The invention relates to the technical field of oral care products, in particular to antibacterial soothing toothpaste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The world health organization proposed oral health including "chronic pain in the oromandibular face, oropharyngeal cancer, canker sores, congenital defects such as cleft lip and palate, periodontal (gum) disease, caries, tooth loss and other diseases and disorders affecting the oral cavity. "oral health is listed as one of ten major criteria for general health, and is an important evaluation item for evaluating general health.
Oral health is now gaining more and more attention. Toothpaste is a necessity of daily life for maintaining tooth health, and along with the continuous improvement of living standard, the toothpaste is developed from a common tooth cleaning type to a whitening functional type and the like. The caries preventing effect of the existing common toothpaste mainly depends on fluorine-containing preparations. Although teeth can be firmed and generation of caries can be prevented to some extent by the fluorine preparation, generation of caries cannot be completely effectively suppressed; or even though the caries can be partially prevented, the oral cavity irritation is large, and the natural internal environment in oral flora is seriously damaged; chinese medicine resources are rich, plant medicinal materials such as the calendula officinalis extract, the aloe barbadensis leaf extract and the like have higher antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and in order to further improve the formula structure of the traditional toothpaste and adapt to diversified demands of consumers, the antibacterial and relieving toothpaste is designed.

And (3) taking 1mL of the activated bacterial suspension into a sterilized culture dish, pouring the activated bacterial suspension into the culture dish, and shaking the activated bacterial suspension uniformly. After the culture medium solidified, the sterilized oxford cups were uniformly placed in culture dishes by using tweezers, and 3 were placed in each culture dish. 0.25mL of diluted toothpaste solution was injected into an Oxford cup by using a pipette gun, and normal saline was added to the control group. The dish was carefully placed in an incubator at 37 ℃ for 24 hours and the zone diameter was measured with a vernier caliper.
The experimental results are as follows:
(Note: the diameter of the Oxford cup is 6 mm).
The results of the in vitro antibacterial experiments show that the toothpaste containing the most antibacterial and soothing functional components has a more remarkable inhibiting effect on common bacteria in the cavity.
