11) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends an order for confirming the completion of the take-off to the intelligent monitoring device, and the intelligent monitoring device automatically identifies and judges whether the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system completes the take-off and feeds back the completion state to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
12) an expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform automatically generates a comprehensive train inspection working log and feeds back the completion of the train inspection operation to a scheduling system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
13) the dispatching system of the intelligent train inspection platform receives train inspection operation completion information of the expert system and automatically completes train handover (when the train runs at the station, the train is managed by the station, and when the train is required to be inspected, the train is started from the station to a train inspection operation field and is handed to the train inspection operation field for management, the train inspection operation is performed, and after the train is completed, the train is handed over to the station).

1. An intelligent train inspection system of a railway wagon is characterized by comprising an intelligent equipment layer, a network transmission layer, a calculation storage layer and an intelligent application layer, wherein,
the intelligent equipment layer comprises an intelligent train inspection device and an intelligent monitoring device, the intelligent train inspection device is used for detecting the train bottom and the train side of the railway wagon and/or detecting the wind test hanging connection, and the intelligent monitoring device adopts an image recognition technology to judge and confirm the in-place state of the intelligent train inspection device on an operation site;
the network transport layer comprises a wireless transport device;
the computing storage layer comprises an integrated server, the integrated server comprises an interface module, a storage module and a computing module, any two of the interface module, the intelligent monitoring device and the intelligent column inspection device are communicated through the wireless transmission device, the storage module is used for storing information received by the interface module in a classified mode according to requirements, and the computing module is used for computing and analyzing the information stored by the storage module according to the requirements;
the intelligent application layer comprises an intelligent train inspection platform, the intelligent train inspection platform comprises a specialist system and a scheduling system, the specialist system is used for intelligently summarizing and identifying various kinds of information of the railway wagon sent by an interface module of the comprehensive server, automatically judging fault information and/or forming a comprehensive report, and the scheduling system is used for automatically completing train handover, train inspection operation commanding and scheduling and/or communicating with a handset system.
2. The intelligent train inspection system of claim 1, wherein the interface module is further capable of converting the format of the received and transmitted information as required.
3. The intelligent train inspection system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent train inspection platform further comprises a shift dispatching system, and the shift dispatching system is used for automatically generating a train inspection task list and sending operation information of the train inspection task to the handset system.
4. The intelligent train inspection system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent train inspection platform further comprises an inquiry system, and the inquiry system is used for inquiring information related to train inspection operation.
5. The intelligent train inspection system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent train inspection device is used for inspecting the railway wagon by image recognition, infrared and/or ultrasonic inspection technology, wherein the inspection object comprises wheel sets, rolling bearings, axle boxes, bogies, couplers, braking devices and/or wagon bodies of the railway wagon.

The intelligent train inspection system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent train inspection device sends inspection information and status information to the interface module of the computing storage layer through a wireless transmission device, and receives instruction information from the interface module of the computing storage layer.

The intelligent train inspection system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent monitoring device sends detection information and status information to the interface module of the computing storage layer through a wireless transmission device, and receives instruction information from the interface module of the computing storage layer.
8. A train inspection method of an intelligent train inspection system of a railway wagon as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps:
1) after receiving the information of the train passing, the dispatching system of the intelligent train inspection platform automatically completes train receiving;
2) a class dispatching system of the intelligent train inspection platform automatically generates a train inspection task table;
3) the dispatching system of the intelligent train inspection platform issues a train inspection task instruction to the comprehensive server according to the train inspection task table;
4) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends a take-up instruction to the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system, and after the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system finishes take-up, the completion state is fed back to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
5) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends an instruction for confirming the completion of the pull-up and pull-off to the intelligent monitoring device, and the intelligent monitoring system automatically identifies and judges whether the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system completes the pull-up and pull-off and feeds back the completion state to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
6) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends a train inspection operation instruction to the intelligent train inspection device, and after the vehicle bottom detection unit and the vehicle side detection unit of the intelligent train inspection device complete the operation, the completion state and the detection information are fed back to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
7) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends a brake test instruction to the intelligent train inspection device and the microcomputer-controlled brake test system, a wind test hooking device of the intelligent train inspection device automatically completes hooking of the microcomputer-controlled brake test system and a train brake system wind pipe, after the microcomputer-controlled brake test system completes the test, the wind test hooking device automatically completes unhooking of the microcomputer-controlled brake test system and the train brake system wind pipe, and then the microcomputer-controlled brake test system feeds the completion state and the detection information back to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
8) an expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform comprehensively processes and judges train detection information fed back by the intelligent train inspection device and the microcomputer control train brake test system to form a comprehensive fault information report;
9) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends the comprehensive fault information report to the handheld machine system so that train inspection operators can perform train fault processing on the comprehensive fault information received in the handheld machine system, after the fault processing is completed, the fault processing completion state is fed back and confirmed in the handheld machine system one by one, and the handheld machine system feeds back the completion state to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
10) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends a tripping instruction to the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system, and the completion state is fed back to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform after the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system completes tripping;
11) the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform sends an order for confirming the completion of the take-off to the intelligent monitoring device, and the intelligent monitoring device automatically identifies and judges whether the centralized control interlocking electric derailer system completes the take-off and feeds back the completion state to the expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
12) an expert system of the intelligent train inspection platform automatically generates a comprehensive train inspection working log and feeds back the completion of the train inspection operation to a scheduling system of the intelligent train inspection platform;
13) and the scheduling system of the intelligent train inspection platform receives the train inspection operation completion information of the expert system and automatically completes train handover.
