More specifically, the following is:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the bottom wall 10a of the bathtub 10 is provided with the wave-blowing holes 11 communicated with the wave-blowing pipe 91, preferably, the number of the wave-blowing holes 11 is six and the wave-blowing holes are arranged in a matrix at the bottom wall 10a of the bathtub 10, so that the wave-blowing effect can be further improved, and the barreling flushing effect is further improved; of course, according to actual needs, the number of the wave-blowing holes 11 can be two, three, four, five or seven, which are flexibly selected according to actual needs, so that the wave-blowing holes are not limited to the two wave-blowing holes; for example, six wave-blast holes 11 are arranged in two rows, three in each row, and correspondingly, two wave-blast pipes 91 are arranged side by side under the bathtub 10, and each wave-blast pipe is assembled and connected with a corresponding wave-blast hole 11 in one row, so that the structure of the automatic bathing machine 100 based on the principle of barreling finishing is more compact and reasonable, but the invention is not limited thereto. Meanwhile, the side wall 10b of the bathtub 10 is also provided with communication holes 12 communicated with the abrasive material inner circulation pipe 80, preferably, the communication holes 12 are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls 10b of the bathtub 10, and the communication holes 12 are also adjacent to the bottom wall 10a of the bathtub 10, so that the design can further improve the inner circulation effect of water flow in the bathtub 10 and correspondingly improve the cleaning effect; since the communication holes 12 are respectively arranged on the two opposite side walls 10b of the bathtub 10, correspondingly, the two abrasive material inner circulation pipes 80 are arranged to clamp the bathtub 10 from the outside, and the design also makes the structure of the automatic bathing machine 100 based on the barreling finishing principle more compact and reasonable.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, a filter screen 54 for filtering water discharged from a water outlet 53 is provided in the abrasive collecting box 50, the water inlet 51 and the communication port 52 are positioned at one side of the filter screen 54, and the water outlet 53 is positioned at the other side opposite to the filter screen 54, so that the abrasive in the water flow can be prevented from being discharged, and the abrasive recycling efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the side wall of the abrasive collecting box 50 is provided with a curved surface profile 55, so that by means of the curved surface profile 55, water in the tap water pipe 200 forms vortex when entering the abrasive collecting box 50, and the abrasive in the abrasive collecting box 50 is thrown up by utilizing the centrifugal principle, so that the abrasive in the abrasive collecting box 50 enters the bathtub 10 simply and conveniently. Wherein, to ensure the cleanliness of the used abrasive, an ultraviolet ray sterilizing lamp may be provided on the abrasive collecting box 50 to sterilize the abrasive by means of ultraviolet rays.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the automatic bath machine 100 based on the barreling finishing principle of the present invention further includes a shower head 92 connected to the tap water pipe 200, a booster pump 93 provided between the tap water pipe 200 and the shower head 92, and a third control valve 94 for controlling the connection or disconnection between the tap water pipe 200 and the shower head 92, so as to boost the pressure of the water supplied from the tap water pipe 200 by means of the booster pump 93, thereby scattering the water passing through the shower head 93 toward the body, improving the flushing ability of the body, and at the same time, assisting the further flow of the abrasive remaining in the bath tub 10 back into the abrasive collecting box 50. Specifically, the shower head 92 is mounted on the side wall 10b of the bathtub 10 adjacent to the top, and the booster pump 93 and the third control valve 94 are mounted on the tap water pipe 200, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to make the automatic bath machine 100 based on the barreling finishing principle of the present invention more intelligent, the automatic bath machine 100 based on the barreling finishing principle of the present invention further includes a controller 95, a bath water level sensor 96 provided to the bath 10, and a water storage tank water level sensor 97 provided to the water storage tank 20. The bathtub water level sensor 96, the water storage tank water level sensor 97, the booster pump 93, and the suction pump 30 are each electrically connected to the controller 95, and the first to third control valves 94 are each solenoid valves electrically connected to the controller 95. So that during the water intake of the bathtub 10, the controller 95 controls the first control valve 60 to disconnect the tap water pipe 200 from the water inlet 51 and stop the water intake of the bathtub 10 when the water level in the water tank 20 detected by the water tank level sensor 97 rises to a preset position (for example, a position of one-half, two-thirds, three-quarters, four-fifths, five-sixths or six-sevenths of the water tank 20); during the process of draining the bathtub 10 to the outside, the controller 95 controls the booster pump 93 to be started when the water level in the bathtub 10 detected by the bathtub water level sensor 96 falls to a preset position (for example, a position which is one half, one third, one fourth, one fifth, one sixth or one seventh of the bathtub 10), and simultaneously, the controller 95 also controls the third control valve 94 to communicate between the tap water pipe 200 and the shower nozzle 92, so that the water of the tap water pipe 200 is sprayed out from the shower nozzle 92 after being pressurized, and the body after barreling flushing is cleaned again by clean water. For example, the controller 95 may be a single chip microcomputer, but is not limited thereto.
In other embodiments, when the automatic bath machine 100 according to the barreling and finishing principle of the present invention only needs to automatically control the inflow of the tap water pipe 200 to the bathtub 10, the foregoing bathtub water level sensor 96 is deleted, and correspondingly, the third control valve 94 is selected as a manually operated valve, and the first control valve 60 and the second control valve 70 are each solenoid valves; therefore, during the water supply from the tap water pipe 200 to the bathtub 10, the controller 95 controls the first control valve 60 to disconnect the tap water pipe 200 from the water inlet 51 when the water level in the water tank 20 detected by the water tank level sensor 97 rises to a predetermined position. In addition, when the automatic bath machine 100 based on the barreling finishing principle of the present invention does not include the controller 95, the first control valve 60, the second control valve 70 and the third control valve 94 may be manually operated valves (for example, but not limited to, various water valves), and the operator can manually control them, so that the purposes of water intake of the bathtub 10, water discharge of the bathtub 10 and water discharge of the tap water pipe 200 after passing through the booster pump 93 and the shower head 92 can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, the automatic bath method based on the barreling finishing principle of the invention comprises the following steps:
s001, pressing a start switch, enabling the tap water pipe 200 to be communicated with the water inlet 51 by the first control valve 60, enabling water in the tap water pipe 200 to flow into the abrasive collecting box 50 through the first control valve 60, enabling the abrasive in the abrasive collecting box 50 to flow into the bathtub 10 together with the abrasive in the abrasive collecting box 50, enabling the water level of the bathtub 10 to rise, and enabling the water in the bathtub 10 to start flowing into the water storage tank 20 when the water level of the bathtub 10 rises to a preset position (for example, the position of one half, two thirds, three quarters, four fifths, five fifths or six sevenths of the bathtub 10); specifically, in the process that the tap water pipe 200 enters the abrasive collecting box 50, by means of the curved surface profile 55 of the abrasive collecting box 50, water in the tap water pipe 200 forms vortex when entering the abrasive collecting box 50, and the abrasive in the abrasive collecting box 50 is thrown up by utilizing the centrifugal principle, so that the abrasive in the abrasive collecting box 50 enters the bathtub 10 simply and conveniently, but not limited to the method.
S002, when the bathtub water level sensor 96 detects that the water level in the water storage tank 20 has risen to the preset position, the bathtub water level sensor 96 feeds back a detection signal to the controller 95, and the controller 95 controls the first control valve 60 to disconnect the tap water pipe 200 from the water inlet 51, so that the tap water pipe 200 stops water supply to the bathtub 10.
S003, the controller 95 controls the water suction pump 30 to start, the water in the water storage tank 20 is sucked by the water suction pump 30 through the water diversion pipe 40, then flows into the bathtub 10 through the abrasive inner circulation pipe 80 and the wave-blowing pipe 91, and finally flows back into the water storage tank 20 to realize the inner circulation of water flow; wherein, in the internal circulation process of the water flow, the extrusion force and the flowing force generated by the internal circulation of the water flow force the abrasive particles in the bathtub 10 to collide and roll and slide the human body, thereby achieving the aim of rolling and scouring the human body by the abrasive; specifically, the abrasive may be added to the bathtub 10 alone in advance, or may be added to the bathtub 10 in advance with water and body wash in a set mixing ratio, and added before the water suction pump 30 is started, but not limited thereto; in the water flow internal circulation process, the abrasive particles in a free state in the bathtub 10 and the human body are not fixed mutually, and generate stronger extrusion force and forced flow force under the action force of relative motion to force the abrasive particles to collide and roll (squeeze) and slide the human body, so that the stains on the surface of the human body are abraded by the abrasive particles under the combined action of the two phenomena, and the effect of cleaning the skin of the human body is achieved.
S004, when the internal circulation of the water flow reaches the preset time (for example, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes or 30 minutes), the controller 95 controls the water suction pump 30 to stop working and controls the second control valve 70 to enable the water outlet 53 to be communicated with the outside, so that the water in the bathtub 10 and the water storage tank 20 is discharged from the water outlet 53 after passing through the abrasive collecting box 50 and flows away from a sewer; specifically, the abrasives in the water in the tub 10 and the water storage tank 20 follow the water flow, and are collected by the screen 54 in the abrasive collecting tank 50.
S005, when the water level in the bathtub 10 detected by the bathtub water level sensor 96 drops to a preset position, the controller controls the booster pump 93 to start and controls the third control valve 94 to enable the tap water pipe 200 to be communicated with the shower nozzle 92, so that water in the tap water pipe 200 is scattered to a human body after passing through the shower nozzle 92 under the pressurization of the booster pump 93; and
s006, when the scattering reaches a preset time (for example, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes or 5 minutes), the controller 95 controls the booster pump 93 to stop working and controls the third control valve 94 to disconnect the tap water pipe 200 from the shower head 92, and finally, the controller 95 controls the second control valve 70 to disconnect the drain port 53 from the outside again, so as to complete a bathing cycle.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic bath machine 100 based on the barreling and polishing principle comprises the bathtub 10, the water storage tank 20, the water suction pump 30, the water diversion pipe 40, the abrasive collecting box 50, the first control valve 60, the second control valve 70 and the abrasive inner circulating pipe 80, and the flexible abrasive can be driven by water flow to barre and clean the human body by the cooperation of the bathtub 10, the water storage tank 20, the water suction pump 30, the water diversion pipe 40, the abrasive collecting box 50, the first control valve 60, the second control valve 70 and the abrasive inner circulating pipe 80, so that the automatic bath machine 100 based on the barreling and polishing principle is free from the limitation of the complexity of the curved surface of the human body and can conveniently and uniformly clean all parts of the human body. Meanwhile, the water flow and the abrasive can also play a role in massaging and relaxing the skin.
