Abstract
The disclosed embodiment relates to a mop, which comprises: the cotton head mounting frame is positioned at the lower end of the mop body and comprises a through clamping groove for clamping and mounting a collodion cotton head; the cotton head replacing mechanism comprises a force application part and a contact part, wherein the contact part corresponds to the clamping groove in position and at least partially contacts the collodion cotton head; the force application part is connected with the contact part and used for applying a second acting force to the contact part when receiving the first acting force so that the contact part enables the collodion cotton head to fall off from the cotton head mounting frame. Technical Field
The embodiment of the disclosure relates to the technical field of cleaning tools, in particular to a mop.
Background
Some mop products available in the market have an automatic wringing function, such as some collodion mops provided with a wringing device. The collodion head on the collodion mop can become dry and hard after being used for a certain time, is easy to damage and needs to be replaced for many times.
In the related art, when replacing the collodion head, the old collodion head needs to be detached manually, and then a new collodion head needs to be installed. In the process, the collodion cotton head is detached by hands, so that the operation is inconvenient, the hands are stained with dirt, and bad experience can be brought to people visually.
Accordingly, there is a need to ameliorate one or more of the above problems with the related art solutions.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
It is an object of embodiments of the present disclosure to provide a mop that overcomes, at least to some extent, the above-mentioned problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
The disclosed embodiments provide a mop, which includes:
the cotton head mounting frame is positioned at the lower end of the mop body and comprises a through clamping groove for clamping and mounting a collodion cotton head;
the cotton head replacing mechanism comprises a force application part and a contact part, wherein the contact part corresponds to the clamping groove in position and at least partially contacts the collodion cotton head;

In this exemplary embodiment, a mop is first provided. The mop may include a cotton head mounting bracket and a cotton head replacement mechanism. Wherein, the cotton head mounting bracket is arranged at the lower end of the mop body and comprises a through clamping groove for clamping and mounting a collodion cotton head. The cotton head replacing mechanism can comprise a force application part and a contact part, wherein the contact part corresponds to the clamping groove in position and at least partially contacts with the collodion cotton head. The specific structure of the mop, such as a water-squeezing collodion mop, can be referred to the prior art, and the parts identical with the prior art are not described in detail here. Referring to fig. 1-5, the cotton head mounting bracket 10 may include one or more snap-fit slots therethrough for snap-fit mounting of an adhesive cotton head 200. In the present embodiment, two snap-in grooves are taken as an example for explanation, and the shape and number of the snap-in grooves are not limited. The collodion head 200 can include a snap-fit portion such as a fixing plate 201 disposed (e.g., bonded, etc.) on the upper surface of the collodion head, with a protrusion on the fixing plate 201, which fits into the snap-fit groove so as to be snap-fit onto the cotton head mounting bracket 10. The clamping portion may be made of rubber or plastic, but is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the lint picker mounting 10 may comprise hinged left and right mounting brackets 101, 102; the clamping grooves are formed in the left mounting frame 101 and/or the right mounting frame 102. The specific manner of articulation can be referred to in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein. In this exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 or fig. 14, the left mounting frame 101 and the right mounting frame 102 may be respectively provided with one of the clamping grooves 103 to achieve good fixation of the collodion head 200.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the mop body may further include a wringing frame, the wringing frame may include a hinged handle 301 and a pull rod 302, the handle 301 is hinged to a sleeve 40, the sleeve 40 is movably sleeved on the mop rod 100, and the lower end of the pull rod 302 is hinged to the cotton head mounting frame 10. The contact portion 20 may be a contact portion protruding from the lower end of the pull rod 302 along a radial direction, and the contact portion corresponds to the position of the snap groove; the force application part can be the wringing frame. As shown in fig. 4 to 5, when the sleeve 40 is forced downward to move the entire wringing rack downward, the contact portion 20, i.e., the contact tip portion, can pass through the catching groove of the cotton head mounting rack 10 to make the collodion head 200 fall off.
In order not to affect the normal use of the mop rod such as the wringing function shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the mop rod 100 may be provided with an elastic limiting portion 50 adapted to the sleeve 40, the inner wall of the sleeve 40 is provided with a limiting hole therethrough, and the elastic limiting portion 50 is located in the limiting hole. For example, the elastic limiting portion 50 can be an elastic button disposed on the mop rod 100 and can be pressed to be flush with the surface of the mop rod 100 so that the sleeve 40 can move downward to drop the collodion head.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, referring to fig. 7 to 8, the mop body includes a wringing frame, the wringing frame may include a hinged handle 301, a hinged pull rod 302 and a hinged frame 303, the handle 301 is hinged on the mop rod 100, and both sides of the lower end of the hinged frame 303 are hinged with the left mounting frame 101 and the right mounting frame 102, respectively, which are referred to in the prior art and are not described herein again. The force application part is the wringing frame, the contact part 20 is a mandril, and the mandril is arranged on the wringing frame such as a frame 303 or a pull rod 302 and corresponds to the clamping groove 103 in position. As shown in fig. 8, when the wringing rack is pulled, the contact portion 20, i.e., the plunger, contacts the collodion head 200 to detach the collodion head 200 from the cotton head mounting rack 10. The embodiment is simply improved on the structure of the existing mop, and has the advantages of less added parts, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
Alternatively, in a further embodiment, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the force application part comprises a pushing part, the contact part 20 comprises a moving part, the moving part is located on the upper surface of the cotton head mounting frame 10, and the pushing part pushes the contact part 20, i.e. the moving part, to horizontally displace on the cotton head mounting frame 10 to push the collodion head 200 to horizontally move downwards to be detached from the cotton head mounting frame 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the pushing member includes a gear, which may be provided on the lint mounting bracket 10, and a handle 21 for driving the gear to rotate. The contact portion 20, i.e. the moving member, at least partly comprises a rack, with which the gear wheel is in engagement. The contact portion 20, i.e. the end of the moving member corresponding to the engaging groove 103, has an inclined surface, so that the contact portion 20, i.e. the moving member, is horizontally displaced on the cotton head mounting frame 10 to push the collodion head 200 (e.g. the protruding portion of the fixing plate 201) to horizontally move downwards to fall off from the cotton head mounting frame 10.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the cotton bud mounting bracket 10 is provided with a horizontal sliding groove (not shown), the moving member, i.e., the contact portion 20, is placed in the sliding groove, and at least one end of the sliding groove penetrates through the clamping groove 103. Thus, when the handle 21 is pulled, the gear can drive the contact portion 20 to move horizontally to contact with the protrusion portion of the fixing plate 201 on the upper surface of the collodion head at the clamping groove 103, so that the collodion head falls off. The scheme of the embodiment has the advantages of relatively simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
Alternatively, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, the contact portion 20 may include an oval turntable disposed on the upper surface of the lint mounting bracket 10, for example, in the region where the left mounting bracket 101 and the right mounting bracket 102 are connected. The length of the oval turntable along the major axis and/or the minor axis is matched with the distance between the clamping grooves 103 on the left mounting frame 101 and the right mounting frame 102. The force application part may include a rotation rod 21, and the lower end of the rotation rod 21 is connected to the oval turntable. With such an arrangement, in the process that the contact portion 20, i.e. the elliptical rotating disk, rotates from the position shown in fig. 13 to the position shown in fig. 14, or rotates from the position shown in fig. 14 to the position shown in fig. 13, in the process, due to the difference between the major axis and the minor axis of the elliptical rotating disk, the elliptical rotating disk can contact or separate from the clamping portion of the collodion head at the clamping groove 103, such as the fixing plate 201, and then the collodion head 200 is automatically detached by extrusion, so that the operation is simpler and more convenient.
In order to more conveniently rotate the oval turntable to automatically detach the collodion head, further optionally, in one embodiment, the force application part may further include a rotating handle 22 disposed on the mop rod 100; the mop rod 100 is a hollow structure, the rotating rod 21 is located in the hollow structure, the lower end of the rotating rod 21 extends out of the lower surface of the mop rod 100, the rotating handle 22 is connected with the upper end of the rotating rod 21, for example, an opening (not shown) is formed in the side wall of the hollow structure of the mop rod 100, and the rotating handle 22 is arranged at the opening and connected with the upper end of the rotating rod 21. The rotating handle 22 can be sleeved on the mop rod 100, and can have a limiting portion to prevent the rotating handle 22 from moving up and down relative to the rotation of the mop rod 100. When the collodion head needs to be detached, when the rotating handle 22 is rotated, the rotating rod 21 can be driven to rotate so that the elliptical rotating disk, namely the contact part 20, can rotate to apply horizontal downward acting force to the collodion head, and then the collodion head can be automatically detached and detached, so that the operation is fast and convenient.

2. The mop of claim 1, wherein the cotton head mounting bracket comprises a hinged left mounting bracket and a right mounting bracket; the clamping groove is formed in the left mounting frame and/or the right mounting frame.

The mop as claimed in claim 2, wherein the contact part comprises an elliptical rotating disc arranged on the upper surface of the cotton head mounting frame, and the length of the elliptical rotating disc along the major axis and/or the minor axis is matched with the distance between the clamping grooves on the left mounting frame and the right mounting frame;
the force application part comprises a rotating rod, and the lower end of the rotating rod is connected with the oval rotary table.

7. The mop of claim 6, wherein the pusher includes a gear and a handle for driving the gear to rotate, and the moveable member includes, at least in part, a rack, the gear being engaged with the rack.
8. The mop as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cotton head mounting frame is provided with a horizontal sliding groove, the moving member is disposed in the sliding groove, and at least one end of the sliding groove penetrates the engaging groove.

The mop as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the mop body further comprises a wringing frame, the force application part is the wringing frame, the contact part is a mandril, and the contact part is arranged on the wringing frame and corresponds to the clamping groove; when the wringing frame is pulled, the ejector rod is contacted with the collodion cotton head to drop the collodion cotton head from the cotton head mounting frame.
