本发明涉及食疗技术领域,具体涉及一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方。
背景技术
冠状动脉发生动脉粥样硬化病变引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞,造成心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而导致的心脏病。一旦发生了心绞痛的症状,要立即休息,同时要舌下含化一片硝酸甘油,一般经休息或含化硝酸甘油,通常一两分钟内心绞痛就可以缓解。也可含化或服用中药复方丹参滴丸或(删除)救心丸,但其缓解心绞痛需要的时间较长。如果含化硝酸甘油五分钟仍不缓解,可再含化一片硝酸甘油。如果是初次发生了心绞痛,无论药物能否缓解,均需尽快到医院去就医,因为初次发生心绞痛,有发生心肌梗塞的危险性(删除)。
目前对于冠心病的治疗一般采取药物治疗,但是这只能经常服用药物、缓解疼痛不能根治疾病,在饮食方面也需要进行合理的搭配,以保证饮食营养均衡的前提下,才能彻底根治疾病和降低疾病的死亡率。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理的冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其能够为冠心病患者提供一种营养全面且均衡的饮食,有助于患者对心血管的治疗和降低死亡率,且有利于肠道疏通,避免肠癌的发生。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:它由如下质量成分组成:盐5-6g、油25-30g、豆类50-200g、坚果70-80g、畜禽肉45-55g、蛋类45-55g、水产品45-55g、蔬菜500-700g、水果200-350g、谷类200-460g、薯类50-100g、水1500-1700g。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其能够为冠心病患者提供一种营养全面且均衡的饮食,有助于患者对心血管的治疗和降低死亡率,且有利于肠道疏通,避免肠癌的发生。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本具体实施方式(实施例一)采用如下技术方案:它由如下质量成分组成:盐6g、茶籽油25g、黑豆50g、黄豆50g、坚果75g、畜禽肉50g、蛋类45-55g、水产品45-55g、蔬菜500g、水果200g、谷类210g、薯类100g、水1500g。
进一步地,所述的坚果为核桃、花生、葵花籽、瓜子混合而成。
进一步地,所述的畜禽肉为牛肉、养肉两者按照质量比为1∶1搭配摄入,且采用蒸的方式烹饪。
进一步地,所述的蔬菜为大蒜10g、杏鲍菇50g、深色叶菜240g、番茄100g、菠菜100g。
进一步地,所述的水果为蓝莓50g、猕猴桃100g、香蕉50g。
进一步地,所述的谷类为全麦50g、全玉米面100g、绿豆50g、黑芝麻10g。

本具体实施方式在进行食疗过程中,需禁忌肥肉、动物肝脏、含反式脂肪酸食物(如人造黄油、面包、蛋糕、饼干、方便面、奶酪、炸鸡腿等)、含氧化胆固醇食物(被油炸、煎炒、烘干或者烘烤之后的动物胆固醇类食物)、橘子以及芦柑;同时,在进行食疗过程中,还需要结合药物、运动以及心理治疗。
本具体实施方式的有益效果是:
1、避免了奶制品的摄入,同时添加了大豆、坚果与蔬菜,还满足了每日摄入的营养均衡;
2、蔬菜的摄入量增加到500-700g/天的情况下,由于新鲜的蔬菜中所含有的维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维以及植物化学物较多,因此其会使得心血管方面的疾病死亡率大大降低,据统计,当男性的蔬菜摄入量由每天149g增加到每天583g,女性的蔬菜摄入量从每天124g增加到每天506g的情况下,冠心病患者由于心血管疾病导致的死亡率分别降低了36%和16%,其中由于深色叶菜和十字花科菜疏中包含其他多种色素物质,例如叶绿素、叶黄素、番茄红素、花青素等,保护心血管的功效最为显著;
3、全谷物、薯类等低热量的成分添加,保证了光物质的齐全的同时,还降低热量的摄入,对平衡膳食和热量平衡有不容忽视的作用,且添加的谷物可以通肠化气,避免粪便长期在肠道中堆积,从而降低肠癌的发生率;
4、畜禽肉、水产品以及蛋类的硒量较高,对冠心病患者补硒、清楚血管垃圾具有较好的作用。
实施例二:
本实施例它由如下质量成分组成:盐5g、花生油30g、黑豆50g、黄豆50g、坚果80g、畜禽肉55g、蛋类55g、水产品55g、蔬菜560g、水果300g、谷类450g、薯类100g、水1700g。
进一步地,所述的油为橄榄油、茶籽油、稻米油、花生油、玉米油、芝麻油或者亚麻籽油中的一种。
进一步地,所述的坚果为核桃、花生、葵花籽、瓜子、腰果、多种混合而成。
进一步地,所述的畜禽肉为牛肉、鸭肉两者按照质量比为1∶2搭配摄入,且采用蒸的方式烹饪。
进一步地,所述的蔬菜为西红柿100g、大蒜10g、杏鲍菇50g、深色叶菜、300g、十字花科菜100g混合搭配摄入。
进一步地,所述的水果为蓝莓、猕猴桃、香蕉,三者的质量比为1∶2∶1。
进一步地,所述的谷类为全麦、全玉米面、绿豆、黑芝麻;四者的质量比为5∶10∶5∶1。
进一步地,所述的薯类为马铃薯、红薯和山药,三者的质量比为1∶1∶1。

试验对比:将实施例一、实施例二结合空白对照组中的治疗冠心病的药物后,分别作用于三组年龄相同、性别相同、患病年限相近的冠心病患者,数据对比物参看图1,从图1中可知,在药物治疗的同时,再结合本发明中的饮食配方,能够大大降低冠心病的发病率。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:它由如下质量成分组成:盐5-6g、油25-30g、豆类50-200g、坚果70-80g、畜禽肉45-55g、蛋类45-55g、水产品45-55g、蔬菜500-700g、水果200-350g、谷类200-460g、薯类50-100g、水1500-1700g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的油为橄榄油、茶籽油、稻米油、花生油、玉米油、芝麻油或者亚麻籽油中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的豆类为黑豆、黄豆,二者的质量比为1∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的坚果为核桃、花生、葵花籽、瓜子、腰果、榛子、开心果、巴西坚果中的一种或者多种混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的畜禽肉为牛肉、养肉、鸡肉和鸭肉中的一种或者多种混合,且利用蒸、煮和炖(忌长时间煎炒)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的蔬菜为西红柿、菠菜、生姜、黑木耳、大蒜、杏鲍菇、深绿色蔬菜、花科蔬菜和海产品蔬菜中的3-5种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的水果为蓝莓、猕猴桃、香蕉,三者的质量比为1∶2∶1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的谷类为全麦、全玉米面、绿豆、黑芝麻;四者的质量比为5∶10∶5∶1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的薯类为马铃薯、红薯和山药,三者的质量比为1∶1∶1。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种冠心病患者的治疗型食疗配方,其特征在于:所述的水为茶叶水、白开水中的一种。
