Abstract
The invention provides a pet energy supplementing nutrient solution and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of pet food and comprising enzymolysis chicken powder, adenosine triphosphate, yeast extract, amino acid, xylo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, lecithin, vitamin complex, xanthan gum, gellan gum, fish oil and water. The energy supplementing nutrient solution for pets can supply energy directly, meets the energy requirement of pets, and simultaneously, the adenosine triphosphate participates in the synthesis of protein, fat, sugar and nucleotide, can promote the repair and regeneration of various cells of organisms, enhances the metabolic activity of the cells, and has stronger pertinence to the treatment of various diseases. In addition, functional factors such as taurine, lysine and the like promote the glycogen stored in the pet body and the sugar in the beverage to be decomposed and converted under the assistance of the compound vitamin, so that the energy substance loss caused by pet activities can be rapidly supplemented, and the anti-fatigue effect is achieved. 1-5 parts of enzymolysis chicken powder, 0.25 part of adenosine triphosphate, 2 parts of yeast extract, 0.63-6 parts of amino acid, 0.5-2 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 1-2 parts of lecithin, 0.8 part of vitamin complex, 0.1-0.2 part of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.2 part of gellan gum, 1-2 parts of fish oil and 80.55-82 parts of water.
Preferably, the amino acids include taurine, lysine, arginine, and glutamine.
Preferably, the lysine comprises L-lysine hydrochloride.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the amino acid including taurine, lysine, arginine and glutamine is (0.05-1): 0.05-3): 0.2-1): 0.1-2.
Preferably, the multivitamins include vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, inositol, vitamin B12, and folic acid.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the vitamin A, the vitamin D, the vitamin E, the vitamin C, the vitamin B1, the vitamin B2, the vitamin B6, the inositol, the vitamin B12 and the folic acid is 0.16:0.01:1.1:0.253:0.177:0.02:0.1:2.5:0.018: 0.015.
Preferably, the fish oil is deep sea fish oil.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pet energy supplementing nutrient solution, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the xanthan gum, the gellan gum and water, and emulsifying at 100 ℃ to obtain a first emulsion;
2) mixing the first emulsion obtained in the step 1) with enzymolysis chicken powder, amino acid, fish oil, xylo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, adenosine triphosphate, lecithin and yeast extract, and emulsifying a to obtain a second emulsion;
3) cooling the second emulsion obtained in the step 2) to 65 ℃, mixing with the compound vitamin, and emulsifying to obtain the energy supplementing nutrient solution for the pet.
Preferably, the emulsification conditions of the steps 1), 2) and 3) respectively comprise: the emulsifying time is 20min, and the rotating speed of the emulsifying is 3000 rpm.

The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 1-5 parts by weight of enzymolysis chicken powder. In the present invention, the enzymatic chicken meal is preferably purchased from Shanghai Yangxing Biotech, Inc. In the invention, the enzymatic hydrolysis chicken powder has a food calling effect.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.5 part by weight of adenosine triphosphate, preferably 0.25 part by weight of adenosine triphosphate. In the invention, the adenosine triphosphate can supplement energy rapidly, can supply energy directly, meets the energy requirement of pets, and simultaneously participates in the synthesis of protein, fat, sugar and nucleotide, can promote the repair and regeneration of various cells of an organism, enhances the metabolic activity of the cells, and has stronger pertinence to the treatment of various diseases.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 2 parts by weight of yeast extract. In the present invention, the source of the yeast extract is not particularly limited, and a conventional commercially available product may be used. In the present invention, the yeast extract functions to increase the flavor of food and promote the appetite of pets.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 0.63-6 parts by weight of amino acid. In the invention, the amino acid preferably comprises taurine, lysine, arginine and glutamine, and the mass ratio of the amino acid comprising taurine, lysine, arginine and glutamine is preferably (0.05-1): 0.05-3): 0.2-1): 0.1-2. In the invention, the taurine belongs to one of essential amino acids for pets, is involved in the regulation of sugar metabolism and accelerates glycolysis; can enhance myocardial contraction force, increase blood output, prevent myocardial injury, protect liver, and enhance exercise ability and antifatigue ability. In the invention, the lysine preferably comprises L-lysine hydrochloride, and the lysine belongs to one of essential amino acids for pets and can regulate the metabolic balance of the organism; can improve the absorption and accumulation of calcium in vivo and accelerate the growth of bone; has effects in promoting growth, stimulating appetite, reducing diseases, and improving body constitution. In the invention, the arginine has the functions of participating in regulation and control of nutrition metabolism of organisms and improving the immunity of the organisms. In the invention, under the stress states of diseases, poor nutritional state or high-intensity exercise and the like, the demand of the body for glutamine is increased, so that self synthesis can not meet the demand.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 0.5-2 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide by weight. The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 1.5-4 parts by weight of galactooligosaccharide, preferably 2 parts by weight. In the invention, the xylo-oligosaccharide and the galacto-oligosaccharide are prebiotics, are effective factors beneficial to the proliferation of lactic acid bacteria, and promote the health of intestinal flora of pets.
The energy supplementing nutrient solution for pets provided by the invention comprises 1-2 parts by weight of lecithin. In the present invention, the lecithin is a main component of cell membranes of organisms, and can repair damaged cell membranes, activate metabolism of the body, and simultaneously supplement essential amino acids in the body. By eating lecithin, the skin is healthier, the resistance is stronger, and the hair of the pet is glossy from inside to outside. In addition, the emulsion has good emulsification effect in the nutrient solution.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 0.2-1 part by weight of composite vitamin, preferably 0.8 part by weight. In the present invention, the multivitamin preferably includes vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, inositol, vitamin B12 and folic acid in a mass ratio of preferably 0.16:0.01:1.1:0.253:0.177:0.02:0.1:2.5:0.018: 0.015. In the invention, the inositol can promote the production of lecithin in vivo, help the redistribution of fat in vivo, participate in the metabolic activity in vivo, is used for synthesizing precursor substances such as creatine phospholipide membrane phospholipid, sphingolipid and the like, is necessary for the growth of various cells of human beings and animals, is combined with phospholipid, fatty acid and the like to generate inositol-related compounds, can play a role similar to lipoid alkali, and can promote the metabolism of fat in liver and tissues thereof. In the invention, the compound vitamin meets the requirement of the pet on the comprehensive nutrition level and improves the immunity of the pet.
The energy supplementing nutrient solution for pets provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.2 part by weight of xanthan gum. The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.2 part by weight of gellan gum. In the present invention, the xanthan gum and gellan gum are stabilizers.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 0.5-3 parts by weight of fish oil, and preferably 1-2 parts by weight of fish oil. In the invention, the fish oil is preferably deep sea fish oil, and the fish oil contains abundant omega-3 and omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, so that the hair of pets can be bright and smooth, and the immunity of pets can be improved.
The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution provided by the invention comprises 77.1-87.95 parts by weight of water, preferably 80.55-82 parts by weight of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pet energy supplementing nutrient solution, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the xanthan gum, the gellan gum and water, and emulsifying at 100 ℃ to obtain a first emulsion;
2) mixing and emulsifying the first emulsion obtained in the step 1) with enzymolysis chicken powder, amino acid, fish oil, xylo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, adenosine triphosphate, lecithin and yeast extract to obtain a second emulsion;
3) cooling the second emulsion obtained in the step 2) to 65 ℃, mixing with the compound vitamin, and emulsifying to obtain the energy supplementing nutrient solution for the pet.
In the present invention, the conditions of the emulsification preferably include: the time of the emulsification is preferably 20min, and the rotating speed of the emulsification is preferably 3000 rpm.
The using method of the energy supplementing nutrient solution for the pet is not particularly limited, and the using method of the conventional pet nutrient solution is adopted.
The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The energy-supplementing nutrient solution for the pet is 100kg, 5kg of enzymolysis chicken powder, 0.25kg of adenosine triphosphate, 2kg of yeast extract, 1kg of taurine, 2kg of lysine, 1kg of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2kg of galacto-oligosaccharide, 2kg of lecithin, 0.8kg of vitamin complex, 0.5kg of arginine, 0.2kg of xanthan gum, 0.2kg of gellan gum, 0.5kg of glutamine, 2kg of fish oil and 80.55kg of water. Wherein the enzymatic chicken powder is purchased from Shanghai Yingxing Biotech Co., Ltd; lysine is L-lysine hydrochloride with the content of 100%; the compound vitamins comprise vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, inositol, vitamin B12 and folic acid, and the mass ratio is 0.16:0.01:1.1:0.253:0.177:0.02:0.1:2.5:0.018: 0.015; the fish oil is deep sea fish oil.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the formula proportion, firstly, the xanthan gum and the gellan gum are poured into an emulsifying machine, then water is added, the materials are uniformly mixed, the temperature is raised to 100 ℃, and the emulsification is carried out for 20min at 3000 rpm;
(2) then pouring the enzymatic hydrolysis chicken powder, amino acid, fish oil, xylo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, adenosine triphosphate, lecithin and yeast extract into an emulsifying machine, uniformly mixing, and emulsifying at 3000rpm for 20 min;
(3) rapidly cooling to 65 deg.C, adding compound vitamin, mixing, emulsifying at 3000rpm for 20min, and vacuumizing; (4) filling and sterilizing to obtain the product.
Example 2
A pet energy supplementing nutrient solution is 100kg, enzymolysis chicken powder 5kg, adenosine triphosphate 0.1kg, yeast extract 2kg, taurine 1kg, lysine 1.5kg, xylo-oligosaccharide 0.5kg, galacto-oligosaccharide 1.5kg, lecithin 2kg, vitamin complex 1kg, arginine 1kg, xanthan gum 0.2kg, gellan gum 0.2kg, glutamine 1kg, fish oil 1kg and water 82.0 kg.
The source of the raw materials and the preparation method are the same as those of example 1.
Example 3
A pet energy supplementing nutrient solution is 100kg of total nutrient solution, 5kg of enzymolysis chicken powder, 0.5kg of adenosine triphosphate, 2kg of yeast extract, 1kg of taurine, 2kg of lysine, 1kg of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2kg of galacto-oligosaccharide, 2kg of lecithin, 1kg of vitamin complex, 1kg of arginine, 0.2kg of xanthan gum, 0.2kg of gellan gum, 2kg of glutamine, 3kg of fish oil and 77.1kg of water.
The source of the raw materials and the preparation method are the same as those of example 1.
Example 4
The total amount of the nutrient solution is 100kg, the enzymolysis chicken powder is 1kg, the yeast extract is 2kg, the xanthan gum is 0.1kg, the gellan gum is 0.1kg, the taurine is 0.02kg, the lysine is 0.03kg, the xylooligosaccharide is 2kg, the galacto-oligosaccharide is 4kg, the lecithin is 1kg, the vitamin complex is 0.2kg, the arginine is 0.1kg, the glutamine is 1kg, the fish oil is 0.5kg, and the water is 87.95 kg.
The raw materials are from the same sources as in example 1.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the formula proportion, firstly, the xanthan gum and the gellan gum are poured into an emulsifying machine, then water is added, the materials are uniformly mixed, the temperature is raised to 100 ℃, and the emulsification is carried out for 20min at 3000 rpm;
(2) then pouring the enzymatic hydrolysis chicken powder, amino acid, fish oil, xylo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, yeast extract, lecithin and adenosine triphosphate into an emulsifying machine, uniformly mixing, and emulsifying at 3000rpm for 20 min;
(3) rapidly cooling to 65 deg.C, adding compound vitamin, mixing, emulsifying at 3000rpm for 20min, and vacuumizing; (4) filling and sterilizing to obtain the product.
Example 5
Animal experiments
36 pet cats with similar weight and age were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups of 9 pet cats, and the nutrient solutions prepared in examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 were fed for 10 days, and the status and fecal status of the pet cats were observed, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the cats in examples 1-3 enjoy drinking the nutrient solution, have good palatability, and can supply enough energy to make the cats more mentally and actively, and also have prebiotic components beneficial to intestinal probiotic colonization and proliferation, which is beneficial to intestinal health of the cats, thus improving immunity and ensuring health of pets. Example 4 the cat likes the degree generally, and enzymolysis chicken content is on the low side, and the cat that initiatively drinks is less, and the later stage can be according to the cat taste and add the taste that the cat liked, promotes cat appetite, satisfies the organism nutrition.

2. The pet energy supplementing nutrient solution as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-5 parts of enzymolysis chicken powder, 0.25 part of adenosine triphosphate, 2 parts of yeast extract, 0.63-6 parts of amino acid, 0.5-2 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 2 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 1-2 parts of lecithin, 0.8 part of vitamin complex, 0.1-0.2 part of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.2 part of gellan gum, 1-2 parts of fish oil and 80.55-82 parts of water.
3. The pet energy-supplementing nutritional liquid according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said amino acids include taurine, lysine, arginine and glutamine.
4. The pet energy-supplementing nutritional liquid according to claim 3 wherein said lysine comprises L-lysine hydrochloride.
5. The energy-supplementing nutrient solution for pets according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the amino acids comprising taurine, lysine, arginine and glutamine is (0.05-1): (0.05-3): (0.2-1): (0.1-2).
6. The pet energy-supplementing nutritional solution according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said vitamin complex comprises vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, inositol, vitamin B12, and folic acid.
7. The pet energy-supplementing nutrient solution as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mass ratio of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, inositol, vitamin B12 and folic acid is 0.16:0.01:1.1:0.253:0.177:0.02:0.1:2.5:0.018: 0.015.
8. The pet energy-supplementing nutritional liquid according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said fish oil is a deep sea fish oil.
9. A method for preparing a pet energy-supplementing nutrient solution as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
1) mixing the xanthan gum, the gellan gum and water, and emulsifying at 100 ℃ to obtain a first emulsion;
2) mixing and emulsifying the first emulsion obtained in the step 1) with enzymolysis chicken powder, amino acid, fish oil, xylo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, adenosine triphosphate, lecithin and yeast extract to obtain a second emulsion;
