically, the support mechanism 2 includes a support frame 21, a handle 22, a transmission roller 23, a first motor 24, a chain 25, a gear 26, a first sleeve 27, a fixture block 28, and a first screw 29, the support frame 21 is engaged with the inside of the device main body 1, the handle 22 is disposed at one end of one side of the device main body 1, one end of the handle 22 is connected with the first screw 29, the first screw 29 penetrates through the device main body 1 and is connected to the inside of the support frame 21 in a threaded manner, the gear 26 is linearly and uniformly distributed inside the side of the device main body 1 where the handle 22 is disposed, the chain 25 is wound on the plurality of gears 26, one side of the gear 26 is connected with the transmission roller 23, the transmission roller 23 extends to the inside of the device main body 1, and the first sleeve 27 is engaged with the inside of the transmission roller 23 through the fixture block 28, the other end of the first loop bar 27 rotates inside the support frame 21; the other end of the device body 1 on the side provided with the handle 22 is provided with the first motor 24, and one end of the first motor 24 is connected with one of the gears 26; when the folding device is used, the support mechanism 2 is arranged in the device main body 1, and the corresponding screw rod transmission and the sleeve rod assembly are adopted, so that the folding effect on the whole device is conveniently realized in a non-use state, and the use is more convenient; namely: a user can firstly place the packaging box to be sealed on the plurality of driving rollers 23, then the user can switch on the first motor 24, then the first motor 24 rotates to drive one gear 26 to rotate, one gear 26 rotates to drive all the gears 26 to rotate through the chain 25, and then the plurality of driving rollers 23 are driven to rotate, thereby realizing the transportation process of the towel packaging box, furthermore, in the non-use state, the user can manually rotate the handle 22, then the handle 22 rotates to drive the first screw 29 to rotate, the first screw 29 rotates to make the support frame 21 generate a rotating trend, but because the support frame 21 is limited, the support frame 21 can only move in the device main body 1, and along with the continuous retraction of the support frame 21 in the device main body 1, the first loop bar 27 can be continuously retracted into the driving roller 23, so that the whole device can be conveniently folded in the non-use state, and the use is more convenient.
Specifically, the movable mechanism 3 includes a first support rod 31, a second support rod 32 and a roller seat 33, two ends of the bottom of one side of the device main body 1 are respectively fixed with one first support rod 31, two sides of the bottom of the support frame 21 are respectively fixed with one second support rod 32, and the bottom of each of the first support rod 31 and the second support rod 32 is provided with the roller seat 33; during the use, through two first branch 31 and two second branch 32, convenient whole device main part 1 plays the effect of support, and further, through locating first branch 31 with the gyro wheel seat 33 of second branch 32 bottom, conveniently realize device main part 1 with prop up the removal of frame 21.
Specifically, the positioning mechanism 4 includes a placement rod 41, a placement block 42, a positioning pin 43, a knob 44, a second screw rod 45 and a lifting block 46, one placement rod 41 is fixed between two first support rods 31 and two second support rods 32, two sides of the placement rod 41 are fixed with one placement block 42, the knob 44 is arranged on the top of the placement block 42, the second screw rod 45 is connected to the bottom end of the knob 44, the second screw rod 45 is connected to the inside of the lifting block 46 in a threaded manner, the lifting block 46 is clamped inside the placement block 42, and the positioning pin 43 is fixed to the bottom of the lifting block 46; in the process of arranging the device body 1 and the support frame 21, a user can manually rotate the knob 44, then the knob 44 rotates to drive the second screw rod 45 to rotate, the second screw rod 45 rotates to enable the lifting block 46 to generate a rotating trend, but because the lifting block 46 is limited, the lifting block 46 can only move the arrangement block 42, and the lifting block 46 moves to drive the positioning feet 43 to move until the positioning feet 43 are supported on the ground in an abutting mode, so that the positioning effect on the arrangement of the device body 1 and the support frame 21 is further facilitated.
Specifically, the warning mechanism 5 includes a placing cylinder 51, a second motor 52, a rotating disc 53, an alarm main body 54 and a rotating rod 55, the placing cylinder 51 is fixed in the middle of one side of the device main body 1 where the handle 22 is arranged, the second motor 52 is fixed on the inner wall of the placing cylinder 51, the rotating disc 53 is rotated at one end of the second motor 52, the alarm main body 54 is fixed on one side of the rotating disc 53, the rotating rod 55 is connected to one side of one gear 26 close to the middle, which is far away from the driving roller 23, and the rotating rod 55 is in an L shape; when the device is used, the warning mechanism 5 is arranged in the middle of one side of the device main body 1 and is matched with the alarm through a similar transmission cam component, so that when the transmission component is stuck, an alarm can be given to a worker in time through the alarm, and the normal transmission can be ensured; namely: during the carton conveying process, the gear 26 rotates continuously to drive the rotating rod 55 to rotate together, and at the same time, the user can switch on the second motor 52, the rotation of the second motor 52 drives the rotation of the turntable 53, the rotation of the turntable 53 drives the rotation of the alarm main body 54, and through the adjustment of the second motor 52, the alarm body 54 and the rotary rod 55 are rotated in synchronization, and when the driving roller 23 is stuck, the gear 26 and the rotary rod 55 are stopped at the same time, while the alarm body 54 is still being rotated, when the alarm body 54 is rotated to a desired appropriate position, the switch thereon is pressed by the rotating rod 55, so that the alarm can be timely sent to the staff through the alarm main body 54, and the normal transmission can be ensured.
Specifically, the cleaning mechanism 6 includes a first sleeve 61, a second sleeve 62, a second sleeve 63, a third motor 64, a third screw 65, a cleaning rod 66, a pressure rod 67, an air bag 68 and a one-way air valve 69, the first sleeve 61 and the second sleeve 62 are respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the top of the device body 1, the first sleeve 61 and the second sleeve 62 are also fixed at the top of the support frame 21, the L-shaped sleeve 63 is sleeved inside the first sleeve 61 and the second sleeve 62, the cleaning rod 66 is clamped inside the top end of the second sleeve 63, the pressure rod 67 is connected to the middle of one side of the cleaning rod 66, the third motor 64 is installed at one side of the top of the second sleeve 63, the third screw 65 is rotated at one end of the third motor 64, and the third screw 65 is screwed inside the cleaning rod 66, the air bag 68 is arranged on the inner wall of the second sleeve rod 63 close to the top end, and two one-way air valves 69 are arranged at the bottom of the air bag 68; when the device is used, the cleaning mechanism 6 is arranged at the tops of the device main body 1 and the support mechanism 2, and the dust cleaning treatment is conveniently carried out on the sealing position of the carton before sealing through the corresponding transmission screw rod and the air bag air injection assembly during actual operation, so that the sealing position is prevented from being infected with a large amount of dust, and the sealing effect is ensured; namely: in the process of conveying the cartons, a user can firstly adjust the second sleeve rod 63 to a required proper height, then, the third motor 64 is powered on, the third motor 64 rotates to drive the third screw rod 65 to rotate continuously, the third screw rod 65 rotates to enable the cleaning rod 66 to generate a rotating trend, but because the cleaning rod 66 is limited, the cleaning rod 66 can only move back and forth continuously in the second sleeve rod 63, dust at the sealing position at the top of the towel carton can be cleaned along with the continuous back and forth movement of the cleaning rod 66, so that a large amount of dust at the sealing position is avoided, further, along with the continuous movement of the cleaning rod 66, the pressing rod 67 can be driven to move simultaneously, along with the back and forth movement of the pressing rod 67, the air bag 68 can be continuously collided and extruded, and when the air bag 68 is extruded, through the two one-way air valves 69 on the paper box, air can be continuously blown out, so that dust at the sealing position of the top of the paper box can be further conveniently removed, adhesion of a large amount of dust is avoided, and the sealing effect is ensured.
When the device is used, firstly, the two first supporting rods 31 and the two second supporting rods 32 are used for conveniently supporting the whole device main body 1, and further, the roller seat 33 arranged at the bottom of the first supporting rod 31 and the bottom of the second supporting rod 32 is used for conveniently realizing the movement of the device main body 1 and the supporting frame 21; furthermore, in the process of arranging the device main body 1 and the support frame 21, a user can manually rotate the knob 44, the knob 44 rotates to drive the second screw rod 45 to rotate, the second screw rod 45 rotates to enable the lifting block 46 to generate a rotating trend, but because the lifting block 46 is limited, the lifting block 46 can only move on the arrangement block 42, and the lifting block 46 moves to drive the positioning foot 43 to move until the positioning foot 43 is supported on the ground in a butting manner, so that the positioning effect on the arrangement of the device main body 1 and the support frame 21 is further facilitated; in practical operation, a user can firstly place the packaging box to be sealed on the plurality of transmission rollers 23, then the user can switch on the first motor 24, the first motor 24 rotates to drive one gear 26 to rotate, one gear 26 rotates to drive all the gears 26 to rotate through the chain 25, and then the plurality of transmission rollers 23 are driven to rotate, thereby realizing the transportation process of the towel packaging box, further, in a non-use state, the user can manually rotate the handle 22, the handle 22 rotates to drive the first screw 29 to rotate, the first screw 29 rotates to drive the support frame 21 to generate a rotating trend, but because the support frame 21 is limited, the support frame 21 can only move in the device main body 1, along with the continuous retraction of the support frame 21 in the device main body 1, the first sleeve 27 can be continuously retracted in the transmission rollers 23 at the same time, thereby facilitating the folding effect of the whole device in the non-use state, the use is more convenient; in the process of conveying the cartons, the gear 26 continuously rotates to drive the rotating rod 55 to rotate together, meanwhile, a user can also switch on the second motor 52, the second motor 52 rotates to drive the rotating disc 53 to rotate, the rotating disc 53 rotates to drive the alarm main body 54 to rotate, the alarm main body 54 and the rotating rod 55 can synchronously rotate through adjustment of the second motor 52, when the driving roller 23 is blocked, the gear 26 and the rotating rod 55 are stopped simultaneously, the alarm main body 54 continuously rotates, when the alarm main body 54 rotates to a required proper position, a switch on the alarm main body 54 is pressed against the rotating rod 55, and therefore an alarm can be timely sent to a worker through the alarm main body 54, and normal conveying can be guaranteed; in addition, the user can firstly adjust the second sleeve rod 63 to a proper required height, then, the third motor 64 is powered on, the third motor 64 rotates to drive the third screw rod 65 to rotate continuously, the third screw rod 65 rotates to enable the cleaning rod 66 to generate a trend of rotating, but because the cleaning rod 66 is limited, the cleaning rod 66 can only move back and forth continuously in the second sleeve rod 63, along with the continuous back and forth movement of the cleaning rod 66, the dust at the sealing position at the top of the towel paper box can be cleaned, so as to avoid the sealing position from being infected with a large amount of dust, further, along with the continuous movement of the cleaning rod 66, the pressing rod 67 can be driven to move simultaneously, along with the back and forth movement of the pressing rod 67, the air bag 68 can be continuously collided and extruded, when the air bag 68 is extruded, air can be continuously blown out through the two one-way air valves 69 on the air bag, so as to further facilitate the cleaning of the dust at the sealing position at the top of the paper box, so as to avoid the adhesion of a large amount of dust and ensure the sealing effect.
