The object placing table is located in front of the second material pushing mechanism, and the second material pushing mechanism is used for pushing the product placed on the object placing table into the object placing through hole 311. It can be understood that, in order to push the product placed on the object placing table into the object placing through hole 311, when the second pushing mechanism works, the moving track of the second pushing member 211 inevitably passes over the object placing table and enters the object placing through hole 311.
The product stacking and bin packing apparatus 10 may also include a product transport mechanism for transporting products to the product table.
In one particular example, the product transport mechanism may include a product transfer plate 130 and a feed chute 110 that transports the product, the feed chute 110 having a slope such that the product can slide from the top end to the bottom end. The top end of the discharging chute 110 may be externally connected to a transportation line of the product to collect the product, or the product may be manually put down through the top end of the discharging chute 110, which is not described herein. The bottom of unloading spout 110 is by locating product transfer board 130, and product transfer board 130 is by locating and puts the thing platform, and product transfer board 130 is used for transporting the product that arrives on product transfer board 130 to putting the thing platform on.
In a specific example, one end of the product transferring plate 130 is rotatably connected to the object placing table, and the product transferring plate 130 is attached to the bottom end of the discharging chute 110 in the reset state. Further, the product transfer plate 130 can be connected with a first telescopic arm, and the first telescopic arm can enable the product transfer plate 130 to rotate around one end connected with the object placing table when being extended. Referring to fig. 1, after the first telescopic arm is extended, the product transferring plate 130 is bounced and rotated along the connecting shaft of the product transferring plate and one end of the object placing table, so that the product reaches the object placing table.
The product does not necessarily reach the product transfer plate 130 properly, which may result in the product transfer plate 130 not being able to transfer the product properly to the desired location on the product table. The product transport mechanism may also include a lifter 120 and striker plate 140. The lifters 120 are disposed below the discharging chute 110, and an opening is disposed on a groove surface of the discharging chute 110, and the lifters 120 can extend out of the opening. The striker plate 140 is disposed opposite the ejector 120 in the opening and is connected to the product transfer plate 130. The ejector 120 is used to eject the product reaching the bottom end of the feed chute 110 to the striker plate 140.
Then, in combination with the product transportation mechanism, the product slides down through the discharging chute 110 and reaches the bottom end of the discharging chute 110, and at this time, the material ejecting member 120 extends out to eject the product to the position of the striker plate 140, so that the position of the product is fixed. At this moment, the first telescopic arm below the product transfer plate 130 is started again, the product is overturned and transported to the object placing table, the product positioning accuracy is effectively improved, and the second material pushing mechanism can smoothly push the product to the object placing frame 310.
Further, in order to realize the full-automatic transportation and sleeving of the boxes, the product stacking and boxing device 10 can further be provided with a box transportation mechanism. The details are as follows.
In one particular example, the product stacking apparatus 10 may further include a first case conveying belt 610, a case stop 630, and a case pushing member 620. The box baffle 630 is disposed at the end of the transmission path of the first box conveyor 610, the box pushing member 620 is disposed opposite to the side of the box-type body 400 away from the first pushing mechanism, and the end of the transmission path of the first box conveyor 610 is disposed between the box pushing member 620 and the box-type body 400. Then, in practical use, the open box is placed at the beginning of the transmission path of the first box transmission belt 610, and is driven by the first box transmission belt 610 to the end of the transmission path to be blocked by the box blocking plate 630, and then the box pushing member 620 pushes the blocked box onto the box sleeving body 400, so that the box is sleeved on the box sleeving body 400.

The box transfer plate 710 is connected to a second telescoping arm 711. Referring to fig. 3, after the second telescopic arm 711 is extended, the box transferring plate 710 is flipped up and rotated along the connecting shaft with one end of the second box conveying belt 720, so that the product reaches the second box conveying belt 720. Further, it can be understood that the direction of the second telescopic arm box transferring plate 710 is controlled to control the turning direction of the box transferring plate 710, so that the box transferring plate 710 can transfer the box onto the second box conveying belt 720 in a manner that the opening is upward. Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the turning direction of the case transfer plate 710 is perpendicular to the first case transfer belt 610 and faces the second case transfer belt 720.
Then, in conjunction with the above-mentioned box body transportation mechanism, the opened box body is transported to the end of the transportation path along the first box body transportation belt 610, the box body is stopped by the box stopping plate 630 in the laid-down state, at this time, the box pushing member 620 is activated, and the box body is pushed onto the box body 400 by the box pushing member 620. The first pushing mechanism pushes the product on the rack 310 into the accommodating channel 410, and continues to push the product together with the box away from the box-type body 400 and back onto the first box conveying belt 610. The box baffle 630 is retracted, the box loaded with the product reaches the box transfer plate 710 through the first box conveying belt 610, the second telescopic arm 711 is started, the box transfer plate 710 conveys the box to the second box conveying belt 720 in a turnover mode, and meanwhile the box rotates to the opening upwards in the turnover process. The boxes are transported out of the box by a second box conveyor 720.
In one specific example, the rack 310 is also connected to a rack drive mechanism for moving the rack 310 to the feeding station.
Further, the rack driving mechanism is also used for controlling the movement of the rack 310, so that the rack through hole 311 in the rack 310 is opposite to the second pushing mechanism.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the shelf driving mechanism comprises a shelf power source and a guide, wherein the shelf power source is used for driving the shelf 310 to move along the guide. More specifically, the guide includes a vertical moving rail 320 and a horizontal moving rail 330, and the rack 310 can move longitudinally along the vertical moving rail 320 connected thereto and laterally along the horizontal moving rail 330 connected thereto, according to the orientation shown in fig. 1. It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1, in order to implement the above-mentioned moving manner, the storage rack 310 may be fixed on the vertical moving rail 320, the whole of the storage rack 310 and the vertical moving rail 320 is connected with the horizontal moving rail 330, the whole of the storage rack 310 and the vertical moving rail 320 may move horizontally together, and the storage rack 310 may also move longitudinally along the vertical moving rail 320 to implement the moving of the storage rack 310.
