Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 31, the zero-emission kitchen waste production line pretreatment system of the embodiment includes:
the spiral conveying mechanism 300 is used for conveying the kitchen waste to be mixed;
the triangular screen 400 is used for screening out garbage with larger volume;
the crusher A is used for crushing the kitchen waste, and large-particle solid impurities cannot be crushed while the kitchen waste is crushed;
the rolling screen B is used for screening large-particle garbage which is not crushed by the crusher;
and the refiner 200 is used for finely grinding the screened kitchen waste into small particles. In this embodiment, the grain diameter of the fine-ground grains does not exceed 7 mm.
The spiral conveying mechanism 300 conveys the mixed kitchen waste to the triangular sieve 400, and the kitchen waste with small volume falls off from a gap between the two triangular rollers 420 and finally enters the crusher A because the volume of the kitchen waste is small. The screened garbage with larger volume is directly sent into the first storage box 530 for storage; the crusher A crushes the kitchen waste, and hard magnetic products, iron products and the like cannot be crushed. The crushed kitchen waste enters a rolling screen B for secondary screening, and small-particle kitchen waste falls to a refiner 200 from the side wall of a screen cylinder of the rolling screen; the garbage with a larger volume is discharged from the output pipe B630 to the second storage box B210 for storage. The refiner 200 finely grinds the kitchen waste to a grain size of not more than 7 mm, and then outputs the kitchen waste to complete the processes of screening and pre-processing the kitchen waste. The design can firstly ensure that the kitchen waste can be accurately screened out, and secondly can prevent the pollution of the kitchen waste caused by crushing some magnetic products, iron products, glass products and the like and seriously influence the subsequent treatment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the spiral conveying mechanism 300 includes a feed hopper 310 and a spiral conveying shell 320, a spiral blade 330 is installed inside the spiral conveying shell 320, two ends of the spiral blade 330 are respectively assembled with a spiral output shaft 511 and one end of a spiral retaining shaft 340, the other end of the spiral retaining shaft 340 is circumferentially and rotatably assembled with the side wall of the spiral conveying shell 320, and the other end of the spiral output shaft 511 penetrates through the spiral conveying shell 320 and then is installed in a spiral motor 510. The screw motor 510 is activated to drive the screw blade 330 to rotate circumferentially, so that the screw blade 330 conveys the refuse entering from the hopper 310. The spiral conveying shell 320 is far away from one end of the feed hopper 310 and is provided with a discharge hopper 350, one end of the discharge hopper 350 is communicated with the spiral conveying shell 320, and the other end of the discharge hopper is positioned above the triangular sieve 400. In use, the helical blades 330 convey the waste in the feed hopper 310 to the discharge hopper 350, and the waste falls from the discharge hopper 350 onto the triangular roller 420 of the triangular sieve 400 and is then screened by the triangular sieve 400.
Triangular sieve 400 includes triangular sieve case 410, and triangular sieve case 410 is inside cavity and the bottom is installed the triangle and is assembled fill 460, triangular sieve case 410 internally mounted has many triangle rollers 420, and every triangle roller 420 suit is on triangle pivot 451 respectively, triangle pivot 451 both ends are worn out triangular sieve case 410 with triangle pivot 451 one end respectively and are fixed with pivot sprocket 431 assembly after the assembly of triangle pivot 451, pivot sprocket 431 meshes with chain 440 and constitutes chain drive. The chain 440 is sleeved on at least two transmission chain wheels 441, the two transmission chain wheels 441 are respectively sleeved on chain wheel shafts 452, the chain wheel shafts 452 are circumferentially and rotatably installed on the triangular screen box 410, one of the chain wheel shafts 452 is fixedly connected with a chain wheel output shaft 521 of a chain wheel motor 520 through a coupler, or the chain wheel output shaft 521 is integrated with the chain wheel shaft 452, the chain wheel motor 520 is installed on a chain wheel motor frame 411, and the chain wheel motor frame 411 is installed on the triangular screen box 410. The chain wheel motor 520 can drive the chain to run after being started, and the chain 440 drives the rotating shaft chain wheel 431 to rotate circumferentially, so that the triangular roller 420 is driven to rotate synchronously.

A discharging inclined plate 470 is arranged at one end, far away from the discharging hopper 350, of the triangular sieve box 410, one end of the discharging inclined plate 470 is arranged in the first storage cavity 531 of the first storage box 530, and the discharging inclined plate 470 is arranged from one end, installed in the triangular sieve box 410, to one end of the first storage cavity 531 in a downward inclined mode. The design is mainly that screened garbage can be input into the first storage cavity 531 through the discharging inclined plate 470 for storage. The first storage box 530 is assembled and fixed to the rack base 110 through the third rack plate 123, thereby supporting the first storage box 530.
In this embodiment, the triangular roller 420 is inclined upward or downward from the end near the hopper 350 to the end near the first storage box 530, and the inclination angle α is 3-5 °. The design is mainly used for increasing the turning of the garbage, thereby increasing the screening effect. During the use, triangle roller 420 will carry rubbish when rotating, and the rubbish of small granule can drop to triangle from the gap between two triangle rollers and assemble in fighting 460, and the rubbish of bigger than normal volume can be carried along triangle roller 420 and finally is introduced into first storage chamber 531 through arranging material swash plate 470 and deposit. The screened garbage is output from the triangular discharge pipe 462 to the crushing cavity A111 for subsequent treatment.
Referring to fig. 1-4 and 6-10, the crusher a comprises a crushing shell a110, a first crushing roller a251 and a second crushing roller a252, wherein the crushing shell a110 has a hollow crushing cavity a111 therein, the first crushing roller a251 and the second crushing roller a252 are loaded into the crushing cavity a111, and one sides of the first crushing roller a251 and the second crushing roller a252 are attached to each other; the first crushing roller A251 and the second crushing roller A252 are respectively sleeved on a first crushing shaft A241 and a second crushing shaft A242, two ends of the second crushing shaft A242 are respectively assembled with the crushing shell A110 in a circumferential rotating mode, two ends of the first crushing shaft A241 are respectively assembled with the crushing movable plate A232 in a circumferential rotating mode after penetrating out of the abdicating chute A114, the crushing movable plate A232 is assembled with one end of a crushing sliding plate A231, the other end of the crushing sliding plate A231 penetrates through the abdicating chute A114 and then is assembled and fixed with a crushing partition plate A230, the crushing partition plate A230 is clamped, slidably and hermetically assembled with a crushing cavity A111, an end face, far away from the first crushing roller A251, of the crushing partition plate A230 is assembled and fixed with one end of a crushing sliding shaft A210, a crushing spring A220 is sleeved on the other end of the crushing sliding shaft A210 and penetrates out of the crushing shell A110 and then is assembled with a crushing nut A211, the crushing nut A211 cannot penetrate through the crushing shell A110, two ends of, The inner wall of the crushing cavity A111 is pressed, so that elastic force for pushing the second crushing roller A252 is applied to the crushing partition plate A230, and the design can ensure that enough pressure exists between the first crushing roller A251 and the second crushing roller A252 to crush the kitchen waste on one hand; on the other hand gets into first crushing roller A251 at the stereoplasm rubbish that the volume is bigger than normal, back between second crushing roller A252, rubbish can extrude broken spring A220 through first crushing roller A251, make first crushing roller A251, interval grow between the second crushing roller A252 so that this rubbish passes through rather than pulverize it, just also can avoid non-kitchen garbage to be pulverized and cause kitchen garbage's pollution, influence subsequent processing, can also avoid the breaker to lead to the card dead because of getting into large granule stereoplasm rubbish simultaneously, increase the stability of breaker.
Broken shell A110 installs bottom broken aggregate funnel A140, and inside broken aggregate funnel A140 is the broken aggregate chamber that the cross section gradually diminishes from top to bottom, the inner wall in broken aggregate chamber is broken aggregate wall A141, and the bottom in broken aggregate chamber A142 installs broken row material pipe A150, broken row material pipe A150 and delivery connector A160 one end assembly, the delivery connector A160 other end and delivery pipe A430 one end assembly, intercommunication, inside the delivery pipe A430 other end inserts a sieve section of thick bamboo to further filter in introducing the sieve section of thick bamboo with the rubbish after the breakage. The conveying auger can be arranged in the conveying pipe A430, so that the conveying effect is ensured, and blockage is prevented.
One end of the first crushing shaft A241 penetrates through the crushing shell A110 and then is assembled and fixed with the second crushing belt wheel A442, the crushing belt wheel A440 respectively bypasses the second crushing belt wheel A442, the first crushing belt wheel A441 and the third crushing belt wheel A443 to form a belt transmission mechanism, the first crushing belt wheel A441 is sleeved on the crushing intermediate shaft A244, and the crushing intermediate shaft A244 and the crushing shell A110 can be assembled in a circumferential rotating mode; the third crushing belt wheel A443 is sleeved on a crushing middle rotating shaft A243, the crushing middle rotating shaft A243 is circumferentially and rotatably mounted on a crushing sliding frame A280, a crushing sliding frame shaft plate A281 is arranged on the crushing sliding frame A280, the crushing sliding frame shaft plate A281 is assembled with one end of a crushing tensioning shaft A260, the other end of the crushing tensioning shaft A260 is sleeved with a tensioning spring A270 and then penetrates through a tensioning shaft plate A112, and the tensioning shaft plate A112 is mounted on a crushing shell A110; the two ends of the crushing tensioning shaft A260 penetrating through the tensioning shaft plate A112 and the crushing carriage shaft plate A281 are respectively assembled with a tensioning nut A261, the tensioning nut A261 cannot penetrate through the tensioning shaft plate A112 and the crushing carriage shaft plate A281, and the two ends of the tensioning spring A270 are respectively pressed with the tensioning shaft plate A112 and the crushing carriage shaft plate A281, so that the crushing belt is kept in a tensioning state. The parts of the crushing intermediate shaft a244 and the second crushing shaft a242 penetrating through the crushing shell a110 are also respectively sleeved and fixed with a first gear a461 and a second gear a462 which are in meshed transmission, when in use, because the rotation directions of the crushing intermediate shaft a244 and the first crushing shaft a241 are the same, after transmission through the first gear a461 and the second gear a462, the rotation direction of the second crushing shaft a242 penetrating through the crushing shell a is opposite to that of the first crushing shaft a241, and the reverse rotation of the first crushing shaft a241 and the second crushing shaft a242 is not influenced by the movement of the first crushing shaft a241, so that the first crushing shaft a241 and the second crushing shaft a242 always keep reverse rotation, and effective conveying of garbage is ensured.
When the first crushing roller a251 moves away from the second crushing roller a252, the crushing belt a440 drives the third crushing pulley a443 upward against the elastic force of the tension spring a270, thereby keeping the crushing belt a440 tensioned and driven. The other end of the second crushing shaft A242 penetrates out of the crushing shell A110 and then is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the crushing motor A410 through a coupler, and the crushing motor A410 can drive the second crushing shaft A242 to rotate circumferentially after being started, so that the first crushing roller A251 and the second crushing roller A252 are driven to rotate circumferentially in the opposite direction to crush kitchen waste passing through the space between the first crushing roller A251 and the second crushing roller A252, and crushing is achieved. When the device is used, the distance between the first crushing roller A251 and the second crushing roller A252 is adjustable through the crushing springs, hard objects such as small soup spoons and bones cannot be crushed, but substances containing sugar and protein such as rice balls, cooked meat and potatoes can be crushed, so that the subsequent extraction rate is greatly improved. In this embodiment, the crusher crushes the kitchen waste into particles having a particle size of 10 mm or less.
Preferably, the crushing partition plate a230 is further assembled with one end of a crushing connecting plate a233, the other end of the crushing connecting plate a233 penetrates through the crushing shell a110 and then is assembled and fixed with a crushing trigger plate a234, the crushing trigger plate a234 corresponds to the dials of the first dial switch a421 and the second dial switch a422 respectively, the first dial switch a421 and the second dial switch a422 are installed on the switch plate a113, and the switch plate a113 is installed on the crushing shell a 110. Signals of the first shifting piece switch A421 and the second shifting piece switch A422 are respectively connected to the industrial personal computer, and the shifting pieces of the first shifting piece switch A421 or the second shifting piece switch A422 are triggered to transmit signals to the industrial personal computer. When the garbage crusher is used, if the crushing trigger plate A234 triggers the shifting piece of the first shifting piece switch A421, the industrial personal computer judges that the medium particle garbage passes through; if the crushing trigger plate A234 triggers the shifting piece of the second shifting piece switch A422, the industrial personal computer judges that large-particle garbage passes through. The screening effect of the triangular screen is judged in sequence, so that garbage particles screened out by the triangular screen can be adjusted in time when being larger, and subsequent smooth treatment is guaranteed.
Preferably, the kitchen waste is crushed by the crusher A, and the kitchen waste contains a large amount of sticky materials and oil, so that the kitchen waste after crushing is easily stuck on the crushing and collecting wall A141, and the blockage in the crushing and collecting cavity A142 is easily caused, and the following improvements are made by the inventor:
the scraping wheel A520 is attached to the broken aggregate wall A141, and foreign matters stuck to the broken aggregate wall A141 can be scraped off when the scraping wheel A520 rotates, so that the foreign matters on the broken aggregate wall A141 are prevented from being accumulated to block the broken aggregate cavity A142. The scraping pulp wheel A520 is installed at one end of the scraping pulp shaft A510, the other end of the scraping pulp shaft A510 penetrates through the crushing collecting hopper A140 and then is assembled and fixed with the driven bevel gear A340, the driven bevel gear A340 is in meshed transmission with the driving bevel gear A330, the outer portion of the driving bevel gear A330 is fixedly sleeved with the scraping pulp large gear A320, the scraping pulp large gear A320 is in meshed transmission with the scraping pulp small gear A310, the scraping pulp small gear A310 is fixedly sleeved on the scraping pulp output shaft A451, and one end of the scraping pulp output shaft A451 is installed in the scraping pulp motor A450. The scraping pulp motor A450 can drive the scraping pulp pinion A310 to rotate circularly after being started, and therefore the scraping pulp wheel A520 is driven to rotate circularly. The driving bevel gear A330 and the crushing bottom plate A120 are assembled in a circularly rotating and non-axially movable mode, and the crushing bottom plate A120 is assembled and fixed with the rack bottom plate 110 through the second rack plate 122.
Crushing bottom plate a120 is fixedly assembled with crushing collecting hopper a140 through crushing extension plate a130, thereby realizing the support of crushing shell a110 and crushing collecting hopper a 140.
Referring to fig. 1-4 and 11-17, the rolling screen B includes a screen drum, the screen drum includes a framework B630 and a screen drum shaft B450, an inner cross section of the framework B630 is polygonal, a cross section of the framework B630 in this embodiment is 8-12 polygons, and this design enables garbage inside the screen drum to continuously drop from an inner wall of the framework B630 to obtain an overturning effect when the screen drum rolls, so as to increase a screening effect. The screen cylinder shaft B450 is provided with a plurality of screen cylinders and is distributed along the end face of the framework B630, so that the cross section of the whole screen cylinder is close to the polygon on the inner side of the framework B630.
Two ends of the screen cylinder shaft B450 are respectively assembled with an end ring B520, a roller screen big gear B512 is sleeved outside the end ring B520, the roller screen big gear B512 is in meshing transmission with a roller screen small gear B511, the roller screen small gear B511 is sleeved on a roller screen power shaft B440, the roller screen power shaft B440 is respectively assembled with two roller screen vertical plates B530 in a circumferential rotating mode, one end of the roller screen power shaft B440 is fixedly assembled with a second roller screen belt wheel B242, and the two roller screen vertical plates B530 are respectively assembled with the end ring B520 in a circumferential rotating mode and in an axial non-movable mode; the framework B620 is provided with a plurality of frames and is axially arranged along the screen drum shaft B450, so that a cage type screen drum is formed, and a plurality of screen holes B01 are formed between the framework B620 and the screen drum shaft B450.
Preferably, a plurality of rollers B610 are further circumferentially and rotatably sleeved on the screen shaft B450. When the screening device is used, the roller B610 can rotate circumferentially relative to the screen drum shaft B450, so that plastic bags, grease layers, rice balls and the like in garbage cannot be effectively stuck on the roller B610, and the screening holes B01 are prevented from being blocked to influence the screening effect.
The second roller screen belt wheel B242 is connected with the first roller screen belt wheel B241 through a roller screen belt B240 to form a belt transmission mechanism, the first roller screen belt wheel B241 is sleeved on a roller screen motor shaft B251, one end of the roller screen motor shaft B251 is arranged in a roller screen motor B250, and the roller screen motor B250 is arranged on one roller screen vertical plate B530. After the roller screen motor B250 is started, the roller screen motor shaft B251 can be driven to rotate circumferentially, so that the whole screen drum is driven to rotate circumferentially to realize rolling screening.
Preferably, the bottoms of two rolling screen vertical plates B530 are respectively provided with a vertical plate shaft block B540, the two vertical plate shaft blocks B540 are respectively assembled with a first rolling screen shaft 430 and a second rolling screen shaft B460, two ends of the second rolling screen shaft B460 are respectively assembled with the rolling screen side plates B110 on two sides in a circumferential rotation manner, the top and the bottom of the two rolling screen side plates B110 are respectively assembled and fixed with a rolling screen top plate B120 and a rolling screen bottom plate B140, the rolling screen side plate B110 is provided with an angle adjusting arc groove B111 corresponding to the first rolling screen shaft 430, two ends of the first rolling screen shaft 430 respectively penetrate through the angle adjusting arc groove B111 and then are hinged with one end of an angle adjusting arm B320, the other end of the angle adjusting arm B320 is hinged with an angle adjusting block B310 through an angle adjusting rotating shaft B420, the angle adjusting block B310 is sleeved on an angle adjusting screw B410 and assembled with the angle adjusting screw through a screw thread, the bottom of the angle adjusting block B310 is provided with a slide block B311, the slide block B311 is clamped with a slide groove B132 and assembled with an angle, the angle adjusting bottom plate B130 is installed on the roller screen side plate B110, angle adjusting shaft plates B131 are installed on two ends of the angle adjusting bottom plate B130 respectively, the two angle adjusting shaft plates B131 are assembled with angle adjusting screws B410 in a circumferential rotating mode and cannot move axially, the angle adjusting screws B410 are provided with two angles and correspond to one roller screen side plate B110 respectively, one end of each angle adjusting screw B410 is fixedly sleeved with an angle adjusting belt wheel B221, an angle adjusting belt B220 respectively bypasses the two angle adjusting belt wheels B221 and an angle adjusting auxiliary belt wheel B222 to form a belt transmission mechanism, the angle adjusting auxiliary belt wheel B222 is fixedly sleeved on an angle adjusting motor shaft B231, and one end of the angle adjusting motor shaft B231 penetrates through a second roller screen vertical plate B142 to be installed in an angle adjusting motor B230. After the angle adjusting motor B230 is started, the angle adjusting motor B230 can drive the two angle adjusting screws B410 to rotate circumferentially, so that the angle adjusting block B310 is driven to move axially along the angle adjusting screws B410, the angle adjusting block B310 drives the angle adjusting arm B320 to drive the first roller screen shaft 430 to move along the angle adjusting arc groove B111, and therefore the whole roller screen rotates by taking the second roller screen shaft B460 as a center, and the included angle between the roller screen and the roller screen base plate B140 is adjusted. In this embodiment, the angle between the roller screen and the roller screen bottom plate B140 is 3-7 °, preferably 5 °, and the roller screen is inclined upward from one end of the second roller screen shaft B460 to one end of the first roller screen shaft B430.
The end ring that the roller screen is close to second roller screen axle B460 one end is fixed with roller screen row material pipe B630 one end assembly and this end of roller screen row material pipe B630 communicates with the roller screen is inside, the roller screen row material pipe B630 other end is located inside or the top of second storage chamber B211 to can be with the rubbish after the screening through the roller screen row material pipe B630 input second storage chamber B211 interior storage. The second storage chamber B211 is provided in the second storage tank B210, and the second storage tank B210 is installed on the sieve tray B140.
The two ends of the two rolling screen side plates B110 are fixedly connected through a first rolling screen vertical plate B141, the first rolling screen vertical plate B141 and the second rolling screen vertical plate B142 are both installed on a rolling screen bottom plate B140, and the rolling screen bottom plate B140 is installed on the rack bottom plate 110 through a first rack plate 121. Between two first roller screen risers B141, two roller screen curb plates B110, screen section of thick bamboo below install roller screen collecting hopper B150, roller screen collecting hopper B150 is inside to be the roller screen chamber B151 that gathers materials that the cross section from top to bottom gradually diminishes, roller screen chamber B151 bottom and roller screen output tube B160 intercommunication that gathers materials, roller screen output tube B160 bottom are packed into in the correct grinding inner chamber 211 to directly send into the kitchen garbage after the screen section of thick bamboo screening into in the refiner 200 correct grinding.
Preferably, a pipe mounting plate B170 is further installed between the two roller screen side plates B110, and the pipe mounting plate B170 is fixedly assembled with the conveying pipe A430, so that one end of the conveying pipe A430 penetrates through an end ring 520 close to the first roller screen shaft B430 and enters the interior of the roller screen to convey crushed garbage into the roller screen for screening.
Referring to fig. 1-4 and 18-20, the refiner 200 comprises a refining shell 210, a cutter head 230 and a perforated screen 220, wherein the refining shell 210 is internally provided with a hollow refining chamber 211, the perforated screen 220 is arranged in the refining chamber 211, and the bottom surface and the side wall of the perforated screen are provided with a plurality of through material passing holes 221; the hole sieve 220 is internally provided with a cutter head 230, the cutter head 230 is sleeved and fixed on a fine grinding power shaft 240, the bottom of the fine grinding power shaft 240 penetrates out of the fine grinding shell 210 and then is loaded into a fine grinding motor 540, and the fine grinding motor 540 can drive the cutter head 230 to rotate circumferentially after being started so as to finely grind the kitchen waste. The aperture of the material passing hole 221 is not greater than 7 mm, so that the refined kitchen waste can only pass through the material passing hole 221 when the particle size of the kitchen waste is smaller than 7 mm. The design can finely grind the kitchen waste such as rice, corn and the like, thereby improving the extraction rate of alcohol and protein. The fine grinding cavity 211 is located below the hole sieve 220 and communicated with one end of a discharge pipe 250, and the other end of the discharge pipe 250 is introduced into a storage device or a subsequent processing device for further processing the kitchen waste. In this embodiment, there may be two cutterheads, which are mounted axially along the refining power shaft 240. The design can greatly improve the fine grinding effect and efficiency, and is similar to the existing powder grinding machine.
Example two
Although the crusher can crush rice balls, steamed bread, meat and the like to below 10 mm, corn grains and bean grains still keep intact, so that the corn grains and the bean grains cannot be quickly and completely converted into industrial alcohol. Under the existing process conditions, corn kernels, bean kernels and the like need to be further refined to about 5 mm. However, when the refiner of fig. 18-20 is used, hot water is continuously introduced to prevent oil in the kitchen waste from being solidified to cause seizure, so that corn grains, bean grains and the like with low density float on the water surface, which causes the cutter head to be incapable of cutting, and the cutter head is easy to seize or directly overflow from the refining cavity 211 along with the increase of the particles of the corn grains, the bean grains and the like, which causes additional pollution.
The refiner is improved by the inventor as follows:
see fig. 21-30, which are alternative designs of refiners. The pretreatment system of zero-emission kitchen waste production line as claimed in claim 9, wherein a vertical plate shaft block is mounted on the bottom of each of two vertical rolling screen plates, the two vertical plate shaft blocks are respectively assembled with a first rolling screen shaft and a second rolling screen shaft, the two ends of the second rolling screen shaft are respectively assembled with the rolling screen side plates on the two sides in a circumferential rotation manner, the top and the bottom of each of the two rolling screen side plates are respectively assembled and fixed with a rolling screen top plate and a rolling screen bottom plate, the rolling screen side plates are provided with angle modulation arc grooves corresponding to the first rolling screen shaft, the two ends of the first rolling screen shaft respectively penetrate through the angle modulation arc grooves and then are hinged with one end of an angle modulation arm, the other end of the angle modulation arm is hinged with the angle modulation block through an angle modulation rotating shaft, the angle modulation block is sleeved on an angle modulation screw and assembled with the angle modulation screw through a thread, the bottom of the angle modulation block is provided with a slide block, the slide block is clamped with the slide, the angle adjusting bottom plate is arranged on the side plates of the roller screen, the two ends of the angle adjusting bottom plate are respectively provided with an angle adjusting shaft plate, the two angle adjusting shaft plates are respectively assembled with angle adjusting screws in a circumferential rotating mode and in an axial non-movable mode, and the two angle adjusting screws are respectively corresponding to one side plate of the roller screen;
one end of each angle adjusting screw is respectively fixed with an angle adjusting belt wheel in a sleeved mode, an angle adjusting belt respectively bypasses the two angle adjusting belt wheels and the angle adjusting auxiliary belt wheel to form a belt transmission mechanism, the angle adjusting auxiliary belt wheels are fixedly sleeved on an angle adjusting motor shaft, and one end of the angle adjusting motor shaft penetrates through a second roller screen vertical plate and then is installed in an angle adjusting motor;
an end ring of the roller screen, which is close to one end of the second roller screen shaft, is fixedly assembled with one end of a roller screen discharging pipe, the end of the roller screen discharging pipe is communicated with the inside of the roller screen, and the other end of the roller screen discharging pipe is positioned in or above the second storage cavity, so that screened garbage can be input into the second storage cavity through the roller screen discharging pipe for storage; the second storage cavity is arranged in a second storage box, and the second storage box is arranged on the bottom plate of the roller screen;
the two ends of the two rolling screen side plates are respectively connected and fixed through a first rolling screen vertical plate, the first rolling screen vertical plate and the second rolling screen vertical plate are both arranged on a rolling screen bottom plate, and the rolling screen bottom plate is arranged on a rack bottom plate through a first rack plate;
the roller screen collecting hopper is arranged between the two first roller screen vertical plates and the two roller screen side plates and below the screen drum, a roller screen collecting cavity with a gradually-reduced cross section is arranged inside the roller screen collecting hopper from top to bottom, the bottom of the roller screen collecting cavity is communicated with a roller screen output pipe, and the bottom of the roller screen output pipe is arranged in the fine grinding inner cavity.
