中医诞生于原始社会，春秋战国时期中医理论已基本形成，之后历代均有总 结发展，除此之外对汉字文化圈国家影响深远，如日本汉方医学，韩国韩医学， 朝鲜高丽医学、越南东医学等都是以中医为基础发展起来的，中医承载着中国古 代人民同疾病作斗争的经验和理论知识，是在古代朴素的唯物论和自发的辨证法 思想指导下，通过长期医疗实践逐步形成并发展成的医学理论体系，传统意义上 都会将中医与人体穴位联系，从而达到治疗的目的，由此可见，设计出一种能量 灸的制备方法，对于目前中药制备技术领域来说是迫切需要的。

选取年份足够的良品药材，在合适的天气对其进行自然晾制，并对药材分别 进行清洗，清洗完毕之后将药材分别在纯净水中浸泡8-12小时；
利用超临界二氧化碳中药流体低温萃取技术和超微乳化纳米级分散工艺技术 对各个药材进行有效成分的提取；
将上述步骤制得的药材提取物进行混合反应3-5小时，并控制整体温度在 82-91℃对药材提取物进行制膏，控制药材提取物整体在常温下进行凝固；
制作艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸的贴板，通过贴板对药材提取物分 别进行贴膜，制得对应的能量灸，最后对能量灸进行整体消毒灭菌，完成能量灸 的制备。
进一步地，所述艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸持续8小时保持恒温 43.5℃，且其12小时内的温度范围为40-45℃。
进一步地，所述艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸的药物乳化分散成分粒 径为1-30纳米。
进一步地，所述艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸的贴板皆由天然植物纤 维制备。

本发明的有益效果在于：
该能量灸的制备方法中的超临界二氧化碳中药流体低温萃取技术和超微乳化 纳米级分散工艺技术使得中药成分的粒径达到1-30纳米的范围，一般人体的皮 肤角质层细胞间隙为50纳米，该中药成分在加热的情况下更加容易被人体吸 收，从而达到治疗的目的，采用的自发热贴的持续发热效果优秀，且其温度始 终控制在人体适宜的温度范围，使能量灸的治疗效果更加优秀。
简而言之，本申请技术方案利用优秀的技术优化方案，解决了传统消毒剂存 在的问题。

本发明中，艾骨灸能量灸对应人体的贴放位置为阿是穴、肾俞穴和足三里， 艾宫灸能量灸和艾肾灸对应人体的贴放位置为气海穴，艾足灸能量灸对应人体 的贴放位置为涌泉穴。

1.一种能量灸的制备方法，包括贴板、艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸，其特征在于，所述艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸的药物成分分别如下：
所述艾骨灸的中药成分包括艾草、马钱子、乳香、没药、骨碎补、川断、威灵仙、肉苁蓉以及生地；
所述艾宫灸的中药成分包括艾草、鹿角霜、醋五灵脂、制附片以及肉桂；
所述艾肾灸的中药成分包括艾叶、肉桂、肉苁蓉、制附片、阳赴石、干姜、淫羊藿、菟丝子、巴戟天、当归以及牛膝；
所述艾足灸的中药成分包括艾叶、生马钱子、乳香、没药、天麻、杜仲、红花、甘草、防风以及良姜；
所述艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸的制备步骤皆为：

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能量灸的制备方法，其特征在于：所述艾骨灸、艾宫灸、艾肾灸和艾足灸的贴板皆由天然植物纤维制备。
