In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving motor 19 is disposed on one side of a rotating shaft 51, a driving gear 52 horizontally disposed is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the driving motor 19, and a driven gear 50 engaged with the driving gear 52 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 51. .
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the volume of one of the feeding grooves 29 is larger than the volume of the other feeding grooves 29, and the main rotating rod 15 is disposed in the discharging cavity corresponding to the feeding groove 29. Because the quantity of lime in the raw materials of the colored lime slurry for decoration is obviously more than that of the pigment, the feeding groove 29 with larger volume is suitable for containing lime, and the other feeding grooves 29 with smaller volume are suitable for containing pigment.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the rotating shaft 34 extends through the fixed box 12, the bearing 26 sleeved on the rotating shaft 34 is fixed at the position of the fixed box 12 where the rotating shaft 34 passes through, the second driving mechanism comprises a second gear ring 32 fixedly sleeved on the dispensing barrel 27 and a second gear 33 fixedly sleeved on the upper end of the rotating shaft 34, and the second gear 33 is externally engaged with the second gear ring 32. lime is firstly filled in the feeding groove 29 with larger volume, pigment is filled in the feeding groove 29 with smaller volume, then the driving motor 19 is started, the driving motor can drive the batching barrel 27 to rotate, because the bottom surface of the batching barrel 27 is completely attached to the fixed box body 12, when the blanking cavity is not communicated with the feeding channel 18, blanking can not be carried out, and along with the rotation of the batching barrel 27, the main rotating rod 15 can be driven to rotate through the first gear 28 and the first gear ring 30, and then the auxiliary rotating rod 16 is driven to rotate through the transmission assembly 14, the main rotating rod 15 and the auxiliary rotating rod 16 can drive the corresponding spiral vane plate 36 to rotate, so that the material in the blanking cavity can be stirred, and the uniformity of each material is ensured; when one blanking cavity is communicated with one feeding channel 18, corresponding materials can enter the corresponding stirring box body 21 through the feeding channel 18, at the moment, the spiral blade plate 36 rotating in the blanking cavity can push the materials to be conveyed downwards, so that the materials can be promoted to smoothly enter the stirring box body 21, the more the spiral blade plate 36 rotates at a higher speed, the more the materials are conveyed in the same time, and the transmission ratio can be determined according to the ratio of lime materials to pigments by the transmission assembly 14, and particularly, the transmission ratio is controlled by selecting the corresponding belt wheel or chain wheel, so that the primary blanking amount of the pigments and the primary blanking amount of the lime can meet the ratio requirements;
meanwhile, in the rotation process of the batching barrel 27, the rotating disc 20 can be driven to rotate, the swing rod can drive the switch board to move, as shown in fig. 2, when the hinged short shaft on the rotating disc 20 moves to one side facing the second switch board 6, the second swing rod 5 drives the second switch board 6 to move to one side back to the rotating disc 20, so that the blanking through opening 22 on the switch board is staggered with the blanking opening on the side, the second switch board 6 pushes the piston board 23 in the hydraulic cylinder 9 on the side through the piston rod 2 on the side, and the piston board 23 pushes the water body in the hydraulic cylinder 9 to the water inlet pipe 11 on the side by matching with the orientation effect of the check valve 8, so that the water body can enter the stirring tank 21 on the side through the water inlet pipe 11, and the primary water delivery amount can be controlled by controlling the cross-sectional area of the hydraulic cylinder 9; namely, the automatic feeding of the water body required by the production of the lime slurry can be realized without arranging a water pump and a water quantity controller; meanwhile, the first swing rod 4 drives the first switch plate 3 to move towards the side where the rotating disc 20 is located until the discharging port 22 is just aligned with the discharging port of the side, so that lime slurry in the corresponding stirring tank 21 can be smoothly discharged, and the first switch plate 3 pushes the piston plate 23 in the hydraulic cylinder 9 at the side through the piston rod 2 at the side, and the hydraulic cylinder 9 sucks water in the water storage tank through the water supply pipe 7 under the directional action of the one-way valve 8 so as to fill water into the stirring tank 21 at the side;
therefore, in the rotation process of the batching barrel 27, the lime material, the pigment and the water body can be divided into a plurality of parts, one part of the lime material, the pigment and the water body are mixed and stirred, and the target proportioning relation can be kept during each mixing, compared with a mode that all the raw materials are mixed together and stirred (the mode needs to stir all the batched materials uniformly and then discharge the materials, the work burden of a stirring mechanism is large, and the time consumption is long), the device provided by the invention adopts a component stirring mode, can keep the target proportioning relation, and ensures the quality of the generated lime slurry; the work burden of the stirring assembly 24 is obviously reduced, when one of the stirring assemblies is used for mixing and stirring, the other stirring assembly can carry out blanking, the discharging process of lime slurry can be accelerated, the burden of the device can be reduced, time consumption is short, and the work efficiency can be improved.
The rotation of the batching barrel 27 can drive the second gear ring 32 to rotate, the second gear ring 33 can be driven to rotate, and the rotating shaft 34 can rotate along with the second gear ring to drive the stirring component 24 to rotate so as to stir the lime mixture; meanwhile, under the action of the elastic force of the second spring 39, the roller 41 at the upper end of the walking rod 40 is always attached to the inner top surface of the annular groove 42, the outer sleeve 49 drives the walking rod 40 to move along the annular groove 53 in the annular groove 42 through the side fixing rod 45 and the sleeve ring 44, when the walking rod 40 moves to the bump component, the roller 41 and the walking rod 40 move downwards, the second spring 39 is stretched, the walking rod 40 can push the side fixing rod 45 to move downwards through the sleeve ring 44, the outer sleeve 49 descends along with the side fixing rod, the first spring 37 is stretched and drives the stirring plate 48 to move downwards, when the walking rod 40 moves to the position where the bump component is separated, under the reset action of the first spring 37 and the second spring 39, the stirring component 24 and the walking rod 40 can quickly ascend and reset, and the stirring component 24 can intermittently move upwards and downwards in the rotating process of the stirring component 24, so that the lime and lime materials are mixed in the height direction, the stirring effect can be promoted; and because the thickness of the first bump 54 and the second bump 55 is different, the descending distance of one of the walking rods 40 is greater than that of the other walking rod 40, which can make the heights of the opposite sides of the side fixing rods 45 on both sides different, so as to drive the outer loop bar 49 and the inner loop bar 38 to be in the inclined state, the inner loop bar 38 is hinged to the rotating shaft 34 and the loop bar 44 is hinged to the walking rods 40, so that the inner loop bar 38 and the loop bar 44 can be adaptively in the inclined state, while the rotating shaft 34 and the walking rods 40 can be kept in the vertical state, the inclined stirring assembly 24 can make one side of the stirring plate 48 collide with the side wall of the corresponding stirring box 21, and the stirring box 21 can vibrate under the action of the third spring 56, so as to prevent the materials from adhering to the inner wall of the stirring box 21, and facilitate the uniform stirring and complete blanking of the lime slurry.
