Description

Electric repairing mechanism for overhead ground wire
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power transmission line maintenance equipment, in particular to an overhead ground wire electric repairing mechanism.
Background
The overhead ground wire is a device for protecting the power transmission line from being attacked by lightning flashover, and is also called as a lightning conductor. On one hand, when thundercloud discharges to the ground, lightning usually easily hits an overhead ground wire firstly, so that lightning current enters the ground to protect the lead from normal power transmission; on the other hand, when thunderclouds near the line discharge to the ground, the lightning induction induced on the wire can be weakened. Therefore, the overhead ground wire has great effect on guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the power transmission line.
However, most of regions where the power transmission line passes through are relatively bad in weather conditions, strand breaking accidents of the overhead ground wire caused by strong wind, ice coating, lightning strike, corrosion and the like occur sometimes, if the strand breaking accidents are not timely handled, strand scattering is easily caused under the action of tension and torsion, so that the safety distance between the live wire and the overhead ground wire cannot meet the design requirements of line operation, and the line grounding accidents are finally developed under the continuous development especially under the acceleration action of severe weather such as strong wind, rain, snow and the like, so that the power transmission line is forced to stop running.
At present, there are three main methods for treating broken strand and loose strand overhead ground wires in China: (1) under the condition of live line operation, an operator uses a flying vehicle or a pulley to enter the broken strand and strand scattering position along the ground wire for repairing. However, the diameter of the overhead ground wire of the old line in the system is generally 50 square millimeters, and the minimum cross-sectional area of the ground wire steel strand subjected to the climbing operation of personnel is clearly regulated by 10.3.8.1 in the electric power safety work code (line part) to be 50 square millimeters. Because the equivalent cross-sectional area of the overhead ground wire after strand breakage is reduced, the operation mode cannot be adopted for the overhead ground wire with the cross-sectional area less than or equal to 50 square millimeters. (2) By adopting an insulating straight ladder operation method, an operator can process the broken strands along the insulating straight ladder to a strand breaking point, but the method has high labor intensity and is limited too much, such as terrain, ground wire height, weather and the like, and the actual development difficulty is large. (3) After the line is shut down, the ground wire is put to the ground for processing, which will cause the interruption of power transmission and economic loss.
