Claims (7)

1. The integrated destroying and recycling device for the confidential documents comprises a case (1) and is characterized in that a paper shredding cavity (3), a power cavity (18), a sliding cavity (22), a conveying cavity (28) and a water storage cavity (31) are formed in the case (1), a paper inlet hopper (2) communicated with the paper shredding cavity (3) is formed in the top of the case (1), a paper outlet (10) is formed in the wall of the bottom cavity of the paper shredding cavity (3), one end of the sliding cavity (22) is communicated with the power cavity (18), one side, away from the power cavity (18), of the sliding cavity (22) penetrates through the wall of the case (1), the sliding cavity (22) is located below the conveying cavity (28), the water storage cavity (31) is located above the conveying cavity (28), one end, away from the power cavity (18), of the sliding cavity (22) is provided with a connecting port (30) communicated with the conveying cavity (28), a file destroying structure and a shredded paper recycling and arranging structure are arranged in the case (1).

The integrated destroying and recycling device for confidential documents according to claim 1, wherein the document destroying structure comprises two first rotating shafts (4), two second rotating shafts (5) and two third rotating shafts (6), the front side and the rear side of the paper shredding cavity (3) are sequentially and rotatably connected with the two third rotating shafts (6), the two second rotating shafts (5) and the two first rotating shafts (4) through bearings from top to bottom, fine-tooth shredded paper wheels (7) are coaxially welded on each first rotating shaft (4), coarse-tooth shredded paper wheels (8) are coaxially welded on each second rotating shaft (5), comb-bar shredded paper wheels (9) are coaxially welded on each third rotating shaft (6), the two first rotating shafts (4) penetrate through the front side and the rear side of the box walls, and the two second rotating shafts (5) and the two third rotating shafts (6) penetrate through the front side of the box walls, and a power transmission device is arranged on the outer box wall of the case (1).

The integrated destruction and recovery device for classified documents according to claim 2, wherein the power transmission device comprises a first servo motor (17), the first rotating shaft (4), the second rotating shaft (5) and the third rotating shaft (6) on the outer wall of the front side of the case (1) are coaxially welded with a pinion (11), each group of the first rotating shaft (4), the second rotating shaft (5) and the third rotating shaft (6) are commonly sleeved with a toothed belt (12), the outer wall parts of the two first rotating shafts (4) on the rear side of the case (1) are coaxially welded with a gearwheel (13), the two gearwheels (13) are meshed with each other, the shell of the first servo motor (17) is welded on the outer wall of the case (1), the output shaft of the first servo motor (17) is coaxially welded with a driving wheel (16), one of the bull gears (13) is coaxially welded with a driven wheel (14), and a conveying belt (15) is sleeved between the driven wheel (14) and the driving wheel (16).

The integrated destroying and recycling device for confidential documents according to claim 1, wherein the shredded paper recycling and arranging structure comprises a second servo motor (21), the cavity walls of the two sides of the power cavity (18) are rotatably connected with a worm (19) through a bearing, one end of the worm (19) penetrates through the box wall and is coaxially welded with the output shaft of the second servo motor (21), the shell of the second servo motor (21) is welded on the outer wall of the case (1), one end of the worm (19), which is far away from the second servo motor (21), penetrates through the cavity wall and extends into the conveying cavity (28), the worm (19) is positioned in the conveying cavity (28), the inner part of the worm (19) is coaxially welded with a long shaft (20), the long shaft (20) is welded with an auger blade (29), and the sliding cavity (22) is internally and slidably connected with an extrusion block (23) and a sliding block (24), a connecting rod (25) is welded between the extrusion block (23) and the sliding block (24), a transmission rod (26) is connected to the sliding block (24) in a rotating mode through a pin shaft, worm wheels (27) are arranged on the inner cavity wall of the power cavity (18) in a rotating mode through the pin shaft, the worm wheels (27) are meshed with the worm (19), the eccentric position of each worm wheel (27) is connected with one end, far away from the sliding block (24), of the transmission rod (26) in a rotating mode through the pin shaft, a sprayer (32) is arranged in the cavity wall between the water storage cavity (31) and the conveying cavity (28), and a pressure control device is arranged at the position, penetrating through the box wall of the case (1), of the sliding.

The integrated destruction and recovery device for confidential documents according to claim 4, wherein the pressure control device comprises an electromagnet (34), the sliding cavity (22) penetrates through the outer wall of the cabinet (1) and is welded with a rotating seat (33), the rotating seat (33) is rotatably connected with a baffle (35) through a pin shaft, the electromagnet (34) is installed in the cabinet wall of the cabinet (1) close to the lower end of the baffle (35), a pressure sensor (36) is fixed on the cavity wall of the sliding cavity (22) close to the electromagnet (34), and the electromagnet (34) is communicated with the pressure sensor (36) through a circuit.

The integrated destruction and recovery device for confidential documents according to claim 2, wherein inner cavity plates (301) made of stainless steel are welded in the cavity walls on the two sides of the shredded paper cavity (3), each inner cavity plate (301) is provided with three arc grooves of one half circle, and the fine-tooth shredded paper wheel (7), the coarse-tooth shredded paper wheel (8) and the comb-strip shredded paper wheel (9) are arranged in the arc grooves of the inner cavity plates (301).
