During the use, the waste material granule falls into on conveyer belt 26 from first discharging pipe 501, the starter motor, the output shaft of motor drives first conveying roller 25 and rotates, second conveying roller 27 is as the driven voller, first conveying roller 25, second conveying roller 27 cooperation drives conveyer belt 26 and turns around to the right, thereby carry the waste material granule on the conveyer belt 26 top surface to the right, when the waste material granule is carried the inside right side of base 1, the waste material granule on the conveyer belt 26 rolls down to third discharging pipe 3 along the stock guide, wherein, stock guide and third discharging pipe 3 all incline downward distribution, solid particle discharges from third discharging pipe 3, in the in-process of conveyer belt 26 gyration, the waste liquid that mix with in the waste material granule drips from conveyer belt 26, the waste liquid droplet falls on the interior bottom surface of base 1, wherein, the interior bottom surface slope of base 1 distributes downwards, the waste liquid flows to second discharging pipe 2 along the interior bottom surface of base 1, the waste liquid flows through second discharging pipe 2, thereby realize that waste liquid and solid particle separately discharge, be convenient for subsequent processing.
Referring to fig. 10, an adsorption mechanism is disposed at one end of the top surface of the discharging mechanism, the adsorption mechanism is used for adsorbing metal particles in waste, specifically, the adsorption mechanism includes an adsorption housing 6, an electromagnet 28 and a drawer 14, the adsorption housing 6 is disposed at one end of the top surface of the base 1, the adsorption housing 6 is disposed near the third discharging pipe 3, the electromagnet 28 is disposed at the inner top of the adsorption housing 6, the electromagnet 28 is connected to a power supply through a wire, and the drawer 14 is movably disposed at the inner bottom of the adsorption housing 6.
When the drawer type waste material recycling device is used, the electromagnet 28 is turned on and made to have magnetism, metal substances in waste material particles are adsorbed by the electromagnet 28 in the process that the conveyor belt 26 drives the waste material particles to move, after a period of time, the drawer 14 is inserted into the adsorption shell 6, then the electromagnet 28 is turned off, the magnetism of the electromagnet 28 disappears, the metal substances adsorbed by the electromagnet 28 fall into the drawer 14 under the action of gravity, and then the drawer 14 is pulled out so as to recycle the metal particles in the drawer 14, so that materials are saved.
In conclusion, when the waste material grinder is used, waste materials to be treated are added into the feed hopper 9, the waste materials fall into the first grinding cavity 1601 under the action of gravity, the driving part 11 is started, the output shaft of the driving part 11 drives the first bevel gear 19 to rotate, the first bevel gear 19 drives the second bevel gear 20 and the third bevel gear 21 to rotate, the second bevel gear 20 drives the second grinding part 17 to rotate, the second grinding part 14 drives the first grinding part 16 to intermittently rotate through the shifting component, the first grinding cavity 1601 of the first grinding part 16 grinds the waste materials for the first time, the second grinding cavity 1603 grinds the waste materials for the second time, then the third grinding cavity 1705 grinds the waste materials for the third time, and the ground particles fall into the grinding mechanism and are then ground; the crushed particles fall on the conveyer belt 26, the conveyer belt 26 moves rightwards to convey the solid particles to the third discharge pipe 3, meanwhile, the waste liquid falls in the base 1, and the waste liquid flows into the second discharge pipe 2 along the inner bottom surface of the base 1, so that the waste liquid and the solid particles are separately discharged, and the treatment is facilitated; in the process of conveying solid particles by the conveying belt 26, the electromagnets 28 adsorb metal substances in the particles, after a period of time, the drawer is inserted into the adsorption shell 6, then the electromagnets 28 are closed, the magnetism of the electromagnets 28 disappears, the metal substances adsorbed by the electromagnets 28 fall into the drawer 14 under the action of gravity, and then the drawer 14 is pulled out, so that the metal particles in the drawer 14 are recovered for recycling and saving materials. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

the grinding mechanism comprises a grinding shell (8), a first grinding part (16) and a second grinding part (17), wherein the first grinding part (16) is rotatably arranged at the inner top of the grinding shell (8), a first grinding cavity (1601) and a second grinding cavity (1603) are formed in the center of the first grinding part (16), the first grinding cavity (1601) is positioned at the top end of the second grinding cavity (1603), the first grinding cavity (1601) is communicated with the second grinding cavity (1603), the second grinding part (17) is rotatably arranged at the inner bottom of the grinding shell (8), a third grinding cavity (1705) is formed between the second grinding part (17) and the grinding shell (8), a shifting assembly is arranged between the first grinding part (16) and the second grinding part (17), the second grinding part (17) can drive the first grinding part (16) to intermittently grind and rotate through the shifting assembly, and the bottom end of the second grinding part (17) is connected with a power mechanism;
the power mechanism comprises a driving piece (11), a first bevel gear (19), a second bevel gear (20) and a third bevel gear (21), the driving piece (11) is installed on the inner side of the supporting plate (4), the first bevel gear (19) is arranged on an output shaft of the driving piece (11), a fixed block (18) is arranged at the inner bottom of the grinding shell (8), the second grinding piece (17) is rotatably arranged on the top surface of the fixed block (18), a first rotating rod (22) is arranged at the bottom end of the second grinding piece (17), the second bevel gear (20) is arranged at the bottom end of the first rotating rod (22), the third bevel gear (21) is arranged at the top end of the grinding mechanism, and the second bevel gear (20) and the third bevel gear (21) are meshed with the first bevel gear (19);
a scraper (32) is arranged at the top end of the inner wall of the first grinding cavity (1601), the top end of the scraper (32) extends into the feed hopper (9), the feed hopper (9) adopts an inverted cone-shaped shell, the outer side of the scraper (32) and the inner wall of the feed hopper (9) are closely distributed, the cross section of the second grinding cavity (1603) adopts a cone-shaped structure, and a preset gap is reserved between the bottom surface of the first grinding part (16) and the top surface of the second grinding part (17);
