A device for cleaning the inner wall of a refrigerated transport vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the wringing mechanism further comprises a squeezing cavity (57) disposed within the elongate handle (58), a rack (30) is arranged in the extrusion cavity (57) in a sliding way, the upper end surface of the rack (30) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate (26), a second rotating shaft (37) is rotatably arranged on the rear end wall of the extrusion cavity (57), a gear (38) is fixedly arranged on the second rotating shaft (37), the gear (38) is meshed with the rack (30), a baffle plate (39) is arranged in the extrusion cavity (57) in a sliding manner, the lower end surface of the baffle plate (39) is connected with the lower end wall of the extrusion cavity (57) through a fourth spring (59), the transverse right end face of the baffle (39) is provided with teeth which are meshed with the gear (38), the baffle (39) left end face is fixed and is equipped with pull rod (40), the cover is equipped with rubber sleeve (41) on pull rod (40).

6. The use method of the device for cleaning the inner wall of the refrigerated transport vehicle compartment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: comprises the following steps;
s1, soaking and washing a sponge (21) with water, pulling a rubber sleeve (41) upwards, rolling the sponge (21) on the inner wall of a carriage, and extruding redundant water on the sponge (21);
s2, an operator holds the long handle (58) and holds the rubber sleeve (41) with the other hand, firstly, the upper end wall in the carriage is cleaned, then the peripheral end wall in the carriage is cleaned, the inner wall of the carriage can be cleaned in the process, and the arc-shaped plate (36) is pressed leftwards to roll the sponge (21), so that the abutting position of the sponge (21) and the inner wall of the carriage is kept in a clean state;
s3, with the help of an external sewage basin, after the device is rotated by 90 degrees around the central point of the lower end surface of the long handle (58) in an anticlockwise mode, the button (16) slides towards the inside of the resetting cavity (18), the sewage cavity (55) is communicated with the outside through the sewage discharge channel (11), and sewage in the sewage cavity (55) can be discharged to the outside space;
