Abstract
本发明公开了模块化多功能运输船包括船体,所述船体顶部的左侧固定连接有舰桥,所述船体的顶部设有圆弧形密封门,所述圆弧形密封门的下方设置有可移动承重平台,所述可移动承重平台的下方设置有水平密封门,所述水平密封门的下方设置有模块化仓体,模块化仓体包括油罐模块、集装箱支架和散货仓体,模块化仓体的两侧与船体之间设置有设备仓。本发明通过船体、舰桥、圆弧形密封门、可移动承重平台、水平密封门、模块化仓体、油罐模块、集装箱支架、散货仓体、设备仓、开放式货仓、第一压载水仓、第二压载水仓、密封闸门和排水口的配合使用,能够使运输船运输多种货物,且根据运输的货物来调整运输模式。

本发明涉及运输船技术领域,具体为模块化多功能运输船。
背景技术
船舶是能航行或停泊于水域进行运输或作业的交通工具,按不同的使用要求而具有不同的技术性能、装备和结构型式,船舶分类方法很多,可按用途、航行状态、船体数目、推进动力、推进器等分类,按用途船舶一般分为军用和民用船舶两大类,运输船是现代船民用舶的一种,但现有运输船结构与功能单一,油耗大、遇台风延误航期、甚至翻覆的功能性缺陷,降低了运输船的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供模块化多功能运输船,具备多功能的优点,解决了现有运输船结构与功能单一,油耗大、遇台风延误航期、甚至翻覆的功能性缺陷,降低了运输船的实用性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:模块化多功能运输船,包括船体,所述船体顶部的左侧固定连接有舰桥,所述船体的顶部设有圆弧形密封门,所述圆弧形密封门的下方设置有可移动承重平台,所述可移动承重平台的下方设置有水平密封门,所述水平密封门的下方设置有模块化仓体,所述模块化仓体包括油罐模块、集装箱支架和散货仓体,所述模块化仓体的两侧与船体之间的中心处均设置有设备仓,所述设备仓的顶部设置有开放式货仓,所述设备仓的底部设置有第一压载水仓,所述模块化仓体的底部设置有第二压载水仓,所述第二压载水仓的内腔设置有密封闸门,所述船体底部的两侧均设置有排水口。
优选的,所述船体的两侧均设置有第一导水通道,所述第一导水通道的内腔设置有推进器,所述推进器的两侧均设置有割网器。
优选的,所述船体的底部设置第二导水通道,所述第二导水通道的顶部设置有高压空气阀门。
优选的,所述船体的底部设置有陀螺仪系统,且均匀分布在船体底舱的前中后中心三个位置。
优选的,所述船体的两侧与底部均设置有疏水泡沫救生垫,且均为隐蔽式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过船体、舰桥、圆弧形密封门、可移动承重平台、水平密封门、模块化仓体、油罐模块、集装箱支架、散货仓体、设备仓、开放式货仓、第一压载水仓、第二压载水仓、密封闸门和排水口的配合使用,能够使运输船同时运输多种货物,且根据运输的货物来调整模式,进而使运输船达到节能的效果。
2、本发明通过设置第一导水通道、推进器和割网器的配合,能够便于对船体进行原地调头,通过设置第一和第二导水通道的配合,能够便于对水进行导流提高船的操控性,通过设置陀螺仪系统,能够便于提高船体的稳定性,通过设置疏水泡沫救生垫,能够便于在极端条件下确保人员生命及物资的安全。

使用时,当船需要运油时,仓内预置立式储油罐模块7,加满油后关闭顶层圆弧形密封门3,关闭液压潜水密封闸门14,封闭第二导水通道19,将第二导水通道19变成第二压载水仓13,船体1潜到水线以下航行,这样规避了兴波阻力大大降低了能耗,当海上发生台风海况变得十分恶劣时,船体1再下潜转为全潜模式,此全潜模式可全天候运输,当船需要运输集装箱时,移出仓内立式储油罐模块7,放入仓内集装箱支架8,装满集装箱后,关闭顶层圆弧形密封门3,关闭液压潜水密封闸门14,封闭第二导水通道19,将第二导水通道19变成压载水仓,船体1潜到水线以下航行,这样规避了兴波阻力大大降低了能耗,当海上发生台风海况变得十分恶劣时,船体1再下潜转为全潜模式,此全潜模式可全天候运输,当船需要运输矿石或散货时,移出仓内集装箱支架8,装满矿石或散货后,关闭顶层圆弧形密封门3,关闭液压潜水密封闸门14,封闭第二导水通道19,将第二导水通道19变成压载水仓,船体1潜到水线以下航行,这样规避了兴波阻力大大降低了能耗,当海上发生台风海况变得十分恶劣时,船体1再下潜转为全潜模式,此全潜模式可全天候运输,当船在运输航行时,遇到其它船只突发意外事故急需救援时,打开顶层圆弧形密封门3,关闭多组水平密封门5,将船水平开放式载货可移动承重平台4潜到被救船只底部,打开第一导水通道16和液压潜水密封闸门14,排出第一压载水仓12里压载水,即可托起被救船只,当极端客观条件发生时,放出所有隐蔽式疏水泡沫救生垫22,使船漂浮,确保人员及物资的安全,当船不需要潜行时,第一导水通道19封闭后,用高压空气排出第一压载水仓12内的水与第一导水通道19的压载水,第一压载水仓12与第一导水通道19的压载水仓可以做临时货仓使用。

1.模块化多功能运输船,包括船体(1),其特征在于:所述船体(1)顶部的左侧固定连接有舰桥(2),所述船体(1)的顶部设有圆弧形密封门(3),所述圆弧形密封门(3)的下方设置有可移动承重平台(4),所述可移动承重平台(4)的下方设置有水平密封门(5),所述水平密封门(5)的下方设置有模块化仓体(6),所述模块化仓体(6)包括油罐模块(7)、集装箱支架(8)和散货仓体(9),所述模块化仓体(6)的两侧与船体(1)之间的中心处均设置有设备仓(10),所述设备仓(10)的顶部设置有开放式货仓(11),所述设备仓(10)的底部设置有第一压载水仓(12),所述模块化仓体(6)的底部设置有第二压载水仓(13),所述第二压载水仓(13)的内腔设置有密封闸门(14),所述船体(1)底部的两侧均设置有排水口(15)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的模块化多功能运输船,其特征在于:所述船体(1)的底部设置有陀螺仪系统(21),且均匀分布在船体(1)底舱的前中后中心三个位置。
