Background
The main component of corrugated board is paper, which is the most easily recycled material in the world. With the growing awareness of ecological protection, most boxes seen today are made of mixed virgin (pine and birch pulp) and recycled fibers. In order to recycle the corrugated cardboard boxes, a recycling person can carry out reprocessing on the recycled cardboard boxes so as to facilitate subsequent reprocessing, the existing corrugated cardboard box processing equipment is single in function, multiple kinds of equipment are needed for the processing technology, the processing cost is greatly increased, the processing time is increased, and the corrugated cardboard box recycling and reprocessing device is provided for solving the problems.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a corrugated cardboard box recycling and reprocessing device.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a corrugated cardboard box recycling and reprocessing device comprises a crushing box, wherein supporting plates are vertically arranged at four corners of the bottom of the crushing box, the bottom ends of the four supporting plates are jointly connected with a bottom plate, a first-stage crushing mechanism and a second-stage crushing mechanism are respectively arranged in the crushing box from top to bottom, the first-stage crushing mechanism comprises two rollers which are jointly rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the crushing box, a first crushing knife and a second crushing knife are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two rollers at equal intervals, the first crushing knife and the second crushing knife are arranged in a staggered mode, one end of each of the two rollers jointly penetrates through the crushing box, gears are respectively arranged at the end parts of the two rollers, the two gears are mutually meshed, the other end of one roller penetrates through the crushing box and is provided with a motor, and the motor is connected with the crushing box through a motor frame;
the secondary crushing mechanism is horizontally and rotatably arranged on an upper rotating shaft in the crushing box, one end of the upper rotating shaft penetrates through the crushing box, the end part of the upper rotating shaft is connected with a first linkage mechanism, a shaft sleeve is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the upper rotating shaft in the crushing box, a plurality of mounting grooves are horizontally formed in the outer side of the shaft sleeve at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, mounting plates are inserted into the mounting grooves, a plurality of third crushing cutters are horizontally arranged in the outer side of the mounting plates at equal intervals along the horizontal direction, limiting sleeves are sleeved at the two ends of the shaft sleeve in a threaded manner, and the mounting plates are abutted against the inner walls of the limiting sleeves;
the bottom of smashing the case is provided with defeated material structure, the below of defeated material structure is provided with aggregate structure and extrusion device respectively.

As shown in fig. 1-7, a corrugated cardboard box recycling and reprocessing apparatus comprises a crushing box 1, wherein four corners of the bottom of the crushing box 1 are vertically provided with supporting plates 5, the bottom ends of the four supporting plates 5 are commonly connected with a bottom plate 23, the inside of the crushing box 1 is respectively provided with a first-stage crushing mechanism and a second-stage crushing mechanism from top to bottom, the first-stage crushing mechanism comprises two roll shafts 24 which are jointly rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the crushing box 1, the outer sides of the two roll shafts 24 are respectively provided with a first crushing knife 18 and a second crushing knife 19 at equal intervals, the first crushing knives 18 and the second crushing knife 19 are arranged in a staggered manner, one ends of the two roll shafts 24 commonly penetrate through the crushing box 1, the end parts of the two roll shafts are respectively provided with a gear 36, and the two gears 36 are mutually meshed, the other end of one of the roll shafts 24 penetrates through the crushing box 1 and is provided with a motor 16, and the motor 16 is connected with the crushing box 1 through a motor frame 17; the motor 16 is connected with an external power source, so that the two roller shafts 24 rotate towards each other under the action of the two gears 36, and the first crushing knife 18 and the second crushing knife 19 perform primary crushing on the paper boards.
