本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,具体是一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸及其制备方法,所述底板的上方设置有面层,且底板与面层之间设置有楞纸,所述底板与面层的内侧均涂抹有与楞纸粘合的黏胶,且底板与面层的外侧均涂抹有残留农药吸附料。本发明设计新颖,用料考究,安全无毒、绿色环保,采用非金属矿物科学复配的残留农药吸附料,其中蛋白土、沸石以及载铜火山石抗菌剂的多孔结构具备良好的吸附、抗菌效果,可以对果蔬表面的残留有害物进行吸附,保证了果蔬的食用安全,黏胶中添加了无机硅胶和硅藻泥的组合,可以起到调湿、吸附的功能,调节包装箱内的空气湿度、防止霉菌的滋生,确保了果蔬的存储环境,延长了果蔬的保质期。

本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,具体是一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物,一般分为单瓦楞纸板和双瓦楞纸板两类,按照瓦楞的尺寸分为:A、B、C、E、F五种类型。瓦楞纸的发明和应用有一百多年历史,具有成本低、质量轻、加工易、强度大、印刷适应性样优良、储存搬运方便等优点,80%以上的瓦楞纸均可通过回收再生,瓦楞纸可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛。
目前在果蔬运输和包装领域中已经开发了一系列瓦楞纸产品,经检索中国专利“一种乙烯吸收型果蔬保鲜瓦楞纸箱的制作方法(公开号:CN105170424B)”该专利配置保鲜溶液和乙烯吸收剂溶液,将保鲜溶液均匀涂布到瓦楞纸板的里纸上,晾干后再继续均匀涂布上乙烯吸收剂溶液,保鲜溶液包括魔芋葡甘聚糖和去离子水,乙烯吸收剂溶液包括高锰酸钾和去离子水。能解决了目前市场上果蔬包装无保鲜效果以及气调保鲜等成本高、保鲜效果不佳的问题,其涂布物符合食品安全及绿色包装的要求,且保鲜效果好。
虽然市面上很多果蔬纸箱都具备良好的保鲜功能,但是在针对果蔬表面残留农药吸附这块还不完善,有待提高。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸,包括底板,所述底板的上方设置有面层,且底板与面层之间设置有楞纸,所述底板与面层的内侧均涂抹有与楞纸粘合的黏胶,且底板与面层的外侧均涂抹有残留农药吸附料。
进一步的,所述残留农药吸附料的涂抹量为8g/m3
进一步的,所述黏胶由以下重量份成分组成:聚氨酯分散体60份、消泡剂0.1份、聚氨酯增稠剂0.3份、无机硅胶1.3份、硅藻泥1.5份,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1、在反应釜中加入聚氨酯分散体、消泡剂搅拌混合,搅拌转速为800r/min;
A2、依次加入聚氨酯增稠剂、无机硅胶、硅藻泥充分搅拌至粘稠状,搅拌转速为1200r/min;
A3、过滤除去杂质得到所述黏胶。
进一步的,所述聚氨酯分散体的固体量为60%。
进一步的,所述残留农药吸附料由以下重量份成分组成:蛋白土10-20份、沸石7-12份、粘合剂5-8份、载铜火山石抗菌剂15-23份;
进一步的,所述残留农药吸附料还可以由以下重量份成分组成:蛋白土17-20份、沸石8-10份、粘合剂7-8份、载铜火山石抗菌剂17-20份。
进一步的,所述残留农药吸附料制备方法如下:
B1、将蛋白土、沸石置入烘干箱中,在150℃的高温下干燥至蛋白土、沸石的含水量低于0.3%;
B2、将干燥后的蛋白土、沸石与粘合剂、载铜火山石抗菌剂充分混合,期间多次少量添加去离子水调节至合适粘度,制得所述残留农药吸附料。
进一步的,所述载铜火山石抗菌剂由以下重量份成分组成:火山石粉末35份、铜盐溶液45份,其制备步骤如下:
C1、在65℃的温度下,将质量浓度为7%的酸溶液加入至火山石粉末中,得到火山石溶液;
C2、利用酸溶液将火山石溶液的pH值调节至4-5,离心分离后得到微粒子;
C3、将微粒子加入铜盐溶液中,混合后得到混合液,通过碱性溶液将混合液的pH调节至5-5.5,室温反应12h,制得乳液;
C4、再次通过碱性溶液将乳液的pH调节至8-9、其后水洗4次、过滤脱水后,得到固态体;
C5、将固态体干燥破碎后,制得载铜火山石抗菌剂。
一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1:在底板的上表面均匀涂抹黏胶,涂抹后将楞纸的下表面与底板的边沿对其,下压使得与黏胶接触粘合;
S2、步骤2、在楞纸的弧面上再次均匀涂抹黏胶,涂抹后将面层的下表面与底板的边沿对其,下压与黏胶粘合;
S3、用500g的压板放置在面层的上表面,压合10min,使其牢固粘合;
S4、在底板与面层的外部分别均匀涂抹残留农药吸附料,涂抹后置入干燥箱干燥后制得可以吸附果蔬表面残留农药的瓦楞纸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,用料考究,安全无毒、绿色环保,采用非金属矿物科学复配的残留农药吸附料,其中蛋白土、沸石以及载铜火山石抗菌剂的多孔结构具备良好的吸附、抗菌效果,可以对果蔬表面的残留有害物进行吸附,保证了果蔬的食用安全,黏胶中添加了无机硅胶和硅藻泥的组合,可以起到调湿、吸附的功能,调节包装箱内的空气湿度、防止霉菌的滋生,确保了果蔬的存储环境,延长了果蔬的保质期。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸,包括底板1,底板1的上方设置有面层3,且底板1与面层3之间设置有楞纸5,底板1与面层3的内侧均涂抹有与楞纸5粘合的黏胶2,且底板1与面层3的外侧均涂抹有残留农药吸附料4。
进一步的,残留农药吸附料4的涂抹量为8g/m3
进一步的,黏胶2由以下重量份成分组成:聚氨酯分散体60份、消泡剂0.1份、聚氨酯增稠剂0.3份、无机硅胶1.3份、硅藻泥1.5份,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1、在反应釜中加入聚氨酯分散体、消泡剂搅拌混合,搅拌转速为800r/min;

完全按照实施例的方式进行制备,不同于实施例1的是:残留农药吸附料4还可以由以下重量份成分组成:蛋白土17-20份、沸石8-10份、粘合剂7-8份、载铜火山石抗菌剂17-20份。
测试例:
测试组:选用实施例1、实施例2以及现有专利“CN108669219A”制得的产品,现有专利为对比例;
测试内容:从同一区域内的果园中摘下果品,刚摘下的果品表面残留:乙酰甲胺磷0.5、氟氯氰菊酯0.5、滴滴涕0.05、甲氰菊酯5.0(标准(mg/kg)GB2763-2005),分别放置在三个纸箱中,其中三个纸箱中分别采用三个测试组制造的产品作为隔板,放置完成后进行封闭,测试3天、7天和15天的农药残留,得出以下数据:

结合数据,可以得出本申请实施例1、实施例2在针对果蔬表面残留农药处理上有显著效果,远远超过了对比例的效果。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸,其特征在于,所述残留农药吸附料(4)由以下重量份成分组成:蛋白土10-20份、沸石7-12份、粘合剂5-8份、载铜火山石抗菌剂15-23份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸,其特征在于,所述残留农药吸附料(4)还可以由以下重量份成分组成:蛋白土17-20份、沸石8-10份、粘合剂7-8份、载铜火山石抗菌剂17-20份。
7.根据权利要求5-6所述的一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸,其特征在于,所述残留农药吸附料(4)制备方法如下:
B1、将蛋白土、沸石置入烘干箱中,在150℃的高温下干燥至蛋白土、沸石的含水量低于0.3%;
B2、将干燥后的蛋白土、沸石与粘合剂、载铜火山石抗菌剂充分混合,期间多次少量添加去离子水调节至合适粘度,制得所述残留农药吸附料(4)。
8.根据权利要求5-6所述的一种用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸,其特征在于:所述载铜火山石抗菌剂由以下重量份成分组成:火山石粉末35份、铜盐溶液45份,其制备步骤如下:
C1、在65℃的温度下,将质量浓度为7%的酸溶液加入至火山石粉末中,得到火山石溶液;
C2、利用酸溶液将火山石溶液的pH值调节至4-5,离心分离后得到微粒子;
C3、将微粒子加入铜盐溶液中,混合后得到混合液,通过碱性溶液将混合液的pH调节至5-5.5,室温反应12h,制得乳液;
C4、再次通过碱性溶液将乳液的pH调节至8-9、其后水洗4次、过滤脱水后,得到固态体;
C5、将固态体干燥破碎后,制得载铜火山石抗菌剂。
9.一种制备权利要求1-8所述用于果蔬农药残留吸附的瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1:在底板(1)的上表面均匀涂抹黏胶(2),涂抹后将楞纸(5)的下表面与底板(1)的边沿对其,下压使得与黏胶(2)接触粘合;
S2、步骤2、在楞纸(5)的弧面上再次均匀涂抹黏胶(2),涂抹后将面层(3)的下表面与底板(1)的边沿对其,下压与黏胶(2)粘合;
S3、用500g的压板放置在面层(3)的上表面,压合10min,使其牢固粘合;
S4、在底板(1)与面层(3)的外部分别均匀涂抹残留农药吸附料(4),涂抹后置入干燥箱干燥后制得可以吸附果蔬表面残留农药的瓦楞纸。
