s3: after the ear canal is cleaned, the residual liquid medicine is cleaned, and the conveying pipeline 13 returns to the initial position by rotating the pinion 18, so that the ear canal cleaning work is completed.
In step S2, the medicinal liquid is introduced into the ear canal of the user by the action of the pressure reducing valve 28 and the atomizing nozzle 26.
In step S3, the method of cleaning the residual liquid chemical includes: the air bag 6 is pressed by force, the top end of the liquid discharge pipe 21 generates suction, and under the action of the second one-way valve 27, the residual liquid medicine enters the liquid discharge pipe 22 through the second sponge 24 and then flows into the waste liquid bottle 10.
It should be noted that the plastic cover 9 is provided outside the airbag 6, and the deformation of the airbag 6 can be realized by pressing the plastic cover 9.
When the air bag 6 is pressed, the spring 7 starts to rebound, the air bag 6 expands, and the medicinal liquid in the medicine bottle 1 is sucked into the air bag 6 along the plastic tube 4 by the suction force caused by the expansion of the air bag 6. The air bag 6 is continuously extruded, the liquid medicine is already in the air bag 6, and in the extruding process, the liquid medicine can only enter the auditory canal of the patient along with the liquid discharge pipe 21 under the action of the first one-way valve 5.
When the pressure on the airbag 6 is released, two actions occur at this time: firstly, the liquid medicine in the medicine bottle 1 continuously enters the air bag 6 through the plastic tube 4; secondly, the waste liquid in the auditory canal is sucked into the liquid outlet pipe 22 by the suction force generated by the rebound of the air bag 6. Since the second check valve 27 is provided in the discharge tube 21, the waste liquid cannot enter the discharge tube 21, and the waste liquid in the ear canal can only enter the discharge tube 22 and flows into the waste liquid bottle 10. Therefore, the ear canal is cleaned and waste liquid is recovered by the reciprocating pressing and releasing of the air bag 6.
