When any one of the first switch, the second switch or the third switch has a fault, the starting of the glue brushing device, the material pulling device, the stopping device and the material shoveling device is delayed or delayed, even the condition of no starting is caused; and when the linear driver fails, the material pulling device and the material shoveling device can also fail; thereby affecting the purpose of replacing the rubber, and the situation can be reduced by the arranged pushing device;

In this embodiment, the chutes may be arranged as one or two sets according to actual requirements. And the thirteenth connecting rod and the sixteenth connecting rod are consistent in length, and the twelfth connecting rod and the fifteenth connecting rod are consistent in length.
According to the rotation of the sixth rotating shaft, the position of the first clamping block and the position of the first sliding block are adjusted by an eleventh connecting rod, a twelfth connecting rod and a thirteenth connecting rod respectively, so that the aims of moving the scraper and moving the material pulling device are fulfilled.

The stopping device is used for clamping the first rotating shaft after the rubber sheet is attached and placed, so that the situation that the first rotating shaft rotates back and forth when not in work is reduced, and the stability of the winding shaft is improved;
or after the driving device is damaged, the rubber sheet is pulled by using the material pulling device, so that the purpose that the first rotating shaft rotates through the pulling force of the material pulling device is achieved; and after the rubber is pulled and completely attached to the surface of the table tennis bat by the pulling device, the first rotating shaft can be clamped and stopped by the stopping device.
When the pulling device pulls the rubber sheet from one end of the stopping device to one end of the shoveling device, the pulling device can achieve the purpose of returning to one end of the stopping device through the pushing mechanism or the second telescopic rod; when the material pulling device returns, firstly, the third telescopic rod is utilized to adjust the distance between the first clamping block and the second clamping block, so that the end parts of the rubber sheets are firstly released by the first clamping block and the second clamping block, then, the first clamping block and the second clamping block return through the second telescopic rod, after the first clamping block and the second clamping block return, the third switch is started, and after the third switch is started, the stopping device is started to work; meanwhile, the third switch can synchronously start the third telescopic rod to adjust the distance between the first clamping block and the second clamping block again, so that when the first clamping block and the second clamping block return to one side of the material roll shaft, the first clamping block and the second clamping block with the first contact rod clamp the end part of the rubber on the material roll shaft again, and the material roll shaft is ready for next material pulling.
Further, the stopping device is started, a linear driver is arranged in a cylindrical bracket of the stopping device, and the linear driver is used for pulling the movable rod to reciprocate in the cylindrical bracket, so that the purpose that the stopping device clamps or releases the first rotating shaft is achieved; when the clamping is needed, the linear driver pulls the movable rod to enable the movable groove to move towards the direction of the cylindrical support, so that the cylindrical support drives the first panel to move towards the direction of the cylindrical support, when the first panel moves, the movement of each limiting shaft is realized through a second movable groove and a fourth movable groove arranged on the first panel, and the limiting columns respectively drive two groups of first connecting rods and one group of second connecting rods to move in the notches; specifically, the first connecting rod moves towards the directions of the second movable groove and the fourth movable groove close to the two ends of the first panel respectively; and the second connecting rod moves towards the center direction of the first panel from the direction that the second movable groove is close to the end part of the first panel, so that the third connecting rod connected with the other end of the first connecting rod and the second panel connected with the other end of the second connecting rod move towards the outer side wall of the first rotating shaft respectively through the rotation of the first hinge shaft, and as the first limiting blocks of a half-arc structure are respectively arranged at the end parts of the third connecting rod and the second panel, the first limiting blocks clamp the first rotating shaft, so that the purpose of clamping the first rotating shaft is realized, and the situation that the first rotating shaft cannot rotate when the first rotating shaft does not work is reduced.

the other end of the eleventh connecting rod (60) is respectively and rotatably connected with a twelfth connecting rod (61) and a thirteenth connecting rod (62) through a hinge shaft, the other end of the twelfth connecting rod (61) is rotatably arranged on the hinge shaft, and the hinge shaft is fixed on the first clamping block (22);
