Background
The application process of nuclear energy inevitably generates radioactive waste liquid, and the radioactive waste liquid must be further treated due to industrial particularity, so that the emission standard is met, and the environment is effectively protected. For waste liquid with low radioactive pollution, ion exchange treatment is often adopted. After ion exchange, the resin has radioactivity, and before post-treatment of the waste resin, the waste resin is stored in a tank for a certain period and a certain amount and then is subjected to corresponding centralized treatment. The old nuclear facilities do not consider the method for taking out the waste resin from the tank, or because the original design process method fails in the long term, the waste resin in the tank is urgently taken back as the capacity of the tank is close to full capacity.
Therefore, how to efficiently, safely and reliably realize the recycling of the waste resin in the tank is a requirement in the industry and is also necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a radioactive waste resin recovery device and a radioactive waste resin recovery method, which are used for guiding out waste resin in a tank, have good sealing performance and avoid the problem of radioactive substance leakage in the guiding-out process of the waste resin.

The stirring device provided by the invention can be used for stirring the waste resin in the waste resin storage tank under the combined action of the stirring pump and the stirring rod, is different from a conventional stirring device, is more beneficial to realizing the sealing of the connection position between the retrieval device and the resin storage tank, and avoids the leakage of the radioactive position in the waste resin storage tank when the waste resin is retrieved.
The stirring rod and the stirring pump are combined to stir the waste resin in the waste resin storage tank, and then the waste resin in the waste resin storage tank can be directly led out through the feeding pump, so that the waste resin in the waste resin storage tank can be efficiently, safely and reliably recycled.
