Abstract

本发明公开了一种杜鹃品种Germiria的扦插繁殖方法,包括:扦插基质的配比、插条的选择、生根剂的配备方法,扦插后的管理方法。本发明综合改进了品种杜鹃的扦插移栽介质配方,提高了生产效率,生根速度快,约60天左右开始生根,繁殖速度快,成本低,简单易行,是品种杜鹃Geimiria规模化繁殖的有效方法。

一种杜鹃品种Gemiria的扦插方法
技术领域
本发明属于生物技术领域,具体地涉及一种杜鹃品种Germiria的扦插繁殖方法。
背景技术
高山杜鹃主要分布于我国中西部海拔1400~4500m 的沟谷阔叶林或山顶灌草丛中,其花冠硕大、颜色丰富、花姿优美、株型漂亮、四季常绿,能耐 -26℃的低温,不仅是备受大众喜爱的年宵花,还是城乡行道绿化的优良种类,具有广阔的发展前景。高山杜鹃Gemiria为欧洲引进品种,其栽培稳定性好,花色漂亮,花序较大,对环境的抵抗力强,已在中国西南地区广泛推广,市场前景好,一株成年开花植株的价格大约在200-300元/株,且该品种具有一致性、稳定性的优点,因其不能结实,因此繁殖较为困难。目前组培技术在杜鹃繁殖中应用广泛,高山杜鹃Gemiria的组培技术也已成熟。组培苗在优良的人工控制环境中长大,出瓶过程中,如不能很好的掌握出瓶栽培技术,则容易造成种苗成活率低的后果。嫁接的方法在欧洲地区被广泛应用,但嫁接的主要缺点是繁殖率低,在没有大量母本和砧木的情况下很难实施。扦插技术在杜鹃花科映山红属中较为普遍且成活率高,在高山杜鹃的应用上,研究学者也总结了不少经验。ZL201110361395.4《高山杜鹃的扦插繁殖方法》中主要是使用了IBA与生根粉、甲基托布津相结合,进行扦插繁殖,加之后期的肥水管理,生根率85% 以上,插条生根60天左右。在张乐华对鹿角杜鹃的研究《基质 、激素种类及其浓度对鹿角杜鹃扦插育苗的影响》中也指出激素种类及浓度对插穗的生根影响很大。杜鹃花科系庞大,不同的高山杜鹃亚属之间也存在扦插极其困难的情况,本发明针对杜鹃品种Gemiria提出了科学有效的扦插方法。
发明内容
本发明重在解决高山杜鹃Germiria的扦插繁殖方法,其中包括:扦插基质的配比、插条的选择、生根剂的配备方法,扦插后的管理方法。本发明可操作性强,方法简单易行,扦插成活率高,极大的满足了市场的需求。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
高山杜鹃Germiria的扦插繁殖方法,该方法包括下述步骤:苗床准备、扦插基质的制备、插条的选择、生根剂的配备、扦插后的管理。
(1)苗床准备:搭建扦插床,在扦插床上部搭建拱棚,并覆盖塑料薄膜,扦插苗床上铺设扦插基质,厚度为 12 ~14cm;
(2)扦插基质制备:采用混合配比土,为腐殖土:红土:珍珠岩:蛭石:黄沙=1:1:1:1:1,用1000倍的多菌灵进行拌土消毒,铺设于扦插苗床后,用塑料膜覆盖3-5天备用,在扦插前1-2天用水淋湿基质至含水量在78-80%之间;
(3)插条的选择是在春季4-6月开完花后,采集3-5年生的无病虫害的杜鹃成年植株Germiria当年新发枝,且处于半木质化阶段的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的截成7-8cm左右的茎段,所述的茎段插条上至少有2个以上的节点,顶部保留2-3片叶片,每片叶片去除约1/3备用;
(4)生根剂配置是用1/2MS+0.3-0.5mg/L NAA +0.2-0.3mg/L IBA +6-BA 0.1mg/L来作为扦插前插穗浸泡生根剂,浸泡时间为12-24h;
(5)扦插后管理:插穗生根期间,自动间歇喷雾设置为:白天6min/4h ,晚上6min/4h;如果不具备自动间歇喷雾装置,则保持棚内温度棚内空气相对湿度保持在75%~85%,扦插基质保持湿润不积水,棚内温度保持在12℃~28℃,内拱棚上搭遮阳网,遮阳率为70%-80%,雨天将遮阳网掀开。
本发明的优点及有益效果是:
1.本发明生根速度快,约60天左右开始生根,繁殖速度快,成本低;
2.本发名综合改进了品种杜鹃的扦插移栽介质配方,提高了生产效率;
3.本发明简单易行,是品种杜鹃Geimiria规模化繁殖的有效方法。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例 1
试验材料 :杜鹃品种Gemiria
步骤1:取高山杜鹃Germiria开花过后无病害的当年新发枝条,且处于半木质化状态的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的截成7-8cm左右的茎段,所述的茎段插条上至少有2个以上的节点,顶部保留2-3片叶片,每片叶片去除约1/3备用;
步骤2:扦插基质制备:采用混合配比土,为腐殖土:红土:珍珠岩:蛭石:黄沙=1:1:1:1:1,用1000倍的多菌灵进行拌土消毒,铺设于扦插苗床后,用塑料膜覆盖4天,用水淋湿基质至含水量在78-80%之间;
步骤3:搭建扦插床,在扦插床上部搭建拱棚,并覆盖塑料薄膜,扦插苗床上铺设步骤2中制备的扦插基质,厚度约为 13cm;
步骤:4:配置生根剂:1/2MS+0.4mg/L NAA +0.2mg/L IBA +6-BA 0.1mg/L,将步骤(1)的插穗浸泡12h后扦插于苗床上,扦插间距为10*10cm;
步骤5:扦插后管理:开启自动间歇喷雾:白天6min/4h ,晚上6min/4h,棚内空气相对湿度保持在75%~85%,扦插基质保持湿润不积水,棚内温度保持在12℃~28℃,内拱棚上搭遮阳网,遮阳率为70%-80%。
实施例2
试验材料 :杜鹃品种Gemiria
取高山杜鹃品种Germiria开花过后无病害的当年新发枝条,且处于半木质化状态的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的截成8cm左右的茎段,每茎段插条上带有2-3个节点,顶部保留2-3片叶片,每片叶片保留约2/3备用;在扦插床上部搭建拱棚,并覆盖塑料薄膜,扦插苗床上铺设步骤2中制备的扦插基质,厚度约为 13cm;
扦插基质为为腐殖土:红土:珍珠岩:蛭石:黄沙=1:1:1:1:1,用1000倍的多菌灵进行拌土消毒,铺设于扦插苗床后,用塑料膜覆盖4天,用水淋湿基质至含水量在75%-80%;将准备好的插穗浸泡于生根剂:1/2MS+0.4mg/L NAA +0.2mg/L IBA +6-BA 0.1mg/L中12h后扦插于苗床,扦插间距为10*10cm;扦插后插穗生根期间,棚内空气相对湿度保持在75%~85%,扦插基质保持湿润不积水,棚内温度保持在12℃~28℃;内拱棚上搭遮阳网,遮阳率为70%-80%。

Claims (1)

1.高山杜鹃Germiria的扦插繁殖方法,包括:苗床准备、扦插基质的制备、插条的选择、生根剂的配备、扦插后的管理,其特征在于:取高山杜鹃Germiria开花过后无病害的当年新发枝条,对枝条进行处理后,通过自制生根剂浸泡后,扦插于苗床上;
根据权利1所述的高山杜鹃Germiria的扦插繁殖方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)苗床准备:搭建扦插床,在扦插床上部搭建拱棚,并覆盖塑料薄膜,扦插苗床上铺设扦插基质,厚度为 12 ~14cm;
(2)步骤(1)所述扦插基质制备:采用混合配比土,为腐殖土:红土:珍珠岩:蛭石:黄沙=1:1:1:1:1,用1000倍的多菌灵进行拌土消毒,铺设于扦插苗床后,用塑料膜覆盖3-5天备用,在扦插前1-2天用水淋湿基质至含水量在78-80%之间;
(3)插条的选择是在春季4-6月开完花后,采集 3-5 年生的无病虫害的杜鹃成年植株Germiria当年新发枝,且处于半木质化阶段的枝条作为插穗,将插穗的截成7-8cm左右的茎段,所述的茎段插条上至少有2个以上的节点,顶部保留2-3片叶片,每片叶片去除约1/3备用;
(4)生根剂配置是用1/2MS+0.3-0.5mg/L NAA +0.2-0.3mg/L IBA +6-BA 0.1mg/L来作为扦插前插穗浸泡生根剂,浸泡时间为12-24h;
(5)扦插后管理:插穗生根期间,自动间歇喷雾设置为:白天6min/4h ,晚上6min/4h;如果不具备自动间歇喷雾装置,则保持棚内温度棚内空气相对湿度保持在75%~85%,扦插基质保持湿润不积水,棚内温度保持在12℃~28℃,内拱棚上搭遮阳网,遮阳率为70%-80%,雨天将遮阳网掀开。
